Lovely’s friends ask her did Sikander find out you know the truth, Lovely says how will I survive, lovely’s friend say look sikander is anyways gonna die you think about your future, you can’t spend your life here.
Sikander sees kulfi standing alone and goes hugs her, and says don’t be upset I told you it was very old mouth organ forget about it, and you and amyra meet me it’s time for new lesson, Kulfi shows Sikander his mouth organ, Sikander gets emotional. Grandpa and kid walk in, grandpa apologies to Sikander for his behaviour. Sikander hugs Kulfi and thanks them. Kid asks Sikander to play mouth organ, Sikander plays it for him and he gets very happy. Everyone from chawl gathers, and applauds.
Sikander teaches grandpa to play and hugs him, Sikander sees kid upset on not getting mouth organ and returns him. Everyone leaves. Sikander tells Kulfi he is very happy, happy to play and happy to bring smile on kids face. Kulfi says I told you faith and hope wins.
Sikander gets call from doctor and informs him there’s bad news sikanders blood cloth can’t be treated and he has only 30 days left now, doc says I’m trying to meet Doctor for one last hope, Sikander says enough of it, accept the fact and leave all the rubbish faith and all. Kulfi hears them talk and is in shock. Sikander sees Kulfi and walks to her, Kulfi starts crying and hugs him.
Sikander says kulfi accept the fact I have to leave you guys and go, I have accepted the truth and so will you. Kulfi remembers her time spent with Sikander and starts crying.
Sikander looks at Amyra and Kulfis pics, Lovely walks to her, Sikander says I got emotional seeing old pictures let’s have food, Lovely says Sikander stop lying I know the truth, why did you, Sikander says I’m sorry, Lovely says I thought we will give our life fresh start, but you are leaving, don’t go, we will go abroad we have funny, sikander says there isn’t any chance, I’m sorry.
