Episode starts with Rajveer asking Yashpal what’s the reason that Durga refused to run in the nationals. Yashpal asks what shall I tell you now. Gayatri and everyone meet Durga’s family. Sanjay gets Durga home. Annapurna asks her is she fine. Yashpal asks is everything fine, Gayatri said you won’t run in nationals. Durga says yes, I m tired, I want to live with my family with peace. Sanjay says lie, I will tell them, Aarti’s dad has trapped Durga, he is blackmailing her, if she withdraws her name, he will give us our house and business, which is mortgaged to him.

Durga will not agree to him, I won’t let her make this sacrifice, she will run in the race. Durga says family’s respect is at stake. He says respect can be earned again, she will waste one year, please explain her. Yashpal says
this is your dream, but you are doing right, you have done a daughter’s duty, its time she does a good bahu’s duty, its her duty.

He says I didn’t expect you all will be here. He asks Durga to sign the form to withdraw her name. He asks her not to waste time. Sanjay goes to slap him. Gayatri stops Sanjay and asks him to behave with manners. She takes the form and asks Durga to sign. Sanjay says you won’t sign Durga. He asks Gayatri how can she do this, she knows this championship is Durga’s dream. Annapurna and Yashpal ask Durga to sign. Durga signs and gives papers to Gayatri.
Gayatri says you have done a lot for my house and business, its your favor. Aarti’s dad smiles. She says this doesn’t mean you will play with Durga’s self respect, she is my bahu, Yashpal’s daughter, Sanjay’s wife, she will run in nationals, she will win and show. Aarti’s dad asks what….. Gayatri tears the papers. They all get shocked. Gayatri says Durga will run in the race, no one will stop her. Durga says I can’t run… Gayatri says you will do what I say, don’t forget I m your Saas, in your mum’s place in this house, a mum commands her daughter, that she will run in nationals and make us proud. They all smile. Gayatri asks her not to get scared of any cheap man, when they are with her, what’s there to be afraid of, when she is with her, then why should they be afraid. She scolds Aarti’s dad.
She says Durga is my bahu, no one can harm her. Durga happily cries. Gayatri says Durga will run in nationals, you thought you will fool us by the property xerox copy, I have also played such games, get out of here. Aarti’s dad laughs and threatens her. Durga hugging Gayatri. Neelkant goes. Yashpal says we shall leave now. Durga says I will come along, I have to meet Umang. She leaves, wishing Sanjay and Gayatri unite again, the bitterness in Sanjay’s heart ends. Gayatri asks Sanjay to talk to her. He refuses. She says I have to show something. She asks him to wait. She goes and gets some box. He says you want to blind me by money, this won’t happen again, this trick won’t work. She says this has valuable things, its my world. She shows some papers. He gets shocked. She says its your letters, you have written sorry letters to me. She shows him the letters and says you have written these letters when you did a mistake and had to apologize to me. She cries. She says I have always forgiven you, thinking you will change, I
gave you many chances, can’t you give me a chance to rectify mistake. She gives him a sorry card from her side. Kabhi khushi kabhi gham….plays….. He thinks of her. He cries and hugs her. She apologizes. He says I love you Maa. She says I love you too son. They cry.
Dadi teaches Umang. Madhav looks on and thinks to take Umang along. He says I will take Umang out, its good he is studying, he is a sweet boy, he has won my heart, I want to take him to market. Dadi asks Umang to go. Brij says no, Umang won’t go. Dadi says let him go, he will feel good. Brij says no, Umang will sleep now, Amrita will take him out later. Madhav says yes, kid needs rest. Brij takes Umang. Madhav goes. Dadi asks why did you refuse to him. Brij says how could I let him go, Rajveer called and asked me to keep an eye on Param, he is not right, its good if he goes.
Amrita asks why did he say so. Brij says don’t know, he just said this, he asked me to keep Umang away from Madhav, he will come home and tell us, take Umang and make him sleep. Madhav hears them and says they want to make me away from my son, no, I will take them. He calls Rashmi and says I will get Umang. Rajveer is on the way with Durga, Yashpal and Annapurna. He says I followed Param, I heard him showing Umang’s pic to some woman, I don’t know his motives, I feel you should make him out of the house. Annapurna prays.
Madhav gets Umang to Rashmi and says it was tough to get Umang. He recalls hiding and taking Umang away. He says Rajveer has seen us together, he has a doubt on me, hold Umang, I will get some snacks for him. Annapurna says take me to temple, I want to pray. Yashpal says we will go home. Rajveer says you both go home, I will take Annapurna to temple. Yashpal agrees. Rajveer and Annapurna get down the taxi. Rajveer collides with Madhav. Madhav lies to them and leaves hurriedly. Rajveer says something is wrong. Annapurna says it will be good if he does. Rashmi waits for Madhav. Durga is close to Umang. Amrita gives water to Dadi.
Rajveer calls Amrita and asks where is Umang. She says I just made him sleep in the room. He asks her to go and check once. She asks him to hold. She goes and checks. She checks pillows in Umang’s place. She gets shocked and recalls Brij’s words. She shouts Umang and cries.
Dadi asks what happened. Amrita says Umang isn’t here, he has taken Umang. Rajveer asks is Umang not there. Dadi gets shocked. Rajveer hears them on call. He sees Madhav and runs after him. Annapurna asks Amrita to come to bus stand fast, Param is running away. Amrita goes.
