Garima saying we should go there and see Gungun. Charu and Sargam defend Anu. Maya says don’t try to justify Gungun, we are here for her, then what was the need for him to become a hero. She asks Akriti why didn’t she stop Anu.

Akriti says its Gungun’s mistake also, she tries to get close to him by some excuse, does anyone gift an expensive ring, Gungun gifted her a ring to Anu, he returned it, so she came back to take revenge for the insult.
Ranvijay’s parents ask about the marriage. Maya says we will find any other mahurat. Garima shouts on her. Maya says nothing will happen to her, if anything happens then I won’t leave those who are responsible. Charu says Anu didn’t do anything wrong.
She says police will decide that. Ranvijay says police will find a proof against him. Maya says he will get rotten in jail. Akriti says I will complain against Gungun, she disturbed my married life. Charu says we should go now. Golu says go home, we will go to hospital.
Maya asks why. He says because we care for her. Ranvijay says they are worried that Gungun can give statement against Anu, they are fraud and just pretend love. Yug says you fake love for her. Charu says we came here to bless her, this should have not happened.
A girl comes and says Gungun attempted suicide. Everyone is shocked. The girl shows the suicide note. Garima and Maya cry. Maya asks how is this possible. Ranvijay thinks thank God, she didn’t write my name, she doesn’t like me, but I love my American dreams. Maya asks him not to misunderstand Gungun. She says Gungun’s marriage will happen today itself, it will happen in the hospital, you will get everything in the US. Ranvijay says no, I m not interested in her property and America, I love her a lot, I will make sure that Anu gets jailed. Akriti argues with him. Garima scolds Maya for never seeing Gungun’s tears. She says I m going to Gungun. Akriti says no need, go home, we are going to see Gungun. Garima says you go if you want, you have no right to stop me. She leaves. Sunanda says we will go home. Akriti says I will see Gungun and come. Maya asks Ranvijay to come. Yug says we will also go. Akriti says I will also come, please. Golu asks her to come. They also leave. Charu and everyone leave for home. Doctors treat Gungun. Doctor says we have to take the risk and save her, I promise, I will monitor her health for one month. He says you said no one can touch you except me. She asks how can you see your wife marrying someone, you don’t know to show your rights. He says you snatched my rights. She says sindoor gives a big right on a person, stupid Ranvijay is nothing. He corrects her. She says you will be a donkey, you are pointing out my mistakes. He asks why did you try to give your life. She says I had no option, how could I marry again when I m married. He says its my mistake, I should have not filled your maang. She asks is our marriage a mistake for you. He says it’s a mistake if a moment punishes us for entire life. She says then Ranvijay would have married me, would it be right. He says no, but I can’t accept you in front of everyone. She cries and says that’s why I wanted to end my life, our problems would have got solved, after dad left, I don’t want to live, Bua is busy in her life, you never loved me, I m alone. He says I m with you. She says you can be with Akriti or me. He says I don’t want to go on honeymoon with Akriti. She says I don’t want to marry Ranvijay. He says maybe we are seeing the thing which we don’t have, happiness. She says truth is, she is your wife. He says I married you first, she stays in my house, but you stay in my heart, I love you. She looks at him. He holds her hand and says I love you so much, I realized this too late, I understand it now that I can’t live without you, I would have died if anything happened to you, I felt my existence is wiped off when you wiped your sindoor, why did you do that. Gungun says if my mom saw sindoor, then she would have troubled you also, my sindoor was coming between Akriti and your happiness. She cries. He holds her. She starts coughing. He asks her to take a deep breath. He makes her lie down. She holds his hand and says don’t leave me alone.

Anu saying I can never leave you alone because of the bond you have tied me with. Gungun says if you need to go then. He recalls his family and Akriti. He says don’t worry, I will find some way, will you support me. She asks how. He says I want that you don’t go to US. She says Maya will not let me stay here, Ranvijay will trouble me. He asks why are you scared of me. She thinks for your sake. He says you don’t need to get scared of him, you are my responsibility. She asks will you leave bodyguard for me when you go to Switzerland. He says I know I can’t be with you always, I promise I will come to you, I will never leave this house, I accepted you my wife by heart. He kisses her forehead. She asks can you fill sindoor in my maang again.
He nods. She says I m incomplete without sindoor and our relation also, before Ranvijay comes and fills sindoor, please fill sindoor. He asks how will I get it here, if I go, then Maya and Ranvijay can come. Gungun asks nurse to arrange sindoor for her. Nurse says yes, I have it in my bag. Doctor asks why do you want. Anu says so that Ranvijay doesn’t marry her. Gungun says Anu is my husband, I want him to fill my maang with sindoor before Maya comes. Doctor gets Maya’s call and says maybe she reached. Gungun says stop her from coming, you are dad’s friend, please help me. He says okay, just do it fast. Maya asks where is Gungun, I need to see her. Doctor says she is fine now, she had an overdose of sleeping pills, I m coming to meet you first. Ranvijay says we came to meet Gungun. Maya says Gungun is fine. Ranvijay says we will do for what we have come. Maya asks doctor to come, is Anu around. Doctor says no, he isn’t here. Akriti and Golu come with Yug and Ankit. They ask for Gungun and Anu. Maya says Anu isn’t here, Ranvijay is going to marry Gungun by filling sindoor.
Akriti calls Anu. Anu doesn’t answer. Doctor asks are you sure that Maya won’t force you for marriage. Gungun says I will tell her that I m already married. He says I could have told some medical condition to Maya and stopped your marriage if you told this to me before, but fine, I will stop Maya, hurry up now. Anu holds Gungun. He fills the sindoor in her maang.
He kisses her forehead. Doctor asks Anu to go now. Anu says Maya and Ranvijay will ask about this sindoor, what will you say. Gungun says leave it to me. Akriti calls again. Gungun asks who is calling. He says Akriti. Garima says doctor asked us to wait here. Ranvijay says we should meet Gungun, not the doctor. Maya says Gungun attempted suicide, calm down, it maybe a police case. She calls the doctor and says we are waiting. Doctor says I m coming in a min. Gungun asks are you going. Anu says I m helpless to go, if they see me with you, then it will be a problem, if you want me to stay here then I will, I don’t care. She says I don’t want you to get into any problem, so go. She says I m waiting. He says I will surely come. Anu leaves. Ranvijay stops him and asks are you still here, I m Gungun’s husband. Anu asks when did the marriage happen. Ranvijay says it would have happened, how dare you touch my wife. Golu scolds him and says Anu saved her life. Akriti asks why didn’t you answer. Anu says sorry, I didn’t see. She says we will go home if your social work is over. Anu says I won’t come until I complete for formalities. Maya says I m there for it, you just leave. He says I will decide whether I stay back or not. Ranvijay argues. Doctor says Anu saved Gungun twice. Maya says this guy is responsible for Gungun’s condition, anyways, when can we take Gungun home. Doctor says you are also a doctor, you know you have to monitor the patient. Maya says I have to get Gungun and Ranvijay’s marriage done today. Doctor says sorry, I can’t allow this here. She says don’t forget its Riddhesh’s hospital, and now its mine, I will decide. Doctor asks her to talk to Gungun. Maya says she was happy with this alliance, some people don’t want this marriage to happen, I will get it done here. Anu looks at the doctor. Akriti says we shall go home now. Yug says we won’t go without seeing Gungun. Doctor asks everyone to come. They all go to see Gungun. Doctor says Gungun is sleeping, don’t wake her up.
Gungun acts sleeping. Ranvijay goes to Gungun and says don’t know why she took this step. Gungun wakes up and shouts don’t touch me. Maya asks why, who will touch you then. Ranvijay sees the sindoor and says great, you have applied the sindoor, how cute. Maya says doctor said its not allowed in the hospital, the guy should apply the sindoor, the marriage will happen here.
