Love’s Complicated On Starlife Tuesday 12th May 2026 Update, Abhimanyu avoids Akshara on the road but the duo shares an eye-lock. Akshara recalls his alliance with Arohi and turns around. Arohi asks Akshara to chase him. Arohi asks Akshara to drive fast but Akshara refuses to do any rash driving.

On the road, Abhimanyu helps an old lady. Arohi asks him to drop her at the hospital since their destiny is the same. She adds that Akshara is going in a different direction and only came to drop her. Abhimanyu thinks no other girl can sit on his bike except Akshara. He tells Arohi he does not have an extra helmet so he cannot give her a lift. Arohi then asks Akshara to drop her instead.
At the hospital, Mahima and Anand get praised by the media as the power couple and face of Birla hospital. Arohi thinks after her wedding with Abhimanyu they will become the new power couple. After the interview, Arohi tells Mahima she wants to become like her and Anand. Mahima scolds her for trying to replace her. She says just because Arohi is becoming the Birla daughter-in-law does not mean she will become the face of the hospital. Arohi must first make herself capable. Arohi gets irritated.
Abhimanyu performs a surgery. A doctor asks him to sing like last time but he refuses. Meanwhile, Manjari invites the Goenkas for dinner to fix the wedding date. Manish refuses to go to the Birla house. Kairav stops Akshara from joining them at first.
Manjari thinks the cupboard is her personal place where she keeps her secrets. When Neel calls her, the photo album falls. Manjari sees the adoption papers and recalls the past. A child calls for her in her memory. A paper flies and gets stuck under the bed but Manjari does not see it.
Mahima informs Abhimanyu that the Goenkas are coming. Abhimanyu hopes Akshara does not come. Later, Mahima decides not to give up on Akshara. The Birlas welcome the Goenkas. Mahima asks about Akshara. Kairav says she is with them and Akshara comes from behind. Harsh tells the Goenkas that Abhimanyu is not at home. Akshara thinks about how she convinced Kairav to bring her. She asks Neel about Abhimanyu and he confirms Abhimanyu is not home.
Abhimanyu finds out Akshara is at the Birla house and thinks she should not have come. The Birlas decide to perform a ritual with Arohi. Manjari asks Arohi to hide the pebble in the sweet and be careful but Arohi messes up the ritual. Mahima smiles. The Goenkas ask Arohi to be careful. Mahima tells Arohi that being a doctor does not mean she will do every ritual perfectly. Akshara helps Arohi make the sweet. Mahima gets irritated seeing Akshara interrupt.
At the hospital, the doctor tells Abhimanyu to go home as the work is done but he refuses. Arohi thinks Abhimanyu is not home so there is no entertainment. She decides to take admission in a prestigious college to shock Mahima and believes Abhimanyu will support her. Meanwhile, Mahima plans to shock Arohi.
The Goenkas and Birlas fix the wedding date for Arohi and Abhimanyu. Suhasini decides to dance to celebrate. Harsh tells Anand they now have to watch all this while Anand calms him. Akshara decides to dance for Arohi’s happiness. The Goenkas perform a dance on the ‘Badhai’ song. Neel tells Akshara he is not liking something as it feels wrong but Akshara convinces him everything is fine.
Abhimanyu comes back home. While dancing, Akshara bumps into him and they share an eye-lock. Abhimanyu joins the dance too. Both keep checking each other. Vansh clicks a family picture.
Later, Mahima offers Akshara a job at Birla hospital. Everyone including Akshara, Arohi, and Abhimanyu stands stunned. Mahima says she wants to introduce Akshara’s music therapy at the hospital. Harsh and Anand oppose the decision. Mahima asks Akshara if she will accept the offer. Kairav asks Mahima to give Akshara time to think.
Abhimanyu later asks Akshara to decline the offer because he does not want her roaming around him as it affects him. Akshara stands teary. Abhimanyu prepares for another surgery. He hears Akshara’s voice and chases it. He gets shocked seeing her at the hospital. Akshara heals a patient with her singing. Mahima thinks love has the power to empower anything. Abhimanyu confronts Akshara about joining the hospital. Akshara confirms she is here only to work and nothing more.

Akshara asks Abhimanyu to start afresh for their family sake. She asks him to behave normal. Abhimanyu says he is normal. Arohi spots Akshara and Abhimanyu together.
