Zoon runs to Anjali and shows her a paper ring she made for Ritesh and Indu’s engagement. Anjali casually says Ritesh is a superstar and won’t wear a paper ring, then walks away. Zoon feels hurt and upset.
Meanwhile, Sunita and Rajender return home after shopping for the engagement ring. Sunita shows the ring to everyone and says they picked it quickly but hopes Ritesh will like it. Anjali praises the choice, and Asha assures Sunita that Ritesh will definitely love it. Indu serves tea to everyone, saying they must be tired from all the preparations. She sees the ring her parents bought and says it is beautiful.
Sunita gets emotional and tells Indu she always wanted her to get married, but now she wishes she had a few more days with her. Everyone feels emotional. Anjali reminds her that Indu will stay in the same city and can visit anytime. Sunita says that after marriage, a girl belongs more to her in-laws and her priority should be them.
Indu disagrees gently and says that even after marrying Ritesh, the Rainas will always be her family. Everyone smiles happily.
At the Malhotra mansion, Kaamna instructs the workers about the arrangements. When one worker questions her, she lashes out angrily and sends them away. She sees Dolly selecting her outfit for the wedding and asks for help, but Dolly refuses, saying she is busy choosing her dress.
Rahul arrives and gives the engagement ring to the priest, asking him to keep it near God and perform the rituals with it. Kaamna overhears this. After sending the priest away to eat, she secretly steals the ring. She smirks, thinking the engagement cannot happen without it.
Sameer tells Nisha to make sure no one finds out about Kadambari’s health condition and to take care of her. He then sees Vivaan supervising the decorations and mocks him. Vivaan says Dolly gave him the responsibility, so he has no choice. Sameer darkly says this is not a wedding but a murder and that they are wasting money. Vivaan gets confused.
Later, Sameer meets Magesh and shows him a map of the mansion. He promises to give him an entry pass. He tells Magesh to go to his room, change into a waiter’s uniform kept there, and come to the living room where the ceremony will happen. When Magesh asks about the gun, Sameer says it is in his room. He warns him strictly to target only Ritesh and make no mistakes. Magesh agrees, shocked that Ritesh’s own brother wants him dead, and promises to kill him.
The engagement ceremony begins. Ritesh praises Kaamna for the arrangements, and Dolly welcomes the guests. The Rainas arrive. Indu comes with Zoon and Anjali. Dolly compliments Indu and takes her to Shakuntala for blessings. Zoon greets Shakuntala and calls Ritesh “genie papa.”
When it is time to exchange rings, Ritesh realizes the ring is missing. Everyone is shocked and confused, while Kaamna hides her smile. Suddenly, Zoon says she has a ring. She shows the paper ring she made. Everyone is stunned. Kaamna taunts her, but Ritesh says a ring is a ring, whether it is paper or diamonds. Indu agrees and says she has no problem wearing it. They exchange the paper ring. Zoon feels overjoyed. Ritesh lifts her in his arms, and she kisses both him and Indu. Kaamna burns in anger.
Later, during the sangeet ceremony, Vivaan and Anjali challenge each other, saying their side will win the dance competition. Indu and Ritesh also join the fun and challenge each other. Sameer asks Kaamna if she will participate, but she says she is not interested and walks away.
