She breaks down, saying it is not just a mother who failed, but a daughter too, and talks about how important the jewellery is for her mother, Sunita.

Indu explains that she took a loan for Zoon’s medical treatment because she had no other option. She says she paid all the installments every month, but for the last two months, due to personal reasons, she failed to pay Satish. She shares how she begged Satish many times, but he refused to listen and instead came home and created chaos.
Crying more, Indu talks about Zoon, who got scared after seeing everything. She completely breaks down. Vivek holds her and tells her life is about how we deal with problems. He calls her his superhero and says he is her lifetime support and best friend. He promises he will never let her down. Indu then receives a call from Satish and starts worrying.
Vivek answers the call and hears Satish threatening Indu for not reaching the location on time and accusing her of trying to fool him. Vivek warns Satish not to contact Indu again, saying he will take care of all her debts. Satish threatens him back, but Vivek cuts the call. He reassures Indu that he will handle everything and asks her to go home. Indu keeps crying.

On the other side, Ritesh shares his worry about Zoon after seeing her scared state. Rahul asks if he spoke to Indu about what really happened. Ritesh gets upset, mentioning Indu’s stubborn nature, and suggests Rahul go to Zoon’s house using the invitation for the Lord Ganesha puja. Rahul agrees.
Sunita tells her neighbour how peaceful she felt after attending the puja and wishes they could have more often. She then sees Zoon painting with other kids in the society. When Sunita asks her about it, Zoon explains they were asked to draw a family picture and that Lord Ganesha will choose the best one for a prize.
Sunita asks to see Zoon’s drawing, but Zoon hides one part by folding it. When Sunita asks what it is, Zoon says it is a secret. After Sunita promises not to tell anyone, Zoon unfolds the paper. Sunita is shocked to see Zoon pasted Ritesh’s photo in the father’s place on the family tree. Zoon says her mother never told her this, but she knows because Ritesh does everything a father does. She asks Sunita not to tell anyone, and Sunita agrees, feeling happy.
Vivaan enters the house carrying Indu’s stolen jewellery. Seeing Ritesh, he rushes toward the room but bumps into Dolly and drops the bag. The jewellery spills on the floor. Vivaan hurriedly picks it up, but Ritesh questions him. Kaamna and Sameer arrive, and Kaamna asks for the jewellery she sent for polishing. Vivaan gives it to her.
Sameer mentions the jewellery was gifted by Pankaj, which makes Kaamna hesitant. She still hands it to Ritesh. Ritesh likes it and decides to decorate Lord Ganesha’s idol with it this year. Kaamna, Sameer, and Vivaan are shocked. Kaamna tries to change his mind but fails and finally agrees. Ritesh places the jewellery under the idol.
Rajender warns Asha not to tell Sunita anything, and Asha agrees. Vivek brings Indu home. Seeing her condition, Rajender and Asha get shocked and question her. Indu reveals the jewellery was stolen, shocking them further. Sunita walks in and asks what jewellery they are talking about. Everyone freezes as Indu turns to face Sunita.
Rajender lies to Sunita, saying it is nothing. Indu declares she will no longer hide anything from her mother. Confused, Sunita asks what is going on. Indu reveals everything about the loan for Zoon’s treatment and what happened after. She goes to hug Sunita, but Sunita warns her to stay away. Indu apologises.
Sunita lashes out, asking Indu if she has any values left and says her mother died the day Indu brought Zoon home. She questions Rajender for taking the jewellery without her consent. Vivek tries to intervene, but Sunita asks him not to interfere in family matters, shocking everyone. She cries, asking why she should stay in a house where her opinion means nothing.
Indu tries to hold Sunita, but Sunita slaps her. She reminds Indu she gave birth to her but Indu chose Zoon, a child abandoned on the road, over her own mother. She asks how long Indu plans to make her suffer for Zoon. Indu pleads with her not to say anything against Zoon, saying it is not her fault and that she is her daughter. Sunita shouts that Zoon is an orphan. Rahul, who has just arrived, hears this and stops in shock.
Sunita further reveals she never adopted Zoon legally because of a promise. Indu breaks down completely. Rahul watches everything from outside, stunned.
Sunita says that for the past five years, Zoon has been living with them and she is nothing but a bad omen. She tells Zoon to leave the house and never return. Indu breaks down and collapses on the ground. Asha sits beside her and tries to support her. Vivek pleads with Sunita to stop saying such things, but Sunita shouts at him and reminds him that she already warned him to stay out of her family matters. Vivek stays silent. Asha reminds Sunita that she is also a part of the family and asks her to calm down.
Sunita says that ever since Zoon entered their lives, only bad things have happened. She accuses Zoon of turning her own family members against her. Sunita says neither her daughter nor her daughter-in-law respects her anymore and her life has no value left. Indu cries and goes inside the house. Rahul, who is standing outside the door, quietly leaves. Zoon notices him and asks if Ritesh is with him. Rahul says no.
Zoon says she knows Ritesh liked their society pandal during Ganapathi puja, so she thought he sent Rahul too. Rahul smiles and tells Zoon that he came because Ritesh wants her to attend the Lord Ganesha puja at his house the next day. He shows her the invitation sent by Ritesh. Zoon gets happy and says she will ask her mother for permission and inform him. Rahul agrees. Anjali invites Rahul inside, but he says he is already late and leaves. Anjali feels Rahul is acting strange and takes Zoon back home.
Zoon shows the invitation to Vivek and tells him about Ritesh’s invite. Vivek smiles and asks her to show it to Indu as well. Zoon sees Sunita and asks her to look at the invitation, but Sunita refuses and walks away. Zoon gets confused and asks Vivek if Sunita is upset with her. Vivek lies and says Sunita has a headache. He diverts the topic and asks Zoon to show the invitation to Indu. Zoon agrees and goes inside the room. Anjali asks Vivek if something serious happened at home. Vivek says a lot happened and he will tell her later, asking her to take care of everyone.
Rahul reaches Ritesh’s house and thinks he must tell Ritesh the truth about Indu and Zoon at any cost. Kaamna stops him and asks why he looks stressed and where he went. Rahul says he needs to tell Ritesh something important. Kaamna lies that Ritesh fell asleep due to overwork. Rahul says he will talk later. Kaamna insists he tell her instead. Rahul reveals that Ritesh sent him to find out about Indu’s problems and he learned that Indu is not Zoon’s biological mother. Kaamna is shocked. Kaamna feels happy hearing this but hides her smile. She tells Rahul they must hide this truth from Ritesh or he might react badly. Rahul refuses, but Kaamna manipulates him and convinces him. After Rahul leaves, Kaamna smirks and says she now has solid proof to trouble Indu more and can’t wait to see Indu and Zoon suffer.
Meanwhile, Indu cries and tells Asha that she warned Sunita many times not to bring Zoon into their fights, yet she still did. Zoon comes there and asks what Sunita said about her. Indu and Asha look disturbed. Asha lies and changes the topic. Zoon shows the invitation and tells Indu that if she agrees, they can attend the puja, and if not, she is fine with it. She asks Indu not to get angry or upset. Indu agrees to attend the puja and assures Zoon that she will never be angry with her. They hug each other.
Zoon calls Ritesh and tells him she will come for the puja. She also asks if she can bring Anjali along. Ritesh agrees. Later, Ritesh asks the worker about Rahul and learns he met Kaamna and left. Ritesh gets confused and goes to Kaamna to ask what Rahul told her. Kaamna tells Sameer and Vivaan the truth about Indu and Zoon’s relationship. They are shocked. Before anything else, Ritesh arrives. Kaamna lies that she was giving instructions about the arrangements. Ritesh asks if Rahul came to meet him.
Kaamna says yes but thought he was asleep and sent Rahul back. Ritesh decides to call Rahul, but Kaamna panics and stops him. She lies that Rahul told her Indu took money from a local goon for Zoon’s treatment and those people are troubling her. Ritesh says Indu mentioned something similar earlier. Sameer pretends to be emotional and says he will repay Indu’s debt as a way to make up for his father’s mistake. Ritesh thanks Sameer and leaves. Vivaan praises Kaamna and Sameer.
Sameer questions Kaamna for hiding the truth from Ritesh. Kaamna reveals her plan to send Indu to jail for keeping a child illegally and to trap Ritesh as well. She says she can’t wait to see all three of them suffer. Sameer and Vivaan call her “maa,” making her emotional. She says with their support, no one can stop her. They smile together.
Indu goes to Rajender to ask about the photos of the missing jewellery. He warns her that Sunita is angry. Indu goes to Sunita, tells her about Ritesh’s invitation, and apologizes. Sunita coldly says Zoon must be sent out of the house and that for her, Zoon’s mother is dead. Indu is shocked. Sunita says she will disown Indu the next day and leaves. Rajender advises Indu to keep Zoon away from Sunita for a few days. Indu agrees.
The next day, Zoon complains that she has no suitable dress to wear for the puja at Ritesh’s house. Indu gives outfits she bought for both Zoon and Anjali. They both get happy. Suddenly, Indu receives a call from Satish and gets shocked.
