Lost in love on starlife Saturday 6th December 2025 Update, Dr. Surva tells Pradhan that Neil is fine enough to go home now, but his memory loss might continue until the swelling in his brain comes down. It could take a few days or even months. Leena totally refuses to let Savi stay close to Neil, but Dr. Surva stands his ground. He says Savi has to stay and pretend to be Neil’s wife for his emotional and mental health. He warns them that removing Savi right now could slow down Neil’s recovery. He even asks them if their hate for Savi is more important than their love for Neil.

Vinod and Bhushan beg Leena to allow Savi to stay, and even though she doesn’t like it, she finally agrees for Neil’s sake. Vinod thanks Dr. Surva and promises that no one will tell Neil the truth.

When they reach home, Leena welcomes Neil with a nazar utarna ritual. At Neil’s request, she also does it for Savi and the kids. She tells Neil to rest and says she’ll help him if needed, but Neil smiles and says his “wife” will handle everything.
Amruta comes in with turmeric milk and starts remembering how she used to care for Neil before. Neil doesn’t recognize her at all. Vinod explains who she is, and Neil apologizes for not remembering. Everyone leaves so he can rest.
Later, Savi gives Neil his medicine. He admits he doesn’t remember her name and feels like a failure. He tells her not to say it yet and says he’ll call her “Biwi” until his memory comes back. Savi agrees, and Neil thanks her for being so understanding. He then notices that Savi and the kids’ things aren’t in the room. Savi tells him the room is under renovation and she’ll bring all their stuff the next day.
After Neil leaves, Savi finds Teju’s photo and quietly promises she will never take Teju’s place. She says she will leave once Neil fully recovers. Later, Sai asks Savi when they’ll go to see Granny Bhagyashree. Savi explains they’ll stay until Neil gets better. She tells Sai to call Neil “Pookie Papa” for now to help him recover, even though Sai insists Rajat is her real dad. Savi convinces her gently and asks Manjari for help too, determined to support Neil no matter what.
