My Desire On Starlife Monday 7th April 2025 Update, Jagdish asks Meera if she is fine. Meera says yes. Karun goes to get water for her and brings it. Meera drinks the water. Jagdish asks how she fell down the stairs. Meera says something was slippery on the stairs. Nitya thinks, What have I done? Meera is carrying Arjun’s baby.

Arjun finds oil on the stairs and tells Jagdish. Nitya, realizing she needs to control the situation, comes there and asks what happened. Arjun says Meera fell, but he held her. Nitya says she had asked Maharaj ji to fry puris, and he might have spilled oil accidentally. Meera insists she is fine and can sit for the puja.
Meanwhile, Pradyuman tells Kashvi that he will accompany her for her sonography. He says, “We are friends, and I feel responsible for you.” Kashvi agrees.
Meera suddenly feels pain in her stomach and tells Arjun. Arjun offers to call a doctor, but Meera refuses, saying she doesn’t want anyone to know about her pregnancy. Arjun decides to take her to the doctor himself and tells Jagdish and Nitya that Meera has back pain from the fall, so they should sit for the puja instead. Jagdish agrees, and Nitya tells them to take care.
At the hospital, Meera asks Arjun to wait outside as she wants to speak to the doctor privately. Arjun tells her to call him when she is done.
Meanwhile, the doctor asks Kashvi if she is excited to see her baby for the first time. Kashvi, feeling happy, goes inside. Arjun sees Pradyuman and thinks, I won’t let him take my rights. He calls Pradyuman from the hospital landline and falsely claims he hasn’t paid his EMI. Pradyuman insists he has cleared all payments. The nurse asks him to take the call outside.
While Pradyuman steps out, Arjun sneaks into the sonography room and sees Kashvi looking at her baby happily. He gets emotional. Kashvi wonders, Why did you come here when you have your wife?
Pradyuman returns and confronts Arjun, asking why he is there. Just then, a nurse enters and addresses Pradyuman as “Mr. Bajwa,” saying his wife is calling him. Pradyuman declares, “Kashvi is my wife. You saw me filling her maang with sindoor.” Kashvi coldly tells him to go to his wife.
Arjun then goes to Meera. The doctor hands the sonography report to Kashvi. Meera also shows her report to Arjun. The doctor reassures them that it’s just a muscle pull and nothing serious.
Back home, Jagdish asks Meera if she is okay. Meera replies that it was just a muscle pull. Nitya, scheming, decides to make them confess the truth. She brings some fruits sent by a neighbor and offers papaya to Meera. Arjun immediately stops her, warning Meera not to eat it.
Nitya pretends to be offended and asks, “Do you think I’m your enemy? Why don’t you want me to feed her anything?” Arjun blurts out, “I stopped her because she is pregnant.”
Nitya feigns surprise and apologizes to Meera for offering her papaya. She then congratulates her on her pregnancy. Jagdish hugs Arjun, overjoyed, and blesses Meera.
Later, Kashvi looks at her sonography report and whispers, Come to me fast so I can take care of you and be with you. Swati enters and says she has come to change the bedsheet. Kashvi tells her it is clean and doesn’t need changing. Swati eyes the sonography report and leaves.
That night, a mysterious person sneaks into Kashvi’s room and takes the sonography report.
The next morning, Kashvi wakes up and eagerly reaches for the report, but it’s missing. Panicking, she starts searching. Pradyuman walks in and asks, “Are you looking for something?”
Kashvi tells him she is searching for her sonography report, which she had kept under her pillow, but now it’s gone. Pradyuman helps her check but finds nothing. Kashvi starts suspecting Swati. She thinks, Swati must have taken my report.

Kashvi admires Karun from afar. Arjun asks if she wants to attend Karun’s annual day function. Pradyuman asks Kashvi if she got a deformity test done. Kashvi says it’s unnecessary since neither she nor Arjun has any genetic issues. Pradyuman then sees Meera’s report, which states that her spouse has Thalassemia.
