Jagriti On Zeeworld Friday 9th January 2026 Update, Jagriti is doing sit-ups in front of God, praying that she cannot lie to Geeta and cannot call Bindi her mother. She reflects deeply on her situation, wondering how to handle everything.

Amol questions Geeta about why she went to the Chitta community. Geeta replies that she went to find proof of her innocence. Amol mocks her, saying she expects the Chitta people to provide evidence against Kalikant Thakur. Geeta asks him how he knows she went there. Amol reminds her that he is still an SP and hasn’t been dismissed like her. Geeta clarifies that she was suspended, not dismissed, and comments on his remark. Amol retorts that Geeta always creates trouble for him and warns her not to meet Jagriti. Sujatha and Sapna also urge Geeta to stay away from Jagriti. Geeta wonders why everyone is trying to keep her away ever since she regained consciousness.

Jagriti continues her sit-ups, praying to God to guide her and show a way to solve her problems.

Geeta talks to constables Pandey and Kumar and learns that Harish admitted her to the hospital. She also finds out that Jagriti didn’t know about the landmines before arriving there and had lied to her earlier. Geeta asks the constables if they know how Jagriti learned about her presence. They don’t, but suggest Harish might know. Geeta asks them to do a task for her. They agree and leave.

Bindi recalls Amol telling her he can stop Jagriti from coming to the Chitta community, but she must make Jagriti accept her as her mother. Amol warns Bindi that if Jagriti comes looking for Geeta, he will kill her. Bindi thinks hard about how to make Jagriti accept her.

Bindi sees Jagriti praying and approaches her. She tells Jagriti that if she doesn’t accept her as her mother, how will she tell others at school that Bindi is her mother? Jagriti asks if Bindi is against her education. Bindi assures her she is not. Harish overhears and tells Jagriti she doesn’t need to call Bindi her mother, then takes her away. Meanwhile, the constables keep an eye on them, and Kachori wonders why the police are investigating Jagriti.

Geeta questions the security guard about missing footage from the last three days. Amol arrives and says the ACB has taken the footage. He asks what she is looking for. Geeta suspects the blast was planned and is searching for evidence. Amol offers to help, and Geeta agrees.

Harish scolds Bindi for forcing Jagriti to call her mother. Bindi reminds him of everything she has done for Jagriti. Suddenly, Jagriti calls Bindi “mother” from outside. Bindi feels overjoyed. She asks Harish if he heard it. Harish questions Jagriti, who says she has decided to call Bindi her mother from now on.

Kachori informs Jagriti that the police are investigating her. Jagriti wonders why and suspects Geeta must have sent them.

Bindi is elated as Jagriti has accepted her as her mother and hugs her. But Jagriti silently apologizes for lying, thinking she can only accept Geeta as her real mother. Bindi excitedly tells Jagriti they will go to school the next day to get her admitted.

Meanwhile, Kalikant drinks alcohol with Amol. He remarks that Jagriti is about to start school and asks if Amol plans to do anything. Amol says he cannot legally intervene but suggests Kalikant take action. Kalikant agrees.

The next day, Jagriti arrives at school with Harish and Bindi. She sees school kids lying face down on the ground. Curious, she helps one get up and realizes it is Akash. She asks why he is lying down. Akash replies they will study alongside a Chitta. Along with other kids, he demands Jagriti leave the school.

Outside, the kids’ parents shout slogans against the decision to let a Chitta girl study with their children. Kalikant’s mother asks him if he is sure about his plan. He reassures her and says Jagriti’s confidence will be shattered when Akash publicly opposes her. She doubts Akash will agree, but Kalikant asserts he would do anything for his mother.

Kalikant’s mother packs Ganga’s belongings to send her to her maternal home. Ganga protests. The mother says she is following Kalikant’s orders. Akash objects, but she tells him he can stop Ganga from leaving by agreeing to Kalikant’s conditions.

Protesting parents urge Kalikant to stop the Chitta girl from studying with their children. Kalikant feigns helplessness, saying the law grants her right to education. His mother assures the parents they have the right to resist and promises her grandchildren will prevent Jagriti from attending.

Jagriti confronts Akash, questioning his behavior. Kalikant’s mother orders her to call Akash “Little Sarkar” and stay within her limits. She forbids Jagriti from studying and tells her to leave. Jagriti exits with Bindi.

Kalikant’s mother orders Harish to leave, declaring Jagriti banned from school. Geeta arrives and argues with her.

Kalikant gives an interview to reporters. Jagriti interrupts him, complaining about his mother’s behavior and refusal to let her study.
