Episode starts with Omkar asking Manjiri to bless him to find Mayura. Manjiri says it is not a blessing, but a curse and asks him to stop taking her name. She asks why are you mad after her? She says sometimes you open a hospital on her name or get something done at other time. She says you have a beautiful wife Aishwarya and asks him to think about her.

Omkar tells that he had just filled Aishwarya’s forehead with sindoor, but he married Mayura twice with all the rituals. He says Aishwarya is not my wife, but Mayura is my wife and I am her husband. Manjiri asks him to stop his madness.
Omkar asks her to get ready for the hospital inauguration. Aishwarya thinks he spoils my daily sleep with aarti of Mayura’s name. Shankar tells Manjiri that Omkar is a changed man now. Aishwarya gets her mother’s call and she asks why don’t you leave from here. Aishwarya says Omkar is like a dead body now in Mayura’s memory and recalls Omkar telling that he knows her truth, Mayura told him that you have tried to kill me.
He says I am not throwing you out for my mother, right now I don’t have proofs against you, but when I get the proofs then? He says I have given written statement in court and PS that if I die then you shall be caught. He asks her to live like she wanted. Fb ends. Aishwarya asks her mother not to worry and thinks Mayura shall not return.
Omkar comes to the hospital inauguration with Bali and others. Bali calls him Sartaj. Omkar asks him not to call him Sartaj. Bali gives mobile to Omkar. Omkar asks him to keep it. Manjiri sees Aishwarya taking selfie and asks her to attract her husband. Omkar’s phone vibrates in Bali’s hand. Omkar asks Shankar to do the puja. Just then they see a boy hanging in air holding the branch of the tree. A lady says someone save my son. Omkar gets up and runs to hold the boy. The boy falls. Omkar holds him. The boy thanks Omkar. His mother asks why did you climb the tree? Boy says I climbed to get the kite. Omkar sees mud on his clothes and smiles. Manjiri says Omkar used to hate the dirt and mud. The lady apologizes to Omkar for the mud on his clothes. Omkar asks her to take care of her son and says the mud on his clothes is not a problem. Shankar tells Manjiri that Mayura will be very happy to see changed Omkar. Omkar’s phone rings again, bali doesn’t see. Omkar talks to Mayura’s painting and asks if he is becoming the person like she wanted. He says once I find you, we will never get separated. He says I will apologize to you all my life. Bali comes there and gives phone to Omkar. Omkar hears from his guy that he has found about the girl Mayura who had fallen from the cliff and says she is now in lucknow. Omkar thinks Mayura will be happy to know that he is a changed man and says I am coming Mayura. Manjiri tells that Omkar is invited for the jalsa and she wants him to come there as Sangemarmar Sartaj and not as Omkar. Shankar says he will come as Omkar only. Just then Omkar sits in the car and leaves in a hurry. Bali informs them that Omkar got info about Mayura. Manjiri is shocked and says Mayura will not be found. Shankar says Mayura will be found by Omkar somehow.
Omkar comes to the hospital with Bali. Doctor informs him that the patient Mayura is in coma, she has scar on her face like he told them and many deep injuries. She says she might respond hearing your voice. Omkar says surely. The organizer asks Manjiri when Omkar will come for the jalsa. Manjiri says he will come by tomorrow. Aishwarya gets tensed. Manjiri asks her not to make faces and stick smile on her face. She says remember that once anyone dies, don’t return.
Omkar walks inside the ICU. Song plays….He recalls how she fell down and thinks to apologize to her for his every mistake. He looks at the girl’s face and gets shocked seeing her to be someone else. Doctor asks if she is not his Mayura? Omkar nods no and goes out with tears in his eyes. He says until when you will test me, and tells that until he gets his Mayura, he will not lose hope. Mayura is seen enjoying with kids and holding the kite happily. Voiceover asks if Mayura and Omkar will become Mayukar….Mayura smiles, while Omkar is sad.
Manjiri is about to see Mayura playing with children, when she gets Bali’s call who informs her that the Mayura was someone else. Manjiri scolds Aishwarya and asks her to woo Omkar and do some social responsibility being his wife. Mayura tells the kids that she has won. A boy asks why are you getting happy, your pic will not be published and if published then who will see it. Mayura says I will see, as I have no objection with my face. She says if someone has objection then I will say that there is problem in his sight. She tells that if someone is good within then facial beauty doesn’t matter. Omkar gets out of the hospital sadly and thinks one day Mayura will be found by him. Mayura helps a guy and lifts Omkar’s name board. He says very soon you will be with me. Mayura is walking on the road. Omkar holds Mayura’s dupatta and drives off his car. Bali thinks Maa ji asked him to bring him back. Omkar imagines Mayura in the car and tells her that he will search her until he finds her, as she is his love now. Mayura is walking and jumping on the road, while Aishwarya is trying to take her selfie. Omkar thinks to visit temple and pray to God, to make her meet Mayura. An old lady scolds Mayura for flying kite in the hot weather and says her complexion will get darker. Mayura says my face has map on it and you are worried for my complexion. Dadi runs behind her to beat her with stick, but Mayura runs inside and hugs her mother and father. She tells Dadi that she has just one week to enjoy.
She says my job will start in the hospital and asks her to let her practice flying kite. Dadi says mayura’s dad has spoiled her. Surekha says even you have spoiled her. Dadi gets upset. Mayura says I will apply face pack or uptan. Dadi prays for Mayura’s happiness. Her mother asks her to wash her face and hands and have breakfast. Akhilesh tells his wife Surekha that her work load will increase. Surekha says Mayura has faced much troubles and tells that it is good that she has accepted that the scar was an accident. Akhilesh tells that they came from Jabalpur to Bhopal and tells that now Omkar can’t do anything, if he tries to do anything then he will shield Mayura.
Omkar stops his car when he is about to meet with an accident with the goons’ car. He gets down and offers his car until he gets their car repaired. The goons attack Omkar. Mayura’s heart beat increases and she starts taking heavy breath. Omkar tells the goons that they can talk calmly. The goons taunt him and takes his wife, lover’s name. Omkar shouts and is about to hit the goon. Mayura thinks why she is sensing this. Omkar is about to hit the goon, but thinks I can’t lose my control, have to become a good person and have to become Mayura’s Omkar. The goon calls him phuski bomb. Mayura drinks water and asks God to relieve her restlessness. The goon attacks Omkar. Omkar falls down. The goon is about to hit him with the stick, when a guy comes there in car and holds the stick. He fights with the goons and beat them. He calls Omkar as buddy and asks if he is okay. Omkar thanks him. The guy asks why didn’t you beat them. Omkar says I don’t like to fight. The guy introduces himself as Neil and says first aid kit is in my car. Omkar says no need. Neil says he is a doctor by profession and will treat his injury. Mayura thinks where is the Manja/thread for the kite competition. She finds the bridal dupatta and looks at it. She gets some flashes, but doesn’t understand. Surekha comes there and says she brought it for her marriage. Mayura says it is old chunari and has mark of safety pins. She gets Nisha’s call and goes to pick it. Akhilesh asks why did you keep this?
