Rishi noticed Jhanak standing alone and walked over. He asked why she was by herself. Jhanak said she was fine there. They both agreed Dritimaan and Sanjhbati looked amazing, just like Ram and Sita, with Sanjhbati glowing. Rishi wished this kind of special day comes for everyone. Jhanak asked why Aditi didn’t come. Rishi wondered why she brought up Aditi right now. Jhanak quickly said she had to give juice to the guests and left.
Later, Putul pulled Jhanak aside and told her that Rishi loves her a lot. She asked if Jhanak doesn’t feel the same. Jhanak said she only wants the best for Rishi and doesn’t want to break any family. Putul told her to accept his love because living alone isn’t easy. Jhanak replied she never wants to be the reason for anyone’s tears. Putul said Jhanak has a pure heart and no one will cry because of her. Jhanak quietly looked over at Rishi.
Back on the other side, Bablu warned Aniruddh that this was the right time to accept his mistake. The truth would come out one day for sure, and he feared something big could happen later. Aniruddh asked what Bablu meant. Arshi taunted Bablu while Anjana said they loved Aniruddh so much but he had changed a lot. Aditi asked what they were talking about. Aniruddh said even he didn’t understand. Bablu asked what if Aniruddh ended up in jail after the court verdict. Aniruddh questioned if Bablu didn’t trust him anymore. Bablu admitted he used to trust him blindly but not now.
Dritimaan came and handed them a wedding invitation. He said he would love if they attended. Aditi asked if he could promise she wouldn’t see Rishi and Jhanak together. Dritimaan assured her that situation wouldn’t happen. Bablu told Aditi to show love to Rishi and make him believe she was on his side. Aditi said it wasn’t possible after she saw Rishi romancing Jhanak at the restaurant. Sanjhbati added she would be happy if they came, then left with Dritimaan.
Meanwhile, Jhanak told Parashar on the phone about the court case and the statement. Parashar told her not to worry because he would bring everyone. Jhanak said she would talk later and hung up. Kanka told Parashar she wanted to apologize to Jhanak and hoped she would forgive her one day. Dhamu said he would tell everyone about the statement. Parashar reminded them they had to wait for the court notice and asked Dhamu to speak with the hotel manager too. Kanka said everyone could go except Parashar.
Parashar told her nothing would happen to him. Kanka worried the police might arrest him. Dhamu agreed with her. Parashar said they were getting scared for no reason since the police thought he was dead. Kanka cried and asked what would happen to her if he died. Parashar comforted her and said he couldn’t leave Jhanak alone in this. He asked her to understand and left.
Later, Aniruddh got a summons from a family court lawyer. He called Mr. Ghosh for advice. Mr. Ghosh told him not to sign any paper and that he would send his assistant. Aniruddh refused to sign when the lawyer asked. Arshi said he could choose what he wanted. Aditi also said he wouldn’t sign. The lawyer sat down with the police officer and said he would stay until it was done. After some time, the inspector warned that no one was coming to save Aniruddh. Finally, Aniruddh signed the paper. The lawyer and inspector left.
Aditi said Aniruddh had agreed to the DNA test. Aniruddh explained he would just go to court and appear before the magistrate. Aditi cried, and he hugged her. She told him she was scared Jhanak would snatch him away too. Aniruddh reassured her that he was only Aditi’s father. They would still attend Dritimaan and Sanjhbati’s marriage. Arshi asked what he was planning. Aniruddh showed a check and asked Aditi to talk to Jhanak. When she refused and went inside, he told Arshi he had a backup plan and wouldn’t let his family break.
Abhimanyu said he was happy at least one good thing happened today. Tanushri felt sad that Aditi and her family didn’t come. Sanjhbati’s mother noted that Jhanak lived in their house, so Aditi could have attended. Neelu said Aditi had suffered so much because of Jhanak and it wasn’t easy to forget. Rishi and Dadabhai taunted Neelu. She told them not to insult her. Sanjhbati reminded everyone it was a special day for her and Dritimaan, so no fights. She asked where Jhanak was since she had asked her to bring juice. Mishti predicted something would go wrong today. Sanjhbati defended Jhanak, saying she helped her mother a lot. Her mother agreed.
