Marriage For Duty On Zee world Wednesday 21st January 2026 Update, We begin the episode with Raghav playing with toys from his childhood. Reet joins him, and they share a cute couple moment together. Sharda and Viren hide nearby and quietly watch them from a distance.

At the Chawls, Unnati is still angry with Dhruv and walks away from him. Dhruv then explains everything to her mother, including Neeta’s memory loss and how she was not responsible for their father’s death.

At the Suryavanshi mansion, Raghav hangs a picture of his mother, Unnati, and himself in the living room. Sharda sees this and tries to manipulate Raghav, but Raghav and Reet are about to leave and refuse to listen to her.

Reet and Raghav reach Neeta’s house to take her to the Suryavanshi mansion. Rohit stops them from meeting her. Raghav and Rohit argue about who has the right over Neeta. Just then, Neeta comes out and says she has already decided to stay with her only son, Rohit. This breaks Raghav emotionally. He tells her that he cannot lose her again after being separated for so many years.

Rohit angrily calls the guards and orders them to throw Raghav and Reet out. Reet steps in, calms Raghav down, and takes him away from there.

Raghav returns home furious and starts throwing things around. Sharda comes to calm him down. When she learns the reason for his anger, she uses the moment to poison his mind, saying Neeta is not a good mother and will never accept him as her son. Reet questions Sharda, asking why she never searched for Neeta all these years. Sharda is shocked for a moment but quickly covers it up with fake tears. She tells Raghav that she was busy taking care of him and Unnati, so she never got time to look for Neeta.

Meanwhile, Neeta questions Rohit about why he hid the truth about her past from her. Rohit explains that he found out everything only recently and was scared of losing her, as he had already lost a mother once before.

Back at the Suryavanshi mansion, Sharda continues her manipulation with tears. She spins a false story, claiming the man who took Neeta in was her former lover. Raghav shuts her down and says he will not lose his mother again. He explains that his anger was never because Neeta left them, but because she never came back looking for them. Now that he knows it was not intentional, he won’t let anyone come between him and his mother. He vows to bring Neeta back to the mansion.

Sharda is left completely shocked.

Reet is inside her room and notices Raghav’s photo staring at her. She starts arguing with the photo, complaining that it keeps distracting her from work. Just then, Sharda enters and tries to manipulate Reet into believing that Neeta might still be behind the gunshot incident. Reet understands things differently and gets an idea that finding the shooter is the real solution, as the shooter can reveal who sent them. Sharda gets scared that her truth might come out and regrets approaching Reet.

At the Chawla house, Unnati and Aunty argue over a chair full of packed items. Aunty asks Unnati to remove everything and blames her for Dhruv sleeping on the chair. Dhruv arrives and says he has no problem and asks them not to fight over such a small issue. Bubbly also comes there and pretends to sleep on the chair, saying she is just a guest and doesn’t mind adjusting.

After everyone leaves, Unnati goes to Bubbly’s room and confronts her about the drama. Bubbly threatens that she will leave the house and won’t give her baby to Unnati. Aunty overhears them talking about a baby and questions them, but they quickly make up another story. Still suspicious, Aunty decides to keep a close watch on them.

Meanwhile, Raghav goes to Neeta’s house and starts hitting himself with a rope outside, shocking the neighbours. Inside, Neeta and Rohit are having breakfast when they hear the chaos. Raghav blames himself for his mother’s pain and says he will stop only if Neeta agrees to come back with him. Neeta calls Reet and informs her. Eventually, Neeta agrees to go with Raghav, leaving Rohit stunned. Rohit begs her not to leave, but Neeta has already made her decision. Rohit walks away heartbroken, while Reet tries to stop Neeta, but she refuses to listen.

At night, Bubbly scares Smita using tricks to get her room back. Smita gets terrified, thinking there is a ghost. When the family checks and finds nothing, they agree that Bubbly can take back the room, and Smita goes to sleep with her mother.

At the Suryavanshi mansion, Viren worries that Reet’s decision to find the shooter might expose him. Sharda insults him and tries to assure him, but sudden strong winds make her anxious. The doorbell rings, and it turns out to be Reet, Neeta, and Raghav. Sharda is shocked. Raghav announces that Neeta will be staying with them from now on. Furious, Sharda orders everyone to go inside and walks away.
