Love’s Complicated On Starlife Saturday 16th May 2026 Update, Akshara cries while Abhimanyu thanks her for her help. She asks if the patient is okay and he assures her. Akshara hugs him tightly. Abhimanyu tells her to relax but she walks away.

Mahima scolds a patient on call for not following the doctor’s advice. Later, Manjari and Mahima remember their past. Mahima misses her mother. Manjari shows her the old mother-in-law ring and asks if she can give it to Arohi. Mahima says the ring is old-fashioned and Arohi will not like it, just like Shefali. She tells Manjari to change with time. Manjari replies that her new daughter-in-law will make her modern.
Harsh asks Arohi to find the photograph quickly. Meanwhile, Akshara cries thinking about Sirat. She says she cannot afford to lose Arohi as she has not moved on from that incident yet. She believes Arohi will move on after marrying into the Birla family. Akshara says she can do anything to win Arohi’s love.
Vansh waits for Reem. Kairav teases him. When Reem arrives, Vansh gets smitten. Kairav prays that Vansh gets his true love and everyone finds their love.
Akshara decides to leave the hospital to distract her mind. Abhimanyu wonders why she got so affected by the incident even though he knows she is emotional. He starts looking for her. At the same time, Harsh and Arohi team up and delete the CCTV footage of the campfire. Anand and Mahima spot them but Arohi and Harsh manage to divert their attention.
The Goenkas start worrying for Akshara. Kairav learns from Arohi that Akshara is not around. Arohi also finds out that Akshara has not reached home. Abhimanyu learns from Arohi that Akshara is missing and gets worried. He finds out from Ajit that she left the hospital during the day.
Akhilesh sends Kairav and Vansh to search for her. Abhimanyu also looks for Akshara. Arohi informs Anand, Harsh, and Mahima about the situation. They tell her not to worry. Neel decides to search for her too. Abhimanyu prays to God to help him reach Akshara before she gets into any trouble.
Akshara’s car gets stuck on the way. Abhimanyu finally meets her and they hug each other. Things get awkward between them. Akshara explains that the incident was new for her so she went to the NGO to distract herself. Abhimanyu says many accident cases come daily, so she cannot keep running away and making him run behind her. Akshara asks him to stop scolding her. He says he is not scolding her. She asks him to inform the Goenkas that she is fine.
Vansh and Kairav return and tell the family they could not find her. Manish, Suhasini, and Swarna get very worried. Manish receives a call from Abhimanyu. Akshara speaks to them and says she is fine and Abhimanyu is with her. Kairav asks how Abhimanyu found her. He says he got a lead. Akhilesh informs them that the bridge is broken so they have to stay there overnight. He asks Abhimanyu to take care of Akshara. Abhimanyu asks Kairav to tell Manjari he will return soon.
Harsh, Mahima, and Arohi learn that Abhimanyu and Akshara are safe and together. Arohi gets restless. Neel thinks Abhimanyu and Akshara are made for each other. Akshara asks Abhimanyu what they will do now. He decides they will stay in the car. Akshara says she forgot her keys inside and asks him to open it like before. Abhimanyu tries with a hairpin but fails, so they decide to find another place.
They find shelter in a nearby village. Back at the Goenka house, Akhilesh informs everyone that bridge work has started and they can return in the morning. Arohi remains restless. Neel tells Arohi that Akshara will never snatch Abhimanyu from her. He asks what she will do if something happens between them. Arohi gets angry and breaks a glass.
On the other side, Abhimanyu and Akshara get intoxicated. Abhimanyu shares that he feels alone and only she stays in his heart. Akshara also opens up about her feelings. They dance together and Akshara hugs Abhimanyu.
