Divya asks Sharda’s husband about the prize for winning the second round, and he says it’s a photo frame. Divya reacts unimpressed. Meanwhile, Unnati questions Pooja about her conversation with Anuradha. Pooja reveals she is trying to figure out who trusts Unnati the most, hinting that when the truth comes out, trust will turn into anger.
Raghav publicly humiliates Viren’s friend, forcing him to admit that Reet is Raghav’s wife. Viren throws his friend out, and Sharda announces Reet as Raghav’s wife. The party seems to calm, but Raghav asks Sharda’s husband to let him, Reet, and Divya with Pratik play the third round. The game is Dumsharats, and they get five minutes to practice.
Before the game, Reet questions Raghav about their relationship, recalling he had called her just a guarantee wife. Divya interrupts as the game begins. Divya and Pratik play first but lose due to miscommunication.
Meanwhile, Unnati tricks Pooja by taking her to the outhouse, stealing her phone, and locking her inside. Pooja tries to escape by jumping out of a window but loses consciousness. Reet rushes when she hears the commotion, breaks the lock, and finds Pooja unconscious. She calls Raghav, and together they rush Pooja to the hospital.
Sharda suspects Unnati and confronts her. Unnati confesses that she locked Pooja inside to stop her blackmail, which escalated from ₹50 lakh to ₹80 lakh. Raghav and Reet update Sharda and Unnati that Pooja is in a coma from excessive blood loss. Raghav warns that the police will investigate the incident. At her office, Reet receives a call from Raghav, who asks her to check a file number and call back. She agrees and finds the file, informing him. Raghav playfully scolds her for taking 20 minutes, and they share a light moment teasing each other.
Meanwhile, Poonam buys herbal medicine secretly, hoping to conceive. Reet finds her and warns her not to trust such vendors. Viren, feeling insulted by the driver’s comment about Poonam, brings her to his room and brutally tortures her with a belt. Reet hears Poonam screaming and bangs on the door, but Viren leaves before she can intervene. She finds Poonam unconscious and calls Raghav, who doesn’t pick up.
Unnati visits the hospital to check on Poonam, who is on life support. She tries to remove the oxygen mask but is stopped by a nurse. Raghav and the Suryavanshi family rush to the hospital, stopped by police. Reet convinces the cops to allow them in.
Reet confronts Sharda, explaining that Viren’s domestic abuse has led to Poonam being hospitalized. The family is shocked seeing Poonam battered. Sharda asks Pratik if he knew about Viren’s actions; he denies it. Viren arrives at the hospital, and Raghav threatens him with jail if his abuse is proven. Reet confirms she saw Viren leaving Poonam’s room with a belt. Poonam regains consciousness, and Viren attempts to leave, but Reet stops him, insisting the cops take his statement.
