The series starts with Gungun working out in her room. Her Bua comes. Gungun asks for money for the party. Her Bua says you will get late. Gungun says dad also comes late always. Bua says he gets late in the hospital. Bua gives the money. She asks Gungun to call her friends home. Gungun says my friends and BF won’t come here. Bua says don’t say this word.

Gungun says Ranvijay is my current BF. She gets her mum’s call. Bua asks her to talk to him. Gungun says she chose her career over her daughter, where is the family. She shouts a lot and goes. She cries seeing the empty house.
At Saraswati house, a lady talks to the guests and says joint family is always lovely, its my nephew’s haldi today. Sargam drinks the haldi. Goli Bua asks the servant to put more roses in the decorations. She gives the laddoos to the kids. Everyone asks for Khushi. Sargam says I don’t know. Goli says we don’t know about the girl, her dad Chandru might be singing somewhere, bhabhis don’t think about her, she is sleeping, I want her to look beautiful in the pics, I made her sleep, did I say right. She asks what, try to understand. He says I will call you when I board the flight, I will come to your house if you don’t come to meet me. He asks is there privacy in your house or not. Khushi ends call. Goli scolds Khushi. She says you will go out of the house after bidaai.
Chavi dances in the function with Divya and others. Chalka chalka….plays…. Bade Papa looks on and smiles. He prays for the family. Anu sings. Sunanda comes to call Bade Papa. He says one who comes close gets love and one who stays away gets respect, I have to balance out. Gungun is seen crying.

Gungun’s dad comes home. Garima says you went 24 hours back. He says sorry, patient was critical. Gungun says I didn’t go to college, I got late in the party. He scolds her. He gets a call from hospital. At Saraswati Sadan, everyone looks on sad. The man asks what are you seeing. They say Chandru will be singing here tonight, everyone will make jokes on us. She says I will get married and leave tomorrow, I will miss the family. Chandru says yes, we will also miss you, my music and I will come along with you. Anu says if you go, then what about us, we will miss you. Chandra cries and hugs Khushi. Sargam also comes. The family have a group hug. Khushi gets her fiance’s call. He insists her to come and meet him, else he is coming to her house. Goli snatches her phone.
