Malini hears Aparna calling her and walks out. She is surprised to see a carpet of flows and walks on it to find happy bhabhi day written with flowers on floor. Whole family wishes her happy bhabhi day. Malini asks which is this day. Dhruv says its a national bhabhi day and Nishant says bhabhis leave their home and get adjusted in a new home forgetting their family, they need a celebration for that.

Malini says she knows there is no day like that. Taiji says they will celebrate it for sure, shows her and Adi’s wedding pics, and whole family dances around her and cheer her up. Malini says she is angry on Adi, but also got such a lovely family because of him. Adi calls landline, which Nidhi picks, and asks to give phone to Malini. Malini speaks and says she is very angry on him and when is he coming.
Adi lies that he is still stuck in his job in Jamshedpur. Malini reminisces editor informing her that Adi told he is going on a personal work. Adi says he doesn’t know when will workers’ strike end. Malini angrily walks away from there, locks her room door and cries vigorously while family knocks door and asks what happened to her.
At Pagdandiya, panditji starts pooja and asks Imlie and Adi to chant mantras with him. Imlie reminiscing Adi scolding her and denying to perform pooja with her tells panditji that she alone will perform rituals. Panditji says she should perform it with her husband. Imlie says she doesn’t need anyone’s support and can perform pooja alone. Satyakam insists, but Imlie gets adamant. Panditji gets angry and says she herself should perform pooja then. Mithi asks Imlie not to get adamant and irk panditji. Imlie asks Panditji to give her pooja thali. Adi asks him to give thali to them both. Imlie thinks Adi never does pooja at home, then how did he suddenly change.
Malini thinks why is Adi lying to her and what must be the reason. She looks at her wedding album when Anu calls her and asks why she is crying. She says she is not crying and just remembering Adi. Anu asks if he is coming tomorrow. She says his work increased and he will return after 2 days. Anu says she already knows that Adi gives preference to his job more than her and is crying as he is not missing her, so she should stop protecting Adi and force him to remember her and teach him to value her or else it would be very late like her. She disconnects call and thinks Adi values her as they lived together for 7 years without commitment and now she is his wife.
Pandit teaches Adi and Imlie pooja rituals. Imlie performs rituals looking at Adi’s face. Pandit asks her name. She says Imlie. He asks her to tell her complete name. Mithi asks to tell her sasural’s name. Pandit tells Adi his wife forgot his name. Adi says his name is Aditya Tripathi and his wife’s name is Imlie Aditya Tripathi. Everyone smile hearing tha.t In Delhi, Malini watches her wedding video and it gets stuck. She panics and breaks TV remote, remembers Anu’s words to not continue suffering and remind her value to Adi.
Aparna tells Pankaj that she is worried for Malini as she didn’t have anything since last night. Pankaj says their children are going through a rough phase and they should let them handle it themselves. Malini walks to family. Tauji asks how is she now. Nishant jokes that Aparna was bad mouthing about her. Rupal says bhabhi knows Nishant is joking. Aparna sees Malini with her bags and asks if she is going somewhere. Malini says she is going to her mom’s home as papa has gone out of station. Aparna pleads her not to go. Pankaj says this is her house and she is bahu of this house, they felt bad when other’s daughter Imlie left and don’t want her to go. Malini says she could spend 2 days without Adi because of them and needs some space for her. Rupal says they know that Adi lied and everyone will question him when he returns, so she should not go. Malini says when Adi returns he will be their son, but not her husband anymmore. Nishant says Malini is right, let her go as she needs some space for herself and asks her to return soon. Aparna cries. Malini consoles her and other family members and leaves waving bye at them. Adi continues pooja with Imlie and walks towards temple holding her hand while Malini walks out of house.
Panditji asks Imlie and Aditya to light the lamp together and pray god for their togetherness forever. Adi looks at Imlie and lights lamp. They both keep lamp and pray god. Satyakam and Mithi get happy seeing this. Imlie’s friends ask her to dance with them. Mithi asks Satyakam to play drum. He hesitantly agrees and says even Adi should dance. Prakash says they shouldn’t force Adi to dance. Imlie asks if he will dance with her. He says he will dance and walk with her together. She agrees and dances with him on Ja Re Hat Natkhat. song. Adi joins her and dances with her and then plays drum for her. She happily looks at his face, leaving Prakash fuming.
Dev packs his bags. Anu asks if he packed bags for Mumbai. He says yes. She asks if he will return and go to Pagdandiya. He says he will if he finds time. She says he should find time as she will also accompany him to Pagdandiya. He thinks he cannot take her, so he is lying to her. She asks him to show his flight tickets. He says he is going by road as he meets people and gets inspiration. She says she cannot understand why he wants to travel such a long distance by road to get inspiration. He thinks his daughter/Imlie lived 19 years without her father, now he will reach Pandandiya and clear distance of many years. She asks to explain her. He says didn’t understand him since years. She asks him to drive safely and take care of himself. He walks away saying you too.
Adi sees Mithi arranging feast and asks if she prepared all the dishes. She says in village, they together share all the work. Adi thinks they love each other so much, that is why Imlie loves everyone. He asks if there is any restaurant nearby. A lady says there is one 10 km away, but guard doesn’t let them in. He says its darban and he will not stop them tommorrow. Imlie says he doesn’t have to do that. Mithi backs her. Adi says they gave him so much happiness and now its his turn. Imlie thanks god for giving her so much happiness in 1 day.
Anu asks Daadi if she doesn’t feel weird hearing Dev traveling alone by road. Daadi thinks Devi is going to meet his daughter and correct his mistake. Malini walks in. Daadi happily hugs her. Anu asks if Tripathi’s did something and send her out of house. Malini says they tried to stop her, but she came to spend some time with them. Anu asks why did she bring so many bags, she would have sent car for her. Rupal with Nishant enters and says if she had sent car, they wouldn’t have got a chance to drop Malini bhabhi. Nishnat suggests Anu to have some patience before judging Tripathis. Anu says she judges them very well and can see how her daughter is waiting for Adi and his behavior towards her.
Adi asks Satyakam if hotel would be safe for him. Satyakam says he need not worry as he will make arrangements. Adi then asks Imlie if she is planning something in Pagdandiya style. Imlie requests him not to do all this, he stayed just for 1 day on her request and called her family as his, she will be habituated to him if he does all this; she reminds his promise to Malini and asks to think about Malini and not her. Adi says he will think about himself, she should think about tonight dinner and invite whoever she wants to. Prakash hears their conversation.
Rupal tells Anu that she knows how it feels being ignored and value Malini more than Adi, so they will not leave her alone. Anu says she knows how great their family is, they need not worry as Malini will be taken care of very well here. Light goes off. Nishant taunts her. She angrily asks servant to start generator and he says its best is broken and will be repaired by tomorrow. Rupal tells Malini that Adi will come directly to her after returning to Delhi. Anu hugs her, asks to take care, drive safe, and message her once they reach home. Once they leave, Anu says Nishant himself stayed away from home for 10 years, then how can he be so sure that Adi will return home. Dadi asks her to speak good, where will Adi go instead of returning to Malini. Anu says they cannot trust Tripathis and reminds Malini to know where her husband goes. Malini asks if she knows where papa goes. Anu reminisces Dev saying he is going to Mumbai by road.
Mithi informs Imlie that she needs to sit near lamp whole night and then pray in the morning. Imlie asks them to go as she will stay near lamp whole night. Prakash says he will be with Imlie. Imlie says they will play game whole night. Adi says he will stay with Imlie and insists. Imlie thinks why Adi is acting as caring for her. Adi thinks he didn’t accept Imlie as his wife earlier, but now what is he doing. Everyone walk away leaving Imlie and Adi.
Malini tells Dadi that she never faced such situation with Adi before and is hurt with Adi lying to her, he never was like this before her and she doesn’t know if its right to get angry on him. Dadi says she must be knowing that her dadaji died in an accident, but doesn’t know that they fought 2 days ago and wasn’t speaking to him and then he passed away without speaking to her.
