Lost in love on starlife Wednesday 14th December 2022 update, Virat brings candfloss, vada pav, and panipuri for Sai and asks her to finish them and continue her studies. Sai enjoys snacks and forces Virat to bite with her. She then says she will have a 10-minute power nap. Virat asks if she thinks he will wake her up. She says as he wishes, she will fail if he doesn’t want her up. He returns after 10 minutes and tries to wake her up, but she acts asleep.

He sprinkles water on her. She wakes up shocked and asks who wakes up like this. He says she asked him to do wake her up and asks her to start studying again for her exams. She says she will go only if he drops her to college. He complains Kamal’s photo. She asks if he doesn’t want her to become a doctor. He says he will leave Nagpur in 2 days and it doesn’t matter if she passes or fails.
She asks if he really thinks so, handcuffs their hands, throws key out of the window, and asks if he really doesn’t mind now. He picks gun from the cupboard to break the handcuff. She asks him not to do that, they both can go out and search the keys. He agrees and takes along hiding from family. She covers their hands with her dupatta. Pakhi passes by and gets jealous seeing them together. Sai dances with him. Karishma notices next and wonders why Sai is dancing at midnight. They both then walk into garden where Bhavani notices them. They escape from her and then search for key. Virat finally finds key and frees himself. He then takes Sai back to room and forces her to study and himself goes to bed. Sai jumps on his chest and shouts why don’t he forgive her. He wakes up shocked. She then opens eyes and realizes she was dreaming. She notices Virat handcuffing her to a study table.
Net morning, Sai takes time to get ready for exam. Virat notices she is already late. She acts casually. He packs her stuff and holding her hand drags her down when Pakhi notices them and feeling jealous asks if he will make Sai write her wrong exam. Virat asks why is she interfering and asks her to move aside as they are getting late. He holds Sai’s hand again and walks out of house, leaving Pakhi in shock. He reaches college and requests Pulkit to take permission from examiner to let Sai attend exam as she is 10 minutes late. Pulkit says he is in fact early as exam is at 11 p.m. Virat notices notice board and realizes Sai changed time on her hall ticket. Sai thanks Virat for dropping her to college on time. Pulkit says Sai fooled Virat. Sai says she made Virat as her husband and Virat will make her a doctor. He smiles. She asks him to wish her good luck with same smile. He does. She hugs and thanks him.
Virat waits for Sai till she finishes her exam. After finishing exam, Sai thinks to call Virat to pick her up and finds him already waiting for her. Virat says its her last exam, so he waited till she finished her exam. He further informs that there is a surprise waiting for her.
Virat holds Sai’s hand and takes her along to surprise her. Sai asks what is the surprise. He shows her Kamal sir’s garlanded photo with lamp in front of it. Sai feels happy seeing that and asks if he organized a pooja on her last day of exam. Virat tells Kamal’s photo that he is sure that that Sai will top in her exam, he had taken up Sai’s responsibility after promising Kamal till Sai’s becomes a doctor and now that Sai’s exam has finished, he wants to free himself from the responsibility. Sai is shocked to hear that and asks what does he mean. He says he is going from here, shows his transfer letter, and says tomorrow he is going away from her, his family, and Nagpur.
Sai says tomorrow is Shivani and Rajiv’s wedding. Virat says there is no need of him here. Sai says he is performing this wedding, she needs him. He asks why, she considers him as hindrance in her life, now she can lead a peaceful life away from a stone-hearted man. Sai says she is the peace of his life. He says there is no use of these talks and says she can stay at Chavan Nivas till she wants to, but their relationship has ended now. Sai holds his hand and pleads him not to go. He frees his hand and says they were never one at all. She says they are partners and couple and he cannot separate. He says they are 2 corners of a river which an never meet. Sai says a water between them keeps them united.
Virat says he cannot forget how she mistrusted him and hence feels his decision of going away from her is valid. He recalls all the incidents and asks how can he forgive her when she broke him from inside completely. She says when he forgave Rajeev, why can’t he forgive her. He says Shivani forgave Rajiv as she wants Rajiv to be in her life, but he doesn’t want Sai to be in his life. He says she will be very happy without him, wishes her all the success in life, and their relationship ends here. He picks the lamp and says its a symbol of trust and he is immersing it today in water. He does same and walks away while Sai stands crying. Rajiv and Shivani notice Sai crying vigorously, get worried for her, and ask her what really happened. Sai shows Virat’s transfer letter. Sunny notices Virat in market and asks what is he doing here, notices him serious, and asks if he is fine. Virat says he ended his and Sai’s relationship. Shivani and Rajiv ask Sai how can Virat end their relationship. Sai says their relationship was based on a responsibility and once her last exam ended, Virat broke up ties with her. Sunny tells Virat that Sai is his wife and is making efforts to convince him, it looks like he has made up his mind to leave her. Virat says Sai broke up with him twice and he doesn’t have courage now to bear another breakup. Sunny asks what if Sai also accepts defeat like him and stopsputting efforts to revive their relationship. Sai says maybe Virat couldn’t understand her feelings and hence is going far away from her forever.
Afer sometime, Sai looks at her father’s pic and packs her books. Mohit walks in and asks if her exam went well, he will give a treat to her today. Virat walks in. Sai tlls him that she will never be a hurdle to him again. Mohit insists her to tell what treat she needs. Sai says there is no need for that as Virat gave her a big treat already. He gets excited hearing that and asks if everything is normal between them now, says he will meet her in the evening during sangeet, and walks away asking her to call him if she needs any help. Virat also packs his bag. Shivani walks in and asks if he is going tomorrow itself. Virat says he is already late. She asks if he cannot wait for one more day and happily bid adieu to her. Virat agrees.
Rajiv enters and tells Shivani that Virat should perform her kanyadaan as he arranged her marriage like a father. Shivani asks Sai if she and Virat will perform her kanyadaan. Sai says she doesn’t have any problem as she already performed Devi tai’s kanyadaan once, she should ask Virat. Shivani jokes Virat is getting a readymade daughter to perform Kanydaan directly during her wedding.
