Love’s Complicated On Starlife Wednesday 9th September 2026 Update, Akshara says the inspector did not allow her to meet Manish and Kairav, so she decides to do something as soon as possible. Meanwhile, Akhilesh deals with the other businessmen after they refuse to believe that Manish is not guilty. They give Akhilesh another chance before leaving. Akhilesh breaks down, but Akshara asks him to stay strong, assuring him that they will get through this difficult phase together. Swarna and Suhasini also support Akshara and blame Abhimanyu for the mess.

Abhimanyu watches the footage of Manish being arrested. He tells Manjiri that he did not get Manish arrested and worries that the Goenkas must be shattered. He wishes he could be with them. Meanwhile, Neil speaks to Shefali and says that if Akshara knew about Manjiri’s condition, she would have come to help her. Shefali points out that Akshara is still unaware of it. Neil says they need to inform Akshara so that Abhimanyu does not get angry. He then looks for a way to tell Akshara about Manjiri’s health.
Akhilesh and Akshara meet a lawyer to get bail for Kairav and Manish. The lawyer tells Akhilesh that their case is weak. Around the same time, Akshara learns about Manjiri’s condition and decides to visit her.
Abhimanyu decides to meet Manish and gives him two minutes to speak. Abhimanyu tells Manish that Kairav is guilty and only he will be punished. Manish says he cannot accept any favour from Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu says he is not doing him a favour. Manish accuses Abhimanyu of destroying his family and asks him to leave.
Akshara meets Manjiri and becomes emotional. Mahima asks her to stop fooling them again and again and orders her to leave. Akshara refuses to go, so Mahima calls the guard. Akshara then sings for Manjiri. Abhimanyu asks her to leave, but Akshara remains determined to help Manjiri.
Abhimanyu refuses to listen to her and tells Akshara that he hates her voice and her face. Akshara says he needs to listen to her. However, Abhimanyu remains firm.
Meanwhile, Suhasini feeds Kairav. Kairav asks if Akshara is fine. Suhasini says Akshara may be hurt because of Abhimanyu’s reaction. Kairav says that if Abhimanyu knew Akshara’s truth, he would have thought differently. Suhasini then asks Kairav about the truth.
Later, Harsh and Anand decide to expand Birla Hospital. Abhimanyu returns home, and Akshara also comes to the Birla house. Abhimanyu asks Neil to tell Akshara to leave.
Akshara confronts Abhimanyu about saying that he hates her voice. She tells him that if he has started speaking without thinking, then he should also develop the habit of listening. Akshara says that Abhimanyu keeps saying anything just to satisfy his ego. She reminds him that despite everything involving Kairav and Anisha, they also have a personal relationship, but he never contributed to it. She calls Abhimanyu self-centred.
Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she was alone after separating from him, while he had his family and the hospital around him. She asks if he ever bothered to find out where she was. Abhimanyu again asks her to leave, but Akshara refuses to stop until she finishes what she has to say.
She asks Abhimanyu why he never asked her anything after they came face-to-face again. She reminds him that he gave her 24 hours but never gave her his trust. Akshara becomes angry with him for bringing the media to her house without thinking about the consequences.
Abhimanyu then questions Akshara about what she contributed to their relationship. He accuses her of repeatedly leaving him for Arohi or Kairav and asks her to explain why she left one year ago. He also asks her about the sacrifice she made.
Akshara remains silent. Abhimanyu tells her to leave because even today she refuses to speak. Suhasini then comes forward and says that she will tell him the truth. Akshara tries to stop her, but Suhasini refuses to stay quiet this time.
Suhasini explains how Kunal forced Akshara to become Maya’s voice. She reveals that Akshara sacrificed her dreams and her home so that Abhimanyu could once again be known as Doctor Abhimanyu. She says Akshara did not leave because of Kairav. She left because of Abhimanyu.
Suhasini then tells Abhimanyu that she is no longer willing to call him her son-in-law. She takes Akshara with her, but Abhimanyu stops them. He asks Suhasini if she means that Akshara sacrificed their life for his sake.
Abhimanyu becomes angry with Akshara for making such a sacrifice. He calls her sacrifice stupid. He says that all his life, he watched Manjiri make sacrifices and had asked Akshara never to sacrifice herself, but she ignored him. He disrespects the sacrifice Akshara made for their love.
Akshara asks Abhimanyu not to question her love for him. Abhimanyu says she wants to become great by making sacrifices. Akshara tells him that he does not understand what love is and leaves.
The Goenkas try to calm Akshara. Swarna praises her courage for making such a sacrifice. Neil tells Abhimanyu that he was in pain, but Akshara’s sacrifice cannot be ignored. Harsh also says that what Akshara did out of love was not easy.
Abhimanyu asks Harsh to stop lecturing him about relationships. Meanwhile, Arohi calls Akshara’s sacrifice lame. Suhasini tells Arohi to stop questioning Akshara because she has not grown enough to understand what sacrifice in love means. Swarna says they need to make Abhimanyu understand, but Akshara says there is no use talking to him.
