Love’s Complicated On Starlife Thursday 10th September 2026 Update, Harsh tells Abhimanyu that what Akshara has done is a big thing and not something everyone can do. Mahima accuses Harsh of supporting Akshara. Akhilesh says Akshara has made a huge sacrifice, but Abhimanyu is refusing to recognise it. Anand, however, feels that Akshara was wrong to make such a sacrifice.

Shefali agrees that Akshara made a big sacrifice but wonders who makes such a huge sacrifice in today’s time. She says Akshara needs to be more practical in life. Neil supports Akshara and says that if everyone becomes practical, love will slowly disappear. Vansh tells Akshara that once Abhimanyu realises his mistake, he will come running to apologise to her.
Akshara says she did not make the sacrifice for Abhimanyu to thank her or apologise to her. She decides to move on from the topic. Abhimanyu also asks the Birlas to stop discussing it and leaves. Both Abhimanyu and Akshara decide to stay in their own places.
Later, Shefali speaks to Parth and praises Akshara’s sacrifice. She says that whatever decision Akshara made was not easy. Shefali believes that although Akshara and Abhimanyu are currently having differences, their love story will become a classic once they reunite. Neil then video-calls Akshara. He praises her efforts in love and tells her that he respects her.
Neil asks Akshara to come back home. Akshara tells him that his words matter to her, but Abhimanyu does not want her anymore, so she will not return to the Birla house. Neil respects her decision and promises to support her always.
The Goenkas feel proud of Akshara, while Abhimanyu chops vegetables. Parth sees him. Shefali tells Parth that she and Parth should maintain a basic understanding between them because love alone is not enough. She gives Abhimanyu and Akshara’s relationship as an example. Parth asks her to stop commenting on Abhimanyu and Akshara’s relationship.
Meanwhile, Akhilesh says that the Birlas’ investors have stopped trusting them and accuses the Birlas of ruining their family. Akshara asks the Goenkas to stay positive. They decide to work on bringing Manish and Kairav out of jail.
Abhimanyu speaks to Manjiri and tells her that he is feeling lonely. He asks her to come out of her coma. Parth then calls Abhimanyu and asks him to meet him. He decides to hand over the proof of Kairav’s innocence to Abhimanyu.
Harsh comes to see Manjiri. Abhimanyu tells him that Manjiri is allergic to the flowers he has brought. Harsh corrects him and says that he was the one who was allergic to the flowers, which is why Manjiri stopped bringing them. He also tells Abhimanyu that Akshara is not at fault.
Later, Akhilesh spots Anand drinking alcohol while getting ready to operate on a patient. He goes to Birla Hospital and exposes Anand’s drunken state. Arohi records a video and decides to use it later. Akshara and Vansh take Akhilesh away.
Mahima stops Parth from giving the proof to Abhimanyu, but Parth remains determined. Abhimanyu asks Parth what he was saying, and Parth looks at the evidence.
Soon, Neil and Harsh bring an injured Anand home. Mahima and Abhimanyu ask what happened to him, while Parth also asks about the incident. Mahima gives Anand some water. Harsh reveals that Akhilesh stopped Anand from performing surgery while drunk and tells them about the fight between Akhilesh and Anand.
Mahima blames the Goenkas for Anand’s condition. Abhimanyu asks Anand why he is destroying himself and calls him his guru. He also accuses Anand of trying to perform surgery while drunk.
The video of Anand and Akhilesh’s fight is played. Abhimanyu asks Mahima to stop the video. Mahima says he cannot bear to watch it, but Anand had to bear what happened. She again blames the Goenkas for the mess.
Neil asks Parth to stop playing the video because he managed to prevent it from going viral. Mahima worries that if the video goes viral, they will be ruined. Abhimanyu asks Mahima to stop accusing the Goenkas. Mahima becomes angry at him for still taking the Goenkas’ side.
Parth also gets angry with Abhimanyu and accuses him of always trying to be great. He yells at Abhimanyu for supporting the Goenkas and questioning Anand instead. Abhimanyu tries to speak, but Parth becomes even angrier. Abhimanyu stands there with tears in his eyes.
Meanwhile, Suhasini and Swarna correct Akhilesh about his fight with Anand. Akhilesh says that whenever he gets another chance, he will do the same because the Birlas have ruined them. Akshara asks him to focus on more important things. She reminds him that they have to get Manish and Kairav out of jail and also asks him to focus on their business.
Akhilesh feels happy that Akshara understands everyone’s feelings. Arohi speaks against Abhimanyu and the Birlas, but Swarna stops her.
Akshara calls Neil and apologises. She overhears Anand saying that they should let him remain injured for longer so that he will never forget that the Goenkas caused his injury. Akshara tells Neil that she heard what Anand said, yet she still apologises for Akhilesh’s mistake.
Neil conveys Akshara’s apology to Anand and Mahima, but Mahima becomes irritated. Parth takes the proof with him. Abhimanyu decides to visit Manjiri, while Harsh asks Neil to follow him because he is stressed.
Suhasini advises Akshara to listen to her heartbeat when the noise around her becomes too loud. Akshara then decides to visit Manish. On the way, she sees Abhimanyu’s car and becomes worried.
Abhimanyu arrives, but Akshara leaves the place. She gets injured, and Abhimanyu stops himself from helping her. Akshara cries in pain. Neil thinks that Akshara and Abhimanyu are pushing themselves so far apart that it could lead to their separation once again.
Both Akshara and Abhimanyu leave. Akshara then meets Manish, who advises her to do what her heart says. He tells her to let things go because whatever truly belongs to her will come back to her. Akshara decides to focus on getting Manish and Kairav out of jail.
