Tara coming to Mayura and goes seeing someone like Omkar. She calls Papa, but couldn’t find him. Manjari also searches for Tara. Mayura prays to God and keeps a coin as per the mannat, but it is about to fall as she goes. Omkar comes there and keeps the coin back, praying for the person whoever has done the mannat/wish.

Mayura prays to Mata Rani for Tara and is about to tie the chunari of her name, when it flies and fall on the tree where Tara is standing. A car is coming towards Tara and asks the driver, asks to move as his car brakes failed.
Mayura runs to save Tara and takes her near the tree to safety. Just then the chunari falls on Tara and mayura. They look at each other. Tara faints. Mayura panics and asks if anyone knows about this girl’s parents. Omkar gets worried and asks Manjari, how she can leave her hand, she was so small.
He gets worried. Akhilesh comes to Mayura. Mayura tells that they have to take the girl to the City hospital and asks him to inform the Pandit ji about the girl. They take her to the hospital, while Omkar prays for Tara and searches her desperately. Omkar shouts Tara. Doctor tells that the girl is in shock and asks Mayura if she is her mother.
Pandit ji comes to Omkar and tells that his daughter was standing alone on the road, when she is about to meet with the accident, but was rescued. He says some good family have taken her to City hospital as she faint due to shock. Omkar rushes to the hospital. Manjari thinks if Akhilesh took her.
Tara says Mamma in unconscious state. Mayura gets concerned for her and kisses her forehead. Doctor says only a mother can care like this. Mayura says I am not her mother. Akhilesh says her parents were in the temple and they must be coming.
Omkar reaches hospital with Manjari and asks about his daughter. Receptionist asks him to fill the form. He shouts at her. Doctor comes there and asks if he is the father of the girl who met with an accident outside the temple. Omkar says yes. Doctor asks him to come. Mayura sends Akhilesh home and says she will come after her parents come there. Tara gains consciousness and asks Mayura if she is Angel Godmother, as her mother has become a star and has sent her. Mayura gets emotional, knowing she has no mother and hugs her. Tara asks if this doll is sent by my mother. Mayura says yes. The guy cleaning the floor asks Omkar to wait as they are cleaning the floor. Omkar and others stop. Akhilesh goes from the other side. Omkar says he can’t wait and starts walking. Mayura asks her about her name. Tara asks if my mother didn’t tell you. Mayura says no. Tara is about to tell, but tells that she is feeling hungry. Mayura says she will take her to canteen and they will have food. She asks Nurse to inform her parents. Omkar and Manjari come there. Nurse tells that Madam took her to canteen. Manjari scolds her. Omkar says I can’t leave the person separating me from my daughter.
Mayura and Tara are in the canteen. Tara asks if she can eat this yummy food. Mayura says yes, obviously. This is all healthy. Tara tells that Papa tells that it is unhealthy and makes the skin dull and she has never eaten outside food. Mayura says it is healthy food, you can eat. Tara asks her to make her eat it. They feed each other. Mayura thinks if my Tara would have been with me, then she would have fed me with her little hands. Tara tells Mayura that she was born here. Mayura says even me. Tara says we both are same. Mayura says yes. Tara asks for the apple juice. Mayura says I will bring it from the vending machine and asks her to be there. Tara says Angel God mother, you are lovely and today is the best day of my life, as I met you. Mayura also says the same thing and kisses her hand. She says I will just be back and goes. Omkar comes there and finds Tara sitting. He asks if she is fine and asks why did you leave Dadi’s hand. Tara says sorry Papa. Omkar hugs her. Manjari hugs them. Omkar says sorry and says where is that person who left you here. Tara says Angel Godmother, don’t tell her anything, she is good. Manjari says we shall leave from here. Tara says she wants to say bye to Angel Godmother. Omkar asks her to listen to him and come home. Tara says Angel Godmother showed me doll. Mayura comes there and asks Nurse about them.
Nurse says the girl’s family is taking her. Mayura says I have to say bye to her and give juice to her. She walks behind them to stop them, but in vain.
Mayura trying to stop them. A guard tells that she can’t meet the girl. Mayura says I brought her to the hospital. The guard says they don’t need anyone. Mayura asks him to give her juice atleast. He says ok. Manjari tells Omkar that he has taken the right decision to return now. Tara comes downstairs and asks why are you going so soon. Omkar says I have some urgent work. She says she wants to meet Angel Mother. Omkar says Angel Mother will come there too, as written in the book. She asks really? He says yes and asks her to pack all her toys. He says he don’t want her Maa or any Angel mother near her. Mayura tells Surekha that the girl called her Angel Mother and says her daughter must be of that girl’s age. Surekha says I prayed in the temple for your daughter. Akhilesh asks Mayura not to search her daughter in that girl. Mayura says she wants to meet that girl for one last time, and says she is feeling as if something is left incomplete. She says she wants to meet her once. Omkar, Manjari and Tara are about to leave from their house, when Tara faints. Omkar shouts Tara. Mayura prays for her daughter and that girl. Omkar asks what happened to my daughter. Doctor says we have to get her tests done. Manjari says we have flights booked. Doctor says the girl’s condition is bad, how can you take her now. She asks Omkar to show Tara to Dr. Khanna, who has come for 2 days here. She says Tara will be perfectly fine, just meet him once. Akhilesh asks Mayura not to worry about the girl and says you can never meet her. Mayura says I can just hope that mata Rani make me meet that girl atleast. Omkar tells Manjari that they will be here until Tara recovers. Mayura finds the flower dropping from Mata Rani’s photo frame garland and smiles.
Tara rejoices that they are not going. Omkar asks her to finish the food first else they will return. Tara says she will have food and tells that Angel Mother fed food with her hand. Manjari comes and says if her real Maa comes there. Omkar says nobody will tell about our real names in the hospital, I talked to the doctor also.
Omkar and Manjari come to the hospital with Tara. Tara tells that Angel Mother will come and meet her here. Omkar thinks who is she? Manjari shows Mayura’s pic to her guards and asks them not to let Mayura or her family comes to the hospital. She shows their pics to them. Dr. Khanna meets Omkar and Tara. Tara hides behind him. Doctor tells that he has to talk to the girl for the right diagnosis. Mayura asks the Nurse about the girl whom she had brought the previous day. Nurse tells that they don’t want to reveal their identity. Mayura says she just wants to say bye to the girl, nothing else. Doctor tells Omkar that if he don’t want then he can’t treat her. Mayura asks Nurse not to tell her if her job is in risk. Nurse says I can just tell that the girl is here right now. Lady doctor assures Omkar that she will be with them. Manjari informs Omkar that she heard about floods coming soon. Dr. Khanna asks Tara what she likes. Tara tells that she likes to play with kids and go out, but her Papa don’t want to take her out. Lady Doctor tells Mayura that she can meet the girl when the girl’s father allows her. Mayura says I will take his permission. The doctor takes Tara out as she wants to go out. Omkar comes back and asks the lady doctor about Tara. Lady doctor says Dr. Khanna has taken her out. Omkar comes out and yells at Doctor and holds his collar, asking how dare he to bring his daughter out. Doctor says she stays unwell as you don’t let her come out and mingle with kids, stopping her growth. Omkar shouts at him again. Doctor says you may be rich, but I am Tara’s doctor and you came here for her treatment. Omkar asks how dare you to say all that infront of my daughter. Tara asks him not to scold the Doctor and says he is really good. She cries seeing him shouting and walks backwards. Omkar continues to argue with the doctor. Tara sits in the truck. Mayura watches her sitting in the truck from inside the hospital and rushes out. She runs behind the speedy truck. Omkar, Manjari and Doctor find Tara missing. Omkar shouts at Manjari for her careless behavior.
