Suraj puts the Mangalsutra around Jagriti’s neck, and both Suraj and Akash put Sindhur in the brides’ hairlines. The pandit declares the marriage rituals complete and asks the bride and groom to seek their elders’ blessings. The couples do so.
Ganga announces that the grooms can now see their brides. Akash sees Sapna and Suraj sees Jagriti, shocking both. Jagriti and Sapna act surprised. Sapna questions how she could be Akash’s wife and says she should be his wife. Akash and Suraj argue about who swapped the brides.
Reporters start covering the bridal swap. Kalikant fires a gun into the air to stop the chaos and demands his sons reveal who’s responsible. Sapna accuses Jagriti, who denies it, saying she isn’t in her right mind. Bhairav suggests sending the guests away first. Kalikant asks everyone to leave, including Bhairav and his family, and promises to solve the matter himself.
Sapna blames Jagriti, who insists she doesn’t remember anything and questions why Sapna married Akash if she was fine. Jagriti tells Akash she loves him, but he doesn’t believe her. He challenges her to prove her innocence, but Jagriti refuses to lower her self-respect to do so. Sapna and Jagriti clash briefly before Kalindi takes Sapna away. Akash leaves, thinking Jagriti was influenced by Sapna. Jagriti breaks down, feeling disappointed at Akash’s mistrust.
Suraj asks Gungroo about Trisha, who has left her flat. He tells Gungroo to find her no matter what.
Kalindi questions Sapna about the swap. Sapna denies involvement, explaining she once loved Akash but agreed to marry Suraj since Akash didn’t love her. Suraj comes to talk to Sapna, saying he will manage the damage control, but she asks for time to process everything. She plans to ensure Akash continues to blame Jagriti.
Jagriti thinks of her mother, feeling helpless as Akash doesn’t trust her. She cries to herself.
Akash drinks and recalls the events, breaking a glass in anger. Sapna comforts him, reminding him she loved him but he didn’t love her. She says people should marry those who love them, not who they love. Akash recalls how he insulted Jagriti.
Kalikant worries about the family’s humiliation, but Kalindi reminds him that Pandit ji’s prediction didn’t come true. Kalikant asks who swapped the brides. Kalindi claims Jagriti did it to take revenge, and Kalikant praises her.
Jagriti suspects Suraj, thinking he wouldn’t want her marriage with Akash. She finds him eating Chow Mein and questions him. Suraj denies being behind the swap and says neither he nor Jagriti did it. Jagriti thinks Sapna is responsible and argues that she should have worn her dress. Suraj insists it’s impossible for Sapna to have done it.
Sapna drinks with Akash, comforting him. Akash is confused why Jagriti married Suraj, and Sapna explains it’s to take revenge on him and his whole family. She tells him Jagriti will divorce Suraj tomorrow, but the family’s reputation will suffer.
Suraj notices Jagriti sleeping on the floor and asks why. She says she prefers sleeping there and argues with him, declaring she will divorce him tomorrow.
Jagriti tells Suraj she can’t stand him and says that in the morning she will go to her father to discuss divorcing him. She asks Suraj not to disturb her and insists she’ll sleep on the floor, claiming she chose to sleep on the couch if anyone asks. Suraj agrees to sleep on the couch.
Jagriti dreams of Rohan lashing out at home. Suman comments that if everyone is saying Jagriti swapped the brides, there might be some truth. Rohan dismisses it, saying Suman doesn’t understand Jagriti at all. Suman asks Bhairav if Jagriti will ever accept this marriage. Jagriti wakes from the nightmare and hopes it doesn’t come true. She leaves Kalikant’s house in the morning.
Suraj wakes up and sees Jagriti’s message about leaving to her home to talk about the divorce. He thinks she’s acting really weird for not informing him. Kalindi informs Suraj that Kalikant is calling him. Suraj gets ready and goes.
Kalikant asks Suraj why he came alone and where Jagriti is. Suraj explains she has left home and that they want a divorce. Kalikant says the marriage must be fulfilled, as his political career is based on tradition. He asks Akash and Sapna if they have issues, and both agree with him. Kalikant praises Kalindi for being right, saying Jagriti created a mess and left, and vows to bring her home himself.
Suraj talks to Akash and Sapna about Kalikant’s announcement. He asks Sapna if she wants to be with him. She says she does, but she can’t go against Kalikant. Suraj questions Akash about agreeing to Kalikant’s decision to be heir. Akash confirms and says he knows Jagriti did the bridal swap. Suraj suspects Kalindi might be behind it, but Sapna disagrees. Suraj promises to prove Kalindi’s involvement and says Jagriti and he will later get divorced and marry each other.
Jagriti returns home and tells Rohan that everyone at Kalikant’s house thinks she swapped the brides. She says she doesn’t want to stay there and asks Rohan to arrange her divorce. Bhairav tries to convince her to give her marriage a chance.
Kalikant arrives at Jagriti’s home with henchmen and points guns at Suman. Rohan and Bhairav demand he leave her. Kalikant instructs Bhairav to send his daughter-in-law to him, then they can take Suman. Jagriti pushes Kalikant’s henchmen away, protecting Suman.
