Meet in love on zee world Wednesday 26th June 2024 Update, She says that Manmeet loves her not Meet. Meet promises her that she will not come downstairs during the puja. Shagun leaves. She feels super hungry. She thinks that she can’t keep fast till evening. She gets tempted seeing sweets and eats one piece. In the evening Sangwan family and the villagers assemble together to perform the puja. Shagun tells Yashodha that Meet has not kept fast for Manmeet that’s why she has not come downstairs yet. Gunwanti says that Shagun has kept fast so she will sit for the puja in place of Meet.

Shagun sits for the puja. Meet also does her puja away. Yashodha says that the ritual of opening gifts will kickstart now. Everyone praises the gift came from Gunwanti’s parental house. Meet comes downstairs. She goes to open her gifts. Shagun says that she wants to help and tries to open the gifts. She says that her hand got cut and wonders what might came from Meet’s house. Gunwanti checks the gifts and finds iron scraps inside it. Everyone gets shocked
everyone gets shocked seeing the gift. Yashoda questions Meet. Meet says that Raj and Babita can’t send these things. She looks at Shagun, Gunwanti and says that someone might changed the gifts. Gunwanti gets agitated. Yashoda asks Meet to keep quiet. She asks Meet to admit the mistake. She says that Meet can no longer stay at her house as she is not Manmeet’s wife. She holds Meet’s hand and drags her outside. Manmeet asks her what happened.
Yashodha asks him to not interfere. She says that today her family got insulted because of the gifts that came from Meet’s house. She orders Manmeet to drop Meet at her parental house. Imarti brings Meet’s luggage. Manmeet doesn’t move. He says that those gifts didn’t come from Meet’s house. He says that Raj and Babita sent different gifts which were replaced by Imarti later. Imarti says that she didn’t do anything. Manmeet raises her hand and asks her from where she got a particular bangle. He says that he saw the bangle inside Meet’s gifts.
Imarti says it’s done by Shagun. She says that Shagun replaced Meet’s gift. She was hiding there and found a box of bangles. She also says that Shagun has burned all the gifts came from Meet’s house. Shagun cries and says that she feels insecure whenever she sees Manmeet with Meet. She wanted to insult Meet and tried to kick her out of the house. He asks her to beat her if he wants. Manmeet asks her to keep quiet. He asks forgiveness from Meet on behalf of Shagun infront of all the guests.
Meet says that Shagun is not at fault as she came in between them. She says that same thing may repeat in the future so she should leave from there. Manmeet puts finger on her lips and says that she won’t get the same treatment again. Yashoda asks her to come inside. A little girl informs Yashoda that Meet has given her food to her. Swapna says that Meet has kept fast. Yashoda comes at Meet’s room and discovers that Meet did the gangotri Puja too.
Meet comes there. Yashoda tells her that she will pray to get Meet for his Manmeet’s life. She asks her to pray to God to get Manmeet. Meet says that she can’t be selfish as she knows that Manmeet and Shagun love each other since childhood. She can’t separate the two lovers. Yashoda says that in the battle of lover and wife, wife always wins. She says everything is destined. Manmeet wishes to share something with Shagun and asks her to promise him that she won’t share it with anyone.
Sarkar returns home and spots the death news of Raj and Babita in the newspaper. He summons Manmeet. He asks him why Meet didn’t leave yet. Manmeet says that Raj and Babita are at outstation. Sarkar shows the newspaper article to him and questions him about it. Manmeet tells him that Raj and Babita are dead and he promised Raj that he will take care of Meet. Sarkar reminds him about his promise to Shagun. Manmeet gets confused. Sarkar says that Manmeet and Shagun got married in childhood. Manmeet gets shocked. Yashoda says that Shagun can’t roam at Sarkar Mahal until Shagun and Manmeet are married. Meet goes to say something. Yashoda asks her to not interfere in this matter. Shagun feels dizzy.
Meet recalls Yashoda’s words. She calls Anuja to remove a pin from her lehenga. Anuja asks if she should call Manmeet. Meet asks her to not tease her but do the work. Meet says that she can’t come in between Manmeet and Shagun. Anuja says that Meet is not coming in between and Meet will realise it when Manmeet will say I love you to her. Manmeet gets shocked after hearing Sarkar’s words. Sarkar says that only the elders know about it. He asks Manmeet what he will do now. He leaves. Manmeet gets confused.
Meet calls Raj, Babita to thank them. She fails to contact them and wonders why it’s happening again and again. Meet sees that Mohanlal jewelers written on the jewlery box. She says that Babita buys jewlery from her family jewlers always. She wonders where is this Mohanlal jewlers. Anuja tells her that Mohanlal jewlers is at Sarkarpur only. Meet calls at the jewlery shop and gets to know that those jewlery were bought by Manmeet not Babita. Meet gets confused and tries to call Babita again.
Manmeet gifts a pair of bangles to Shagun. He praises her hands. Shagun cries and asks him to stop her from leaving. Manmeet says that none can take Shagun’s place in his heart. He says that Meet has to leave today or tomorrow. He asks Shagun to leave as of now. Shagun cries and asks him to stop her. He asks Shagun to leave for sometimes. He leaves. Shagun says if she leaves today she won’t return ever in her life.
Sarkar asks Yashoda why she looks upset. Everyone gets a message from Shagun on their phone. In the video message Shagun says that she is leaving forever as Yashoda and Manmeet asked her to leave. Sarkar questions Yashoda. He again says that Shagun and Manmeet got married in their childhood. They realise that Shagun is going towards well to end her life and leave to save her. Meet also leaves to stop Shagun. Shagun goes to jump.
Sarkar shows her the death news of Raj and Babita in the newspaper. Sarkar says that Manmeet has kept Meet in the house for this reason. He says that Manmeet still loves Shagun only he is just binded by a promise. He still asks Shagun to be careful. He spots Meet and loudly says that Manmeet is doing drama and fooling Meet. He says that Manmeet also didn’t inform Meet that Raj and Babita are dead. He says that Manmeet is behaving nice with Meet so that he can gift Meet’s property and factory papers to him.
He drops the newspaper. Meet picks it up and checks the news of Raj and Babita’s death in the newspaper. Manmeet says that he will keep his promise anyhow. Shagun changes her mind.
