Ishani On Starlife Friday 20th March 2026 Update, Pihu calls Ishani and desperately asks her to come home because they need her help. She tells Ishani that Shashwat has suffered a heart attack and that Shashwat himself asked her to call Ishani. Pihu says she is very scared because the doctor has advised them to admit Shashwat to the hospital immediately. Ishani asks Pihu to calm down and asks if Nandini is at home.

Pihu angrily blames Nandini for Shashwat’s condition and says that only Ishani can save him now. She begs Ishani to come home and help them. Hearing Pihu cry, Ishani agrees to come and quickly ends the call.
Anurag asks Ishani what happened. Ishani tells him that Shashwat has suffered a heart attack. Anurag refuses to believe it and says Shashwat might be pretending. Ishani explains that Pihu needs her help. Anurag believes this could be another trap planned by the Sengupta family. Ishani tells him that Pihu was crying helplessly and reminds him that he knows how important Pihu is to her. Anurag warns her not to forget how the Senguptas treated her in the past. However, Ishani says she cannot behave like them and cannot leave Pihu alone in such a difficult situation. She reminds Anurag that she once promised Pihu that she would always support her whenever she needed help.
After some time, Anurag drops Ishani outside Shashwat’s house. Before she goes in, he asks if she is really sure about her decision. He reminds her that even Pihu once insulted her badly. Anurag says he knows Ishani has a kind heart, but they cannot simply forget everything the Sengupta family did to them. Ishani replies that she came there only because of humanity. Anurag says his mother is waiting for good news from the court, but instead they are facing this unexpected situation.
Ishani quietly says that maybe this is what destiny wanted. She explains that she cannot ask Shashwat to sign the divorce papers in his current condition. She hopes that Shashwat recovers soon and signs the papers once he becomes healthy. Anurag tells her to go inside and says he will wait outside for her. However, he clearly says that he still cannot forget what the Senguptas did to them.
Ishani asks him to give Pihu another chance because she is still young and immature. She believes that Pihu is actually a good person at heart. Anurag refuses to change his opinion but tells Ishani to go inside. He asks her to call him immediately if she needs any help. Ishani then walks into the house.
Inside the house, Pihu runs to Ishani, hugs her tightly, and begins crying. Ishani notices that Shashwat is lying on the bed and sleeping. Pihu thanks Ishani for coming and says her father is not well at all. Ishani gently asks her what exactly happened.
Pihu explains that the doctor examined Shashwat and said he must be admitted to the hospital as soon as possible. She says they are currently waiting for the ambulance to arrive. Ishani becomes surprised and says Shashwat always took very good care of his health, so she cannot understand how this suddenly happened.
Raj Didi then reveals the truth. She says they all failed to see Nandini’s real face and blames her for Shashwat’s heart attack. Pihu tells Ishani that Nandini betrayed the entire family and took everything away from Shashwat. She explains how Nandini transferred all the property and wealth into her own name.
Raj Didi adds that Nandini even refused to give money for Shashwat’s treatment. Ishani becomes shocked and asks how Nandini could do something so cruel. Raj Didi then requests Ishani to save Shashwat. She says Shashwat trusted Nandini blindly and because of that he has lost everything.
