Guruji informs Ram and Siya that Mann’s evilness is out, but when Mann bit Mansi earlier, some of her his evil powers were transferred into Mansi and she maybe unable to handle evil powers, so he should go there and help Mansi. Mann gives him tulsi leaves to feed it to Mansi. Ram asks Guruji to take his car. Guruji with Sumri drives car away.

Siya feels dizzy and holds Ram. Ram says he will call doctor. Siya says its okay as she is overstressed. Mohini travels in Guruji’s car and reminisces telling Ret pisach that he cannot help her reach Mansi, so she will trick Guruji and Sumri to take him there. Once they reach Mansi’s house, Mohini locks car doors and spreads toxic fumes. She gets out of car and thanks Guruji for bringing her here and she is Mohini.
Siya feels uneasy and falls unconscious on sofa. Mann notices her and informs Ram. Ram calls doctor who checks Siya and with serious looks asks Ram to call all family members. Ram says only 4 of us live in this house. Doctor says its a good news, Siya is pregnant. Ram, Mann, and Jhumri rejoice. Siya dreams of hearing crying toddler and Mohini laughing on her and wakes up worried. Ram with Mann and Jhumri sing a song for Siya and inform her that she is becoming a mother. Mann says he will get a sister. Siya also rejoices and hugs Ram.
Mohini disguised as old woman reaches Mansi’s house and informs Mansi’s mother that Guruji sent her to treat Mansi. Mother takes her to Mansi. She makes mother unconscious and kidnaps Mansi. In haveli, Siya says Ram that she is worried that Mohini will trouble them again, asks him to call Guruji. Ram calls Guruji. Guruji and Sumri wake up and rush inside home and see Mansi missing. They inform Ram that Mohini kidnapped Mansi. Siya gets tensed hearing that. Mann hears their conversation standing at a distance.
Mohini kidnaps Mansi and drives car saying Mansi will get back all her chudail powers. Ram tells Siya that Mohini may harm Mansi, so he will file police complaint. Mohini calls him, and he warns her to return Mansi, else she will be in trouble. Mohini warns him to shut his mouth, else she will kill him and not let him take 3rd reincarnation. Ram asks what she needs. Mohini says she needs Siya and Mann, and if he doesn’t agree, she will boil Mansi in hot oil. She thinks now Ram will sacrifiece Siya and Mann for Mansi. Siya insists Ram to tell what Mohini said. Ram says nothing. She says Mohini is selfish and doesn’t do anything without a motto and gives him their unborn child’s promise.
Ram informs that Mohini warns Siya and Mann. She says she will tackle Mohini. Ram says he will not let her meet Mohini and risk her life. Guruji walks in and says Mohini wants her powers back and wants to sacrifice Siya and Mann. Ram says he will do anything, but will not let Siya sacrifice herself as he doesn’t want to lose his family again. Siya insists. Ram says she should concentrate on her children as nothing is more important than motherhood. Siya continues insisting. Rm says he will lock her inside room and will not let her go.
Ram locks Siya in a room and returns to living room where Guruji, Jhumri, Sumri, and Mann are present. They all look at him. He asks them why are they staring at him, Siya will go to fight with Mohini right now, so he has to protect his 2 children’s mother and chose between duty and family. Mann consoles him to stop crying, else how will they save Mansi. Ram promises to bring Mansi alive and calls police, but stops reminiscing Mohini’s warning that she will boil his police friends in hot oil and make Mansi’s tikka.
Mohini thinks Rana/Ram has to obey her like he usually does and she will force him to kill Siya and Mannn She then dances to celebrate. Siya thinks she has to face Mansi alone, else they will lose Mansi and she cannot let it happen, she promise to protect her both children. Mohini plans how to kill her prey and fulfill her age old dream.
