Jhanak On Starlife Wednesday 8th July 2026 Update, Jhanak tells Rishi that nothing is free, so she will pay him back later. Rishi asks why she is talking like that. Jhanak asks why he is suddenly showing concern for her. Rishi says he has always cared about her and will support her in this fight.

Jhanak asks if he is only pretending because he also suspected her like everyone else. She tells him he does not need to explain anything. Rishi asks her to understand his situation, but Jhanak reminds him that he stayed silent when everyone blamed and insulted her. She says he never stopped them.
Rishi says he does not want to explain himself anymore. Jhanak tells him he never truly trusted her. Rishi replies that he only stayed neutral in the matter. Jhanak says she now knows he will never trust her without doubt. She tells him to stop following her and go back to Aditi.
Rishi tells Jhanak that he loves her and wants to marry her. He asks why Aditi is coming between them. Jhanak replies that Aditi has always been between them because she was his first love. She says she cannot step back from this fight and will never forget how Aniruddh betrayed Nutan. She also says she will leave the house.
Rishi admits that he did suspect her, but asks her to understand why. He reminds her that he never accused her. Jhanak says his doubt alone was enough to hurt her. When Rishi tries to hold her hand, she pulls away and warns him not to touch her.
Rishi asks her not to leave because the court case is still going on. He also wants her to stay even after the case ends so she can finish her studies. Jhanak agrees to stay only until the court case is over.
Later, Rishi calls Parashar and asks where he is. Parashar says he is in Kolkata and has heard about Aditi’s case. Rishi tells him everything is under control before handing the phone to Jhanak.
Parashar asks Jhanak if she is doing well. She says she is fine and asks him to come to court the next day because she believes Nutan will finally get justice. Parashar tells her that the villagers will also be there, so she should not worry. After the call ends, Jhanak breaks down in tears.
She tells Rishi that once the case is over, everything between them will end because she is not meant to love him. Rishi quietly says that he is also not allowed to love her. He reminds her that the next day is important, helps her sit down, and gives her a glass of water before asking her to rest.
On the other hand, Aditi remembers what the IG of Police said about Aniruddh. Looking at the evidence against him, she cries and wonders how he could lie to her. She decides to confront him.
At the same time, Arshi asks Aniruddh if he is really Jhanak’s father. Aniruddh insists that the truth will never change and that Jhanak is not his daughter. He says he already cannot face Aditi, and now Arshi is questioning him too. Arshi then asks why he was so careless with the poison container, making it clear that she is not trying to scold him.
Just then, Aditi walks in and says she will be the one to scold him. Both Arshi and Aniruddh ask her to return to her room, but she refuses. She asks Aniruddh if he feels no shame for what he has done. She says he must agree to a DNA test because of his actions and asks if he ever thought about the consequences. She cannot believe he actually tried to kill someone.
Aniruddh says it is all a lie. Aditi asks him to look into her eyes and say he never mixed anything into the juice. Aniruddh stays silent.
Aditi says she is completely shattered. She cannot even face people anymore because everyone will judge their family. Aniruddh apologizes and admits that he lost control, but promises to make everything right.
Aditi tells him to give half of his wealth to Jhanak because money is not what matters to her. She says Jhanak has already taken away their peace of mind and damaged their family’s reputation. Still, she cannot believe Aniruddh tried to kill someone.
Arshi defends Aniruddh, saying he only acted for Aditi’s sake. Aditi asks if she ever told them to kill someone for her. Arshi reminds her that everything Aniruddh owns came from his hard work and her support, so she cannot demand that half of it be given to Jhanak.
Aditi says she is exhausted by all the fighting. Arshi warns her not to let her emotions control her.
Aniruddh thinks Nutan should never have done this to him. He believes everyone is suffering because of Nutan’s lie. He tells Aditi that everything he did was only to protect their peace of mind.
Aditi asks him one last time if he is completely sure that Jhanak is not his daughter. Aniruddh confidently says yes. Aditi then tells him that if he is really that sure, he should agree to a DNA test. She says her life has become a mess because of her parents’ past and their egos, and all she wants now is a peaceful life. Before leaving, she begs both of them to stand by the truth for her sake.
