Bound By Love On StarLife Monday 29th December 2025 Update, Ritesh is worried about Zoon’s mother on his way. He sees her in the changing room, so he goes in and asks if she’s okay. Zoon comes running and asks what happened, telling her to wake up while turning her around. Ritesh gets shocked seeing Indu and removes the mustache from her face. He recalls his past encounter with Indu and Zoon and confirms the same with Nidhi. Ritesh smells alcohol and realizes Indu is Zoon’s mother. He thinks to himself that she’s not just a careless mother, but also has a drinking problem.

He then gets upset, thinking she is actually a nice woman. Zoon cries, asking Indu to wake up. Ritesh pacifies her, assuring that her mother will be alright. Zoon asks what happened, and Ritesh explains that due to humidity, her mother became weak and unconscious, but she’ll recover soon. Zoon worries about becoming a laughing stock in front of her classmates again because she told them her father would come to the match. Ritesh feels sad but assures her that today her team will definitely win the volleyball match. Zoon brightens up.
Ritesh comes out, and Rahul tells him to stop his stupid act. Ritesh refuses, saying he doesn’t want Zoon to go through so much. He vents his disappointment about Indu, calling her irresponsible and a drunkard. He tells Rahul to let the driver take Indu home while he plays the volleyball match for Zoon. He stresses he isn’t asking for Rahul’s opinion and orders him to follow instructions. Rahul obliges. The peon hands Ritesh the jersey, which he takes with determination. Vivek asks Zoon if she knows what’s happening, explaining he went to see Indu but was told Ritesh’s driver took her home. He says the team is incomplete without Indu, yet they’re talking about resuming the match. The teacher announces that instead of Indirajit Raina, Zoon’s father, Ritesh Malhotra will replace him. Kadambari is shocked and surprised. Vivek and Zoon cheer for Ritesh along with everyone. Vivaan gets annoyed seeing Ritesh and prepares his team. The match resumes, both teams giving their best. In the end, Ritesh wins the match for Zoon. Everyone lifts him up in celebration. Kadambari wonders about the connection between Ritesh and Zoon.
Elsewhere, Neelam sees a luxurious car in their society and wonders whose it is. The driver goes to Rajender, who comes out and takes Indu inside. Neelam asks the driver whose car it is, and he tells her it belongs to Ritesh Malhotra. Neelam is shocked but determined to figure out what’s happening with the Rainas.
Rajender is upset with Indu in her intoxicated state and tells Sunita that the driver said Indu is drunk. Sunita says that since Indu is now Ritesh’s friend, she has to do all this to become one of them. Rajender says he isn’t happy, but Sunita insists their daughter will never humiliate them. She adds that now it’s clear something is going on between Ritesh and Indu and she can’t wait to see them get married. If this happens, society people will finally shut their mouths.
At school, Zoon sees a classmate taking pictures of her father. She asks for the phone to take one too, but the girl pushes her, saying she should ask her father instead. Zoon feels sad. Ritesh comes to her, and they do their first bump. Zoon praises him for keeping his promise. Ritesh twirls her happily in his arms. Kaamna snaps pictures and smirks.
Later, Indu wakes up, complaining of a throbbing headache. Sunita asks about Ritesh’s presence at the school. Indu says she doesn’t understand anything and can’t remember. Rajender shows her the trophy, telling her Zoon’s team won the match. Indu feels happy.
Kadambari’s PA shows the next day’s newspaper with Ritesh and Zoon’s picture under the line “One day father Ritesh Malhotra.” Kadambari smirks, pleased with the outcome. Ritesh goes to his room, recalling his time with Zoon, and sadly collapses on the couch. Rahul asks the reason, and Ritesh shares his agony over what Zoon must be going through. He reflects that he at least got time with his father, which Zoon never did. Rahul reminds him that Zoon’s mother is with her, but Ritesh gets furious, saying Zoon would be better off without her. He adds that if she comes in front of him again, he doesn’t know what he will do.
COMING UP
Indu meets Ritesh. He questions her, pointing out how she told him Zoon is too young to use a phone, yet she lets Zoon roam the mall alone and enter parties without supervision. He scolds her for making Zoon take care of her on the school sports day. He calls her an irresponsible, selfish, self-centered woman, a bad mother, and says the child would have a better future in an orphanage than with her. Indu gets hurt.
