Later, Arjun comes out and sits in the car. Karun asks why he brought him to the doctor. Arjun tells him that his principal asked for his mind evaluation report, along with reports for other kids, otherwise, he will be expelled. Karun says he doesn’t care if he gets thrown out of school. Arjun warns him that if he gets expelled, his friends will break their friendship with him. He convinces Karun to come back for the evaluation report and asks him not to tell Nitya, as she will get worried.
At the hospital, Devraj orders Nagesh to find the traitor, warning that he will kill him if he fails. Nagesh promises to track down the betrayer. Devraj vows to give the traitor a brutal death.
Arjun thanks Karun for agreeing to come with him. Karun replies that Arjun should be thanking him for cooperating, just so he won’t get suspended. Meanwhile, Nitya realizes Arjun has forgotten Karun’s tiffin at home and decides to go to school to deliver it.
Kashvi and Meera visit a shop to buy sarees. Meera says she likes pink. Kashvi mentions that pink is also Arjun’s favorite color. Meera expresses her affection for Kashvi, saying she found a sister in her. They hug, and Kashvi promises to always be there for her. Meera selects a saree for herself.
Arjun discusses the plan with the doctor and asks if there are any side effects. The doctor assures him that hypnosis has no negative impact and that she will ensure Karun remains unaffected. Meanwhile, Nitya reaches the school and learns that Karun is absent. She also finds out that Arjun submitted a leave application for him. She tries calling Arjun, but he doesn’t answer. The doctor begins Karun’s hypnosis session, asking him to look at the pendulum and respond to her questions.
Arjun apologizes in his mind to Nitya, thinking that even though she loves Karun and takes care of him, it is time to take a tough decision for his son. Nitya assumes Arjun has taken Karun to meet Kashvi and vows to stop him.
During the hypnosis, Karun suddenly falls unconscious. The doctor asks him about his father’s name, then about his mother’s name. Upon hearing Kashvi’s name, Karun gets angry, even in his hypnotized state, and declares that he hates her. The doctor asks why. Karun replies that he has hated her for the past six months because she is bad.
Just then, Nitya arrives with a police inspector. Arjun is shocked and asks how she found him. The doctor tries to explain that Karun’s hypnosis session is still ongoing, but Nitya demands that the inspector intervene. Arjun questions how Nitya knew where they were. Nitya reveals that since Arjun didn’t answer her calls, she tracked his location. A flashback shows her calling someone for information about Arjun’s whereabouts and discovering that he went to meet a child psychiatrist named Mala. Realizing the truth might be exposed, she rushed there with the police.
Nitya claims the therapy could be dangerous for Karun. The doctor argues that Karun’s hatred and anger are more dangerous than the therapy. Nitya insists that Karun’s mother is a criminal and a murderer. Arjun defends Kashvi, stating that she was proven innocent after a month. The doctor is surprised and tells Arjun that he didn’t provide full details—Karun hates his mother because he believes she is a criminal. She decides to wake Karun up so that they can take him home.
Meanwhile, Kashvi and Meera get into a car and spot Nitya taking Karun and Arjun away, with the police standing nearby. Kashvi calls Arjun, but he doesn’t answer, not wanting to hurt her. Meera tells Kashvi that her father and Mohan are attending a wedding for two days. She invites Kashvi to her home, saying she will make pakoras.
As they talk, Kashvi notices the rooftop breaking and about to collapse on Meera.
COMING UP
Arjun arrives at Kashvi’s house and hugs someone, thinking it’s her, but it turns out to be Meera. Meera screams. Kashvi rushes to see what’s happening.
