Meet in love on Zee World Wednesday 7th August 2024 Update, Bala reveals that Shlok is the person whose hand he tattooed. However, he changes his statement, claiming that Sumeet saved his life, so he is now telling the truth. Raj arrives with pictures from CCTV footage, showing Shlok’s face under the shehra during the wedding. Shlok and Raunak are shocked to see the photos. Shlok denies getting the tattoo or marrying Sumeet, stating that if they were married, he wouldn’t leave her. Raj insists that the pictures are genuine, taken from a CCTV camera in the lane where the tattoo artist works.

Shagun arrives, applauding Raj’s plan, and accuses him of using his wealth to manipulate the evidence. She shows a recording of Raj bribing Bala to falsely implicate Shlok. Sumeet tries to talk to Shlok, but he becomes furious and warns her to stop pretending they are married. Poonam also begs Sumeet to stay away from Shlok and not come back to their home.
At home, Poonam prays for Shlok to find a life partner who understands him and thanks for removing all bad omens from there life.
Sumeet cries, feeling defeated and humiliated because of Raj’s actions and why don’t you let me fight alone?
Poonam says to her family members because of Sumeet we are being disrespected in the whole town as if we did something wrong. Her husbands also agree. Dadi says sometimes we are unable to see the truth, things can look different. Poonam says lets forget whatever happened. I decided that after 21 days Bitti and Shlok will get engaged but looking at the situation I have decided to talk to Bitti’s family today about their engagement, she asks Anju to make arrangements. Poonam shows the ring to Shlok and asks him to forget everything and move forward
Sumeet cries helplessly and asks Raj why he took away her half-truth from her. Raj tells her that she doesn’t need to suffer unnecessarily, but Sumeet refuses to go back. She is determined to prove that Sumeet Sangwan is not a liar, she walks away.
People online mock her, calling her a cheater. Sumeet in the market and remembers her mother’s words to bring the truth in front of everyone. Vani calls Sumeet and tells her that Shlok is getting engaged to Bitti. She asks Sumeet to come to Raunak’s home. Sumeet explains that she is married to Shlok and not Raunak, so she won’t go there. Some guys try to harass Sumeet by calling her names and questioning who her husband really is. Fearlessly, she faces them and says they gave her an idea that people often speak the truth after having alcohol.
Vani asks Raj why he’s trying to prove a lie as the truth. She convinces Raj that Shagun has changed and will take care of Sumeet too. However, Raj disagrees and doesn’t want to send Sumeet to Shagun’s home. Instead, he wants to bring Sumeet back to the Ahlawat mansion.
Sumeet messages Shlok to meet her at their favorite place, where they spent time together in the past. Shlok arrives there and asks her why she called him. Sumeet secretly adds alcohol to his drink. The episode ends with Sumeet hoping that once he gets drunk, he will confess the truth about their marriage.
Sumeet gives alcohol to Shlok by mixing it in his coffee. She hopes that in his drunk state, Shlok will admit that she is his wife. Just as Shlok is about to drink the spiked coffee, he receives a call from Poonam, reminding him to come home on time for the engagement. Poonam wants the engagement to happen at an auspicious time. Shlok tells Poonam that he bought bangles for Bitti. Sumeet takes the bangles and wears them, asking Shlok to drink the coffee first before she gives the bangles back. Shlok drinks the coffee in one go, and Sumeet believes that he will now reveal what happened on their marriage day.
Meanwhile, Shlok’s grandmother tries to convince Poonam to wait for 21 days until Sumeet’s challenge is completed. Bitti’s mother shows Sumeet and Raunak’s poster to the family. Shlok is still intoxicated, and Sumeet asks him if he held her hand during the marriage. Shlok confesses that he was there to stop her from marrying Raunak, but she insisted on marrying him. Sumeet asks why he wanted to stop her, hoping to hear a confession of love, but Shlok changes the topic and says he left because Sumeet compared him unfavorably to Raunak in terms of money and status. Sumeet asks why he came back and married her, but Shlok avoids answering the question.
Bitti’s mother expresses concern and questions Shlok’s family about Sumeet trying to prove her marriage. She points out that Sumeet is rich and capable of doing anything. Poonam remains adamant and refuses to accept Sumeet. She then accepts Bitti as her daughter-in-law, blessing her by placing a traditional veil on her head, and promises to make Bitti Shlok’s wife. Meanwhile, Raunak, frustrated, keeps punching a boxing bag, and Vani worries about his injured wrist. She reveals that she tried to convince Sumeet to marry Raunak, but Sumeet was stubborn and insisted that Shlok is her husband. Raunak plans to take revenge in his own way.
Sumeet continues her attempt to get the truth out of Shlok, but he claims he went to the office on their wedding night. She asks why he went to the office so late. In the midst of all this, Shlok gets on stage and asks for the mic. Some people recognize Sumeet and start recording the events. Shlok starts rambling and stumbling, and Sumeet tries to support him. He claims that Sumeet has turned his life into a joke, and people are calling him a gold digger. He acts strangely, saying that the truth is that he is a wonderboy, but a loudspeaker crashes, making it hard for Sumeet to hear clearly. He keeps repeating that he is not her husband.
Sumeet throws water on Shlok’s face, and the audience laughs at him. She apologizes for spiking his coffee. Shlok gets angry and insists that what he said is the truth. He leaves the place in frustration. After Sumeet leaves, she overhears some ladies talking about a holy thread that ensures a husband’s safety, so she decides to tie it as well. While receiving blessings, her mangalsutra gets entangled. Suddenly, Sumeet gets surrounded by a few guys who beat her up and kidnap Shlok. Her mangalsutra breaks, and a lady tells her that her husband is in danger. Shlok is shocked to see that he has been kidnapped by Raj, who wants to prevent him from getting engaged.
Sumeet gets worried when she sees her mangalsutra broken and fears for Shlok’s safety. Raj tells his men to keep Shlok with them until the engagement’s auspicious time is over, and then they can release him. Shlok pleads with Raj to let him go, but Raj refuses. Sumeet sees Shlok’s fallen bike and tries to track his location through the bike company. Shlok confronts Raj about his actions, and they get into a fight. Raj wants Shlok to accept his marriage with Sumeet and call off the engagement, but Shlok disagrees.
Meanwhile, Sumeet manages to find Shlok’s location at a dhaba and wonders if he is really in danger. She receives a call from Raj but ignores it, remembering that he had bribed Bala before. Sumeet arrives at the dhaba and is concerned about Shlok’s safety. She questions Raj over the phone, asking if he has done something to Shlok. Raj denies any harm and insists that he is doing everything for her happiness. Raj instructs his men to keep Shlok kidnapped but unharmed.
Raunak notices Raj leaving and tells his men to torture Shlok severely, hoping to put the blame on Raj and make Sumeet angry with him. Sumeet arrives at the locked dhaba and wonders why Shlok would come to such a place on his engagement day. At the engagement venue, guests gossip about Shlok’s drunk video with Sumeet and wonder if he will show up for the engagement. Poonam believes that he might be stuck somewhere and will come eventually.
Meanwhile, Raunak’s men attack Shlok, and he makes noise, alerting Sumeet. She wonders how there could be noise inside a closed dhaba and realizes that Shlok might be inside. Shlok’s family becomes worried about his sudden disappearance. Raunak’s men light a fire and hang Shlok tied to a cot above it. Raunak enjoys watching Shlok suffer and then heads to the engagement venue. He pretends to be concerned when Poonam mentions that they can’t reach Shlok. Raunak teases Bitti, trying to provoke her, but she becomes angry and focuses on Shlok’s possible arrival at the engagement.
Raunak plans to take away everything Shlok cares about, including Sumeet. Sumeet manages to enter the dhaba, and Shlok tells her to leave, but Raunak’s men attack her too. Sumeet remembers Meet’s advice to confront problems instead of running from them and bravely fights against Raunak’s goons. Shlok screams in pain as the fire gets closer, but Sumeet saves him just in time. She struggles to untie him but eventually succeeds. Sumeet rescues Shlok and hugs him tightly. The goons attempt to attack Shlok again, but Sumeet throws burning coals at them. She holds Shlok’s hand and takes him away from the dangerous situation.
COMING UP
Sumeet says to everyone Shlok injuries are not of accident my brother did to him. She hand over a burning stuck to Poonam and says I’m the culprit punish me. She takes it from her and burn her hand, she shouts in pain. Police walks in asks for Poonam and arrest her. Bitti says to Shlok police arrested your mother under the case of domestic violence because someone informed them about Poonam hurting Sumeet with burning stick.
