Nandish plays with Ashish after a 6-year hiatus. Ashish expresses his exhaustion and requests Nandish. Nandish approaches him. Ashish accepts defeat in the game. Ashish requests that Nandish prepare for his birthday. He is about to wish him well when Nandini intervenes. Sona and his grandparents are introduced to Nandish. He takes the bat from his grandfather and refuses to accept their wishes. Nandish visits Maitree. Maitree presents him with his favourite laddoo. Maitree declares her love for Nandish. Nandish also refers to Maitree as his mother and expresses his love for her. Maitree corrects Nandish, telling him that he must refer to her as Maasi.Nandish is bored. Sona dislikes Maitree’s ways. Maitree wishes Nandish a happy birthday and asks him not to be sad on his birthday. Ashish says they can now wish him. Everyone wants to wish him a happy birthday. Nandish first seeks Maitree’s blessing. Sona dislikes it. Ashish requests that Nandish thank Maitree for making his favourite laddoos. Nandish expresses gratitude to her.
Ashish leads Nandish to Nandini’s photo and requests that she wish him. Nandish claims he isn’t hearing her wish but rather sounds from his stomach. He rushes over to Maitree, calling her mother. He tells her he needs to get ready for school. Maitree concurs. Ashish notices his wedding photo. Kusum claims Vasundhara took her daughter to America following the accident here and wishes Nandini a speedy recovery. Sona claims that Nandini must arrive soon or else fake mother Maitree will become real one day.
Nandini celebrates her son Nandish’s birthday in the United States with a photo of him. She promises to meet him soon. Vasundhara dislikes it. Ashish requests that Maitree and Nandish arrive as soon as possible. Nandish is summoned by Maitree. Sona says he can eat the Paratha. Nandish tells her that he doesn’t want her mother to arrive at the office too soon and asks her to make a roll. Sona makes a remark about Maitree. Maitree responds to her. Ashish requests that they not argue in front of the child. Nandish informs Sona before departing with Ashish and Maitree. Sona claims Maitree murdered my son and now wants to kidnap my grandson as well.
On the way, Maitree and Ashish take calls. Sadhna calls Maitree and requests that she meet with the groom’s family. Maitree says she’ll look into it later. Dinesh picks up the phone and tells Maitree not to ignore this match like she does every time. Sadhna invites her to meet with the groom. Maitree says she has arrived at the office and hangs up the phone. Ashish inquires as to why she lied and requests that she promise him that she will move on and take her marriage seriously. Maitree diverts the conversation by stating that she will make Nandish’s birthday special.
Maitree returns home later with Nandish’s favourite cake. Nandish is overjoyed. She throws several surprises at Nandish. Friends of Nandish request that he give them his Maasi, but Nandish refuses. Maitree summons Nandish to the cake-cutting ceremony. Members of the Maitree family come to wish Nandish. Guests speculate on the identity of Maitree and why she is with Ashish when Nandini is his wife. They discuss whether Maitree and Ashish are having an affair. Sona notices it. Nandish is forced to cut his cake by Ashish and Maitree. Nandish is about to give Maitree the first bite of cake. Sona requests that Nsndish feed the first bite to his father.Nandish feeds the first bite to Ashish. The guest asks him to feed to his mother. Sona is about to say Maitree is not his mother but Kusum stops her. Nandish feeds cake to Maitree. Friends of Nandish say Nandini is his real mother and Maitree is his fake mother.
Nandish’s friend informs him that Nandini is his true mother and Maitree is a forgery. Nandi sh claims Maitree is his biological mother. Nandish’s friends describe him as a liar. Nandish claims he is not a liar and confronts the child who refers to Maitree as his “fake mother.” Nandish is stopped by Maitree and Ashish. Nandish, in tears, walks away from there. The ladies at the party describe Nandish as impolite. They are sceptical of Ashish and Maitree’s relationship. Sona chastises them and tells them to leave. After learning the answer, Ashish requests that they depart. He claims Maitree raised my child like Yasodha maa and that you are incorrect about our relationship and that we are friends. He requests that they depart. They depart.
Maitree enters Nandish’s room. She invites him to leave the tent, but he refuses. Dinesh expresses gratitude to Ashish and departs with his family. Ashish goes to see about Nandish. Sona holds Maitree responsible for their family insult. Om and Kusum claim there is no error with Maitree. Sona claims that Nandish will not accept Nandini as his mother until Maitree is deposed.
Ashish enters Nandish’s room and informs him of Sona’s warning to his friends. Nandish is upset with him because he did not stand up for Maitree in front of everyone. Ashish apologises and claims that he has taught them a lesson. Nandish is summoned by Maitree. Nandish appears and asks Maitree to confirm that she is his biological mother. Nandish is told about Lord Krishna and his mothers by Maitree and Ashish. Nandish says he doesn’t want to be separated from Maitree, so he’ll beg God not to send my real mother back. Maitree and Ashish are watching.
Nandini tells Vasundhara that she misses her baby and hopes to see him soon. Vasundhara claims you’re not with your son due to Saransh and Ashish’s error. Nandini inquires as to Ashish’s error in the accident. Vasundhara claims to have seen Ashish’s true face. Maitree puts Nandish to sleep. She asks Ashish how she can move on from Nandish. She requests that Nandini return soon.
Nandini says, “I know you love me because I saw how much you cared for me all these years,” but “I’m not sure I believe your words against Ashish, so let me see for myself.” Vasundhara is willing to return to India. Ashish pulls Maitree aside and tells her that Nandini will return soon after she recovers, so get on with your life and Nandini will look after Nandish. Nandish has a holiday tomorrow, according to Maitree, and he usually spends the day with me.Ashish says he’ll take time off to spend with Nandish. He invites her to meet the bridegroom. Sadhna calls Maitree and demands that she meet with Akshay. Maitree attempts to deny, but Sadhna issues an ultimatum and disconnects the call. Nandish, according to Maitree, may not let her leave. Ashish suggests she leave before he wakes up. Maitree observes.
