Jagriti On Zeeworld Thursday 5th March 2026 Update, Kalindi asks Jagriti to cook food on the mud stove using wood fire, but Ganga objects. Kalindi brushes off the objection, and Jagriti reluctantly agrees to take on the task. When she tries to light a matchstick, her fire phobia kicks in, and she struggles. Thinking about the Chitta people, Jagriti decides to overcome her fear and manages to light a matchstick, though she stops quickly, startled. Suraj praises her efforts, encouraging her to keep trying.

Jagriti questions Suraj about the welding machine he brought. Suraj explains that it will help her overcome her fear of fire. Through the helmet, she can see the fire safely, and gradually, she’ll be able to face it directly. Jagriti asks why he’s helping her, and Suraj admits he’s also helping himself—he wants to maintain the impression he made in front of Kalikant and claims all credit for the hotel project once it’s completed. Jagriti silently apologizes in her heart, thinking she secretly swapped the hotel plan with a school plan so the school will be built instead.
Meanwhile, Akash is shown upset, and Sapna offers to ruin Jagriti’s food for him, hoping to impress him. Akash brushes her off, saying he doesn’t care, and leaves, letting Sapna plan alone. Suraj continues trying different ways to help Jagriti face her fear, but nothing seems to work. Eventually, he realizes that her fear is of fire, not smoke, and believes the solution lies there.
Sapna plans to keep an eye on Jagriti while she cooks, but Avni asks her to take her shopping. Kalindi intervenes, insisting Avni needs to go shopping to avoid failing her internals. Sapna reluctantly agrees, leaving Kalindi to supervise Jagriti. Avni gives Suraj and Jagriti a thumbs up before leaving. Once Kalindi steps away to attend a call from Kalikant, Suraj tells Jagriti they can start the fire. He explains that Avni will distract Sapna and Kalikant is distracted, allowing them a chance to practice. Jagriti is surprised to hear that Suraj used itching powder on Kalikant’s kurta to distract him, and Suraj casually admits he did it himself.
With Suraj’s guidance, Jagriti blindfolds herself and cooks all the food, eventually serving it to Mahesh Jha. He praises her cooking and announces that the building plan has been approved. Kalikant assumes the approval is for a hotel, but Mahesh Jha clarifies it’s for a school. Kalikant, furious, confronts Suraj, threatening him with a sword. Jagriti steps forward, confessing she swapped the hotel plan with the school plan the previous night. Before Kalikant can punish her, he receives a call from his party leader praising him for building a school for the Chitta people and promising him a higher post, which diffuses his anger.
The security guard reports that a skilled girl had broken into Mahesh Jha’s office the previous night and escaped, making Kalikant think about Jagriti as Chitta. Later, Kalindi manhandles Ganga, questioning her on a Thakur family daughter-in-law’s duties. Ganga says a daughter-in-law should cook for her husband and keep him happy. Jagriti cheekily asks what about how a husband should behave, angering Kalindi. Kalikant raises his hand to punish her, but Suraj intervenes. He and Jagriti are taken to the jungle, surrounded in a circle by Kalikant’s bullets. Jagriti apologizes to Suraj for his punishment, and they cleverly navigate the situation, using their wits to survive.
Jagriti spots a temple near a Ramphal tree, and a small bird lands on her shoulder. She plays with it calmly, which surprises Kalikant, who is watching via video call. When a jaguar approaches, Jagriti calmly instructs Suraj to act dead with her, tricking the jaguar into leaving. Suraj is amazed by her quick thinking, and Jagriti explains she learned it from books. Kalikant realizes she isn’t the feared Chitta but a smart girl with knowledge from books.
The next day, Kalikant’s henchmen escort Suraj and Jagriti back home. Ganga feels relieved to see them safe. Kalikant questions Jagriti about her understanding of a daughter-in-law’s place in a Thakur household. Jagriti replies confidently that she understands and secretly thinks that once she becomes an IPS officer, she’ll teach him a lesson.
Later, Bhairav invites Kalikant and his family to Rohan and Suman’s wedding anniversary. Kalikant reluctantly agrees to attend. At the celebration, Jagriti meets a tarot card reader, who predicts a life-changing truth for her. Suraj worries and asks Jagriti for perfume, teasing her.
