She says Shivansh should have hated Prarthna for this, but he did not because he cares about her. According to Sonalika, Shivansh knows the truth but refuses to accept it and is only lying to everyone. Tanya does not believe that Shivansh is lying. She says Shivansh hates Prarthna because he knows she has come only for money.

Sonalika reminds Tanya that Prarthna has admitted many times that she came to take alimony and does not want Shivansh. However, she points out that Shivansh is always worried about Prarthna. He expresses hatred through his words, but his eyes show love for her. Sonalika asks Tanya if she is wrong for doing something in anger to get her love back.
Tanya apologizes for misunderstanding Sonalika. Sonalika lectures her and reminds her that she was the one who convinced Bua Maa when Tanya wanted to go to the US for her studies. She taunts Tanya for forgetting that they are best friends after blaming her. Sonalika says everything is fair in love and war and asks Tanya what she would do if she were in her place. She explains that she did nothing wrong because Shivansh betrayed her. Tanya asks Sonalika to give her one chance to rectify her mistake.
Sonalika tells Tanya that she cannot fix everything. Tanya promises to support her, and Sonalika thanks her. Tanya hugs her and apologizes again. Sonalika asks her not to say sorry and simply support her. Tanya agrees.
Meanwhile, Shivansh fears for Prarthna’s life and asks her to regain consciousness. Gayatri worriedly asks what will happen if Prarthna does not wake up. She says she will have to answer Seema and feels guilty that she could not protect her sister.
Shivansh assures her that nothing will happen to Prarthna. Gayatri asks when she will regain consciousness and reminds him of the doctor’s warning. Shivansh asks her to stay calm. Gayatri says only ten minutes are left and Prarthna needs to wake up. Shivansh says miracles can happen in a moment and begs Prarthna to wake up. He then leaves the room.
Gayatri urges Prarthna to wake up for her sake. Shivansh sees the Bappa idol and breaks down while praying for Prarthna’s recovery. He says Prarthna brought Bappa home and prayed with devotion, but now her life is at stake. He says that if anything happens to Prarthna, Bappa’s power will be questioned. He asks Bappa to bring Prarthna back to consciousness.
Shivansh says he has never prayed for anyone before, but today he wants to pray for his wife. He rings the temple bell while Gayatri watches. She goes to Prarthna and tells her that Shivansh loves her a lot. Gayatri knows that Shivansh and Prarthna are made for each other. They have love in their hearts even though they always fight. She asks Prarthna to regain consciousness and save Shivansh from Sonalika.
Shivansh continues praying to Bappa and refuses to give up. Sonalika tells Tanya that Shivansh is praying for Prarthna. Tanya asks her to relax, saying that Shivansh is a good person and would pray for anyone in such a situation. Sonalika insists that his actions prove his love for Prarthna and says she cannot allow him to love someone else.
Sonalika goes to Shivansh and asks him to stop because his hand is bleeding. Shivansh angrily tells her to stay away. He says he does not know what else to do to bring Prarthna back to consciousness. The doctor has already warned him, so he wants to pray to Bappa and ask for a miracle to revive Prarthna.
Sonalika asks if he realizes what he is saying. Shivansh says he only wants Prarthna to be fine. He does not care if his hand bleeds or if he becomes unwell. He asks Sonalika not to stop him. Sonalika cries and returns to her room.
Gayatri again asks Prarthna to wake up or else she will lose everything. She tells her that Shivansh will die if Prarthna leaves his life. She says Shivansh does not like Sonalika, but Bua Maa will force him to marry her. According to Gayatri, only Prarthna can stop this from happening.
She reminds Prarthna that Shivansh’s life is also in danger because of his Kundali dosh. She begs Prarthna to return for his sake and save him. Shivansh continues praying to Bappa, asking him to show a miracle and save Prarthna. Gayatri holds Prarthna’s hand and cries.
Shivansh becomes desperate and decides that he will end his life if Prarthna does not return to him.

He begs Bappa to bless Prarthna. Suddenly, the wind begins to blow. Gayatri wonders how the weather changed so suddenly and becomes scared.
Sonalika tells Tanya that her fear has become a reality because Shivansh shouted at her. She says he had never behaved that way with her before. Shivansh was praying for Prarthna and did not listen to anyone. Sonalika recalls his difficult childhood. She says he never believed in Bappa because his mother left him, and he hated his father until he learned the truth. He never received parental love, so he had no faith, but today he is praying for Prarthna’s life.
Sonalika asks Tanya if she now understands that she was doing the right thing. Tanya agrees and apologizes for not understanding her earlier. She realizes that Sonalika is in pain.
Sonalika cries and says she feels terrible seeing Shivansh so close to Prarthna. She breaks down and says she feels like dying. Tanya consoles her and hugs her. Sonalika says she cannot let Prarthna snatch Shivansh away from her. She wants Prarthna to fight her and wishes that Prarthna would die soon. She says Bappa will not answer Shivansh’s prayer.
Sonalika adds that she will pray to Bappa to bring Shivansh back to her because she wants her love. Tanya encourages her to pray to Bappa.
Shivansh continues ringing the temple bell despite his bleeding hand. Gayatri begs Prarthna to wake up. She tells her that she will get Shivansh married to Sonalika and asks her to imagine seeing Shivansh with someone else. She cries and begs Prarthna to get up.
Prarthna finally reacts, and Shivansh’s prayers are answered. Prarthna asks Gayatri to go and call Shivansh.
Gayatri runs to Shivansh and tells him that Prarthna has regained consciousness and is calling for him. Shivansh apologizes to Bappa and thanks him for returning Prarthna to him. He immediately runs to meet her.
Sonalika sees Shivansh going to Prarthna and rushes back to her room. Tanya asks her to listen, but Sonalika leaves.
Shivansh meets Prarthna and hugs her tightly. He apologizes and then scolds her for getting electrocuted because of her negligence. Prarthna asks him to give her some time because she will get better and then fight with him. Shivansh asks why she risked her life and says she did not think about him. Prarthna assures him that she is okay.
Shivansh asks her not to play with her life. He pours his heart out and tells her that he was dying while seeing her condition. He was scared of losing her. Prarthna calls him a liar, but Shivansh admits that he cares about her.
Prarthna asks if he would be happy if she left this world. Shivansh asks if she is mad to say such a thing. Gayatri smiles as she watches their cute moment and quietly leaves them alone.
Prarthna asks Shivansh to answer her. He says they can never share their feelings with each other. She asks if he cares about her, and he admits that he does. Prarthna says she wants to ask him a few questions. She tells him to answer her first, and then she will answer him. Shivansh asks what she wants to know.
Meanwhile, Sonalika locks herself in her room. Tanya asks her not to punish herself. Sonalika assures her that she will not harm herself and opens the door. Tanya enters and asks what she meant. She offers her support and asks Sonalika what her plan is.
Sonalika says she is losing the battle. Just then, Bua Maa arrives and asks what is going on. Sonalika tells her about Shivansh ringing the temple bell and praying to Bappa for Prarthna’s life. Bua Maa does not believe it.
Tanya tells Bua Maa that Shivansh was praying for a miracle and that Prarthna was saved. She says she saw Shivansh praying herself. Bua Maa asks what happened to Prarthna.
Sonalika says Prarthna dominates everyone and now thinks she has won. She says she does not want to lose to Prarthna. Bua Maa tells her that she is with her. Tanya explains Prarthna’s condition to Bua Maa.
Sonalika admits that she hates Prarthna and wanted to end her chapter, so she got her electrocuted. She says Prarthna has won Shivansh’s heart. Bua Maa refuses to believe this.
Bua Maa says Shivansh does not love Prarthna and praises his values and kindness. She asks Sonalika not to misunderstand him.
