Meanwhile, Lucky’s friend insists he answer Bhagyashree’s call, as she has been trying to reach him repeatedly. When Lucky finally answers, Bhagyashree asks if he was involved in Isha’s accident, which he denies. Bhagyashree scolds him, and he abruptly ends the call. Tara reassures Bhagyashree that Lucky wasn’t involved in the accident, but Bhagyashree reveals that he is involved in the Mrunmayi video scandal. She plans to question Lucky when he returns, though she’s unsure when that will be. Tara advises that Lucky should stay in the Lonavala building until the situation settles down, a conversation that Rajat overhears.
As Rajat hurries to leave, Savi notices and urges him to eat before going. He explains that he has learned of Lucky’s location and can’t rest until he catches him, then leaves in haste.
Later, Jigar visits Lucky, offering to help him. When Lucky asks how he found his address, Jigar reveals that he’s in contact with Tara. Lucky’s friend advises him to accept Jigar’s help, but Lucky sends his friend inside. Lucky then warns Jigar to leave, adding that he regrets his actions, unlike Jigar. Jigar tries to provoke him by suggesting that Rajat will choose Savi over him. Angry, Lucky warns him not to mention Savi, but Jigar’s attempt to manipulate him fails. Just then, Rajat arrives, orders Jigar to leave, and warns him to stay out of it. Rajat slaps Lucky, demanding to know why he caused Isha’s accident. Lucky and his friend insist he wasn’t involved. Rajat then questions him about the Mrunmayi and Aman video. Lucky admits he made the video to get revenge on Aman, which his friends later uploaded online. Falling at Rajat’s feet, he expresses regret over his actions, reiterating that he had no part in Isha’s accident. Rajat demands to know why he hid and avoided Savi’s calls.
Soon after, the police arrive at Rajat’s house, asking for him. Savi questions why they are there, and Rajat appears with Lucky, explaining that he called them. Lucky asks Rajat why the police were involved, given he already confessed. Bhagyashree accuses Rajat of spoiling their new year, but the police proceed to arrest Lucky for Isha’s hit-and-run case, despite Tara and Bhagyashree’s protests. Lucky pleads with Rajat to stop the arrest, but the police remain firm. At that moment, Rajat intervenes, telling the inspector that Lucky is not involved in the accident and asking them to release him. The inspector insists they have a warrant, but Rajat’s lawyer arrives with an anticipatory bail, stopping the police. Frustrated, the inspector accuses them of making a mockery of the law and leaves. Rajat thanks his lawyer, but Savi confronts him, expressing disappointment that he chose family loyalty over the truth and calling him untrustworthy.
