Rajvinder worries about how to explain this to the children, but Teji reveals that Sunny helped her understand how much Jeet and Heer truly love each other.
In a flashback, Sunny shows Teji a recording where Heer hugged Jeet, and Jeet expressed his willingness to marry despite his feelings and even said he would never forgive Heer. Teji reflects that it’s fortunate she discovered the truth in time, otherwise Jeet and Heer would have sacrificed their love for her and her kids. Teji firmly decides that Jeet and Heer should marry today. Rajvinder realizes her plan is crumbling and instructs Jeet to take care of the kids.
Teji argues that Jeet can still care for the kids without marrying her. She questions whether her marrying Jeet today would change the fact that she will still care for them. Heer assures Teji that she will love the kids dearly. Teji asserts that it’s final—Jeet and Heer will marry today, and she herself will prepare Heer as a bride.
A song plays as Teji and Jass escort Heer to the Gurudwara dressed as a bride. Jarnail believes Teji saved her life by not marrying Jeet, but he secretly vows to harm Jeet and Heer.
During the marriage rituals, Jeet and Heer make promises before God. Jeet vows never to leave Heer alone, and she reciprocates. Heer recalls how she once forced Jeet to marry Teji for the kids’ sake and promises not to sacrifice her happiness again, asking Jeet not to be upset with her. Jeet agrees, and Heer jokingly asks him to promise to cook and clean after marriage.
Sartaj expresses his joy that his children are getting married and announces a month-long langar. He presents a gift for the bride, which was initially intended for Teji. Sunny and Simrit give roses to Jeet and Heer, wondering if they can now call him “father” to avoid teasing. Rajvinder worries about explaining this to others, but Heer reassures the kids, saying they have triple protection from mom, uncle, and aunt. Suddenly, Heer spots a ring and sees Jarnail in the background, feeling confused and fearing she is losing her mind.
Jeet carries Heer to their room, recalling the promises they made. He helps her drink water and settles her on the bed. The guests admire Jeet’s caring nature toward his wife and tease him playfully. Jeet politely asks them to leave, saying Heer needs rest. He closes the curtains and ensures she is comfortable.
Heer then confesses her love to Jeet, saying “I love you.” Jeet, surprised, asks her to repeat it, and she does. Overwhelmed with happiness, Jeet lifts her in his arms and hugs her tightly. He expresses his gratitude for having her in his life and encourages her to rest. As the song Mahi Maine Chhaddion Na plays in the background, Jeet returns briefly to tell Heer that he loves her too before leaving the room.
Later, Heer confides in Jass while they are in the car, revealing that Jarnail is alive and she is determined to catch him. Jass informs Jeet, prompting him to rush outside. Heer begins to follow Jarnail, determined to confront him.
In a flashback, it is revealed that Jarnail orchestrated everything, including paying the waiter, to lure Heer into following him. Despite Heer’s attempts to apply the brakes, they fail, leading to a dangerous situation. Jarnail cruelly taunts Heer over the phone, revealing that he sabotaged her car as a wedding gift, intending to cause her death. Panicked, Heer contacts Jeet and informs him of the brake failure. Unfortunately, she ends up in an accident.
Jeet arrives at the scene and rushes Heer to the hospital, where doctors take her into surgery, asking him to wait outside. Anxious and praying fervently, Jeet vows not to let anything happen to Heer. Meanwhile, Rajvinder, misguided, blames Heer’s condition on their failure to seek psychiatric help, believing Heer’s pursuit of Jarnail’s ghost led to the accident. Despite the grim prognosis from the nurse, Jeet remains resolute about saving Heer.
Unbeknownst to everyone, Jarnail, disguised as a doctor, recalls cutting the car’s brake wire and feels confident that this time Jeet will not be able to rescue Heer. The doctor asks Jarnail to fetch glucose, and he secretly adds some drug to the bottle. When asked why it is taking so long, Jeet rushes to bring glucose but collides with Jarnail, causing it to spill. Jarnail fumes, believing that as long as Jeet is around, Heer will always be saved.
Heer’s brother vows to quit drinking if God saves his sister. Everyone prays fervently for her recovery. Jeet confides in Teji, admitting that although he is trying to stay strong, he is struggling to see Heer in this state. He pours his heart out to God, questioning why his happiness is always taken away and pleads for Heer’s life in exchange for his own. Sartaj advises Teji to go home as the kids are alone, promising to keep her updated. Rajvinder offers to look after the kids.
A man informs Jeet about a nearby Gurudwara known for granting wishes, though the path to it is extremely difficult. Determined to save Heer, Jeet is undeterred. Jarnail bribes the man, mocking Jeet’s sentimentality. Jeet, despite injuring his feet on the rocky path, recalls Heer’s promise of a life together and perseveres to reach the Gurudwara.
Meanwhile, Jarnail sabotages Heer’s treatment by injecting the doctor with a harmful substance. However, Jeet’s prayers seem to interfere, causing the syringe to break. Eventually, doctors administer a successful injection to Heer, stabilizing her condition. Teji drops Rajvinder home, where Sunny notices Rajvinder standing—contrary to her usual behavior.
As Jeet prays at the Gurudwara, the doctors inform Heer’s family that she is out of danger. Sartaj relays the news to Jeet, who rushes back to the hospital and finds everyone somber. The doctor explains that while Heer is stable, she has sustained injuries from small mirror pieces, especially on her face, causing intense pain.
Jeet, overwhelmed, recalls his moments with Heer and authorizes plastic surgery to improve her condition, knowing her face will not be the same. The doctor reassures him about the safety of the procedure, explaining it will last only 2–3 hours and the bandages will be removed the next day. Keep visiting blastersseries.com for fastest updates.
