Between You And Me on zee one Thursday 15th June 2023 update, Pushpa asks Mishri if she wont tell her anything. Mirchi again refuses politely. I am an ideal daughter. Pushpa asks her why she isn’t sharing anything. Devina stealthily heads upstairs and takes Adi downstairs with him. Mishri wont expose her family members. It was Adi who kidnapped both of them! Adi is shocked. Devina slaps him from saying anything. Don’t lie. I understand that something is fishy when I saw the cement spots on your clothes. I couldn’t think you will stoop so low! Everyone is stunned.

Ira and Pushpa ask him why he did this. We don’t even wish to see your face! Devina says he did it for money. He thought he will ask for ransom in return but I can’t believe he could fall so low! Even I have no money but this! Ira says he has crossed his limits. I don’t wish to see this
cheap fellow near Akhilesh or Mishri! Pushpa says I cannot believe that you have my husband’s blood. You are a stain on the family! Akhilesh stops her. Adi tries to say something but Akhilesh hits him. Money is everything for people like you! Family means nothing! You will bury my daughter? I will kill you if you will even look at her next time! Adi glares at his mom. How can you see me getting beaten in front of everyone? She continues to pretend to be nice. It was my biggest to cover your mistakes but not anymore! I don’t even wish to see your dirty face. She also slaps him twice before finally throwing him out of the house.
Ira tells Mishri she wont let her go away from her for even a second. Thank you, Akhilesh. Pushpa blesses Akhilesh. You are the hero of our family. She tells Mirchi to forget it all as a bad dream. I wont let anything happen to you now. She hugs Mirchi.
Adi asks his mother how she threw him out of the house. Devina says I saved you. You ended up burying Akhilesh behind a wall! You have no brains! Mirchi would have confessed sometime soon. You had been behind bars by now. He insists that Mishri was dead but she tells him to be quiet. You ended up burying Akhilesh too! Are you mad? Hideaway for some time! I will manage things here till then. He is reluctant to go but she tells him to go. Devina looks worried.
Mirchi tells Vansh everything in detail. He gets emotional. Mamu is a hero. Mirchi says even Badi Amma called him that. Vansh nods. He is so strong after all. I would have understood if he had done it to save Mishri. Why did he take such a big risk for you? It means Mamu loves her just as much he loves Mishri. She asks him what love is. He shares that it is the strongest emotion which makes you both weak and strong. He got so much strength that he broke the wall. He goes downstairs to bring more ice cream. Akhilesh is sleeping in his room. Mirchi applies ointment on his wounds. He wakes up with a start. Ira will do this. Let it be. She denies. You saved my life. One does that when they love someone. It is my duty to love you in return too. Ira comes there to tell Akhilesh not to sleep without applying medicine and notices them thus. She scares him by speaking of injection. Mirchi asks him why he is so afraid of injection. Ira says he is like that. He can break the wall but he is afraid of a small injection. That’s why he has to take medicines. She excuses herself to attend a call from hospital. Mirchi encourages Akhilesh to take injection as it will help him recover quickly. He panics seeing the injection in her hand. He tells her to drop it. I have phobia from injection. She keeps a condition to not apply it and asks him to sing a song. He refuses. She points at the injection again so he gives in. He thinks and sings Lakdi Ki Kaathi with his eyes closed. Mirchi very smartly applies him the injection while he is singing. He does not even feel it. The song and condition is over! Throw it aside. she points out that she has already applied it. He now feels the pain. Mirchi says it is written in the human manual that one should divert the minds of humans. Now you wont fall ill. He smiles. You are genius and your creator is also genius. He kisses her on her forehead. She says this kiss means you love me a lot. He nods. The house is happy again because of you only! You are the reason behind it. of course I love you a lot. Ira tells him that she got a call from hospital for night shift. Take medicines now! Mirchi shares that medicines aren’t required. I gave him an injection. Ira is taken aback. Now I know why you used to observe me closely when I used to give injections in the village. He dint even shout. How did you do it? You should be awarded for this! She gives her a gift. Mirchi asks her why she gave it. Ira says we give gifts to the ones we love the most. I love you very much. Mirchi thanks her and bids them goodnight.
Ira laughs thinking about how Mirchi gave injection to Akhilesh. He asks her if she is going on night shift. She nods.
Mirchi repeats Ira’s words to herself. I should also give a gift to Pita Shree to thank him.
Vansh tells Bhavik to ask Mirchi how Mamu saved her. He takes him to their room. Bhavik notices Mirchi making something. She shares that she wants to gift this Bajrang Bali idol to Pita Shree as he is his ardent devotee after all. Bhavik asks him how she got this idea. She repeats Ira’s words. What makes Akhilesh the most? Bhavik calls her the best creation of humans. This isn’t what he loves the most though. Mirchi asks him what Pita Shree loves the most. Vansh takes Mishri’s name. Sadly, she is in coma. Bhavik adds that she cannot give Mishri to Akhilesh but he will be pleased with this gift tomorrow. It is late. You both should sleep. They all bid each other goodnight. Mirchi decides to give Akhilesh his favourite gift. I wont give him these small gifts.
Mirchi comes to Mishri’s room. Her recovery will be the best gift for Pita Shree. She scans Mirchi from top to toe. I don’t have any knowledge of medicine. She calls Vansh to find out from where she can find that information. Vansh wakes up from his sleep and tells her that she can find all that info in the books. Download that data in you and let me sleep. She wishes him goodnight. He suddenly asks her why she needs that info but she has ended the call already. Mirchi upgrades her knowledge on medicine by scanning through all the books that she can find. Now I can certainly help Mishri!
Mirchi comes to Mishri’s room. She scans her from top to toe to figure out how to help her. She also scans her report and keeps it in doctor’s room. They will be able to help her after reading the report. She will come out of coma.
Ira enters in the room the moment Mirchi leaves. She asks doc why he isn’t letting her meet the patient. I know it is a sensitive case but I can figure out more by actually meeting the patient. He advises her to wait for a day or two more. I will tell you then. She agrees and ends the call. She reads Mirchi’s scanned reports. Who did her brain scan? This is what we had been waiting for! There are clots in her brain. She can come out of coma if they get dissolved. She calls doc again to inform him about the reports. We can do a brain angiography. He calls
it a risky process. She requests him to let her try. I will be thrilled if she recovers. He says I don’t wish to doubt your capabilities. I am really happy to see your ray of hope. Keep me posted. She thanks him. Mirchi has overheard everything. it means Mata Shree will operate on Mishri. Once she gains conscious, Pita Shree will get his gift.
Doc tells Akhilesh that they will operate upon Mishri tomorrow. She might come out of come soon. He thanks him for the good news. You have taken a heavy burden off me! Are you starting for India today? Doc denies. My assistant will do it. Akhilesh is hesitant but doc assures him that she is a great doc. She only found Mishri’s diagnosis. Mishri is in great hands. Akhilesh requests for her name so he can talk to her once. Ira enters just then before doc can tell him. Akhilesh ends the call. Ira tells Akhilesh that she will perform the biggest surgery of her life. He encourages her to be positive. She says I am equally scared. It is about a life. What if I make a mistake? He shows faith in her. There is no chance of anything going wrong. Your patient will recover and will thank you forever! They seek God’s blessings. Ira and Akhilesh pray for Mishri’s well-being.
Akhilesh comes to meet Mishri at night. I got hope after too long. You have been through a lot. They are about to end very soon. Be strong. I know you are already strong and you will be fine. I am waiting for the moment when you will open your eyes and call me Papa. Rest well today as you wont get this chance tomorrow. We will wrestle once you recover. I will defeat you this time. All the best for tomorrow. I forgot to bring Vibhuti. He goes to bring it from the temple in hospital. He finds Mirchi there already. I don’t know how to pray but I know that a human prayer is very strong. I pray for Mishri’s speedy recovery. She takes Vibhuti and turns. She asks Akhilesh if he has also come to pray for Mishri. He asks her how she knows about Mishri’s room. She shares that she presented the info required to do Mishri’s operation. He hugs her calling her an angel. She says I wanted to give you a gift. This will give you the utmost happiness so I did this. He gets overwhelmed. Thank you so much. She says it in Hindi but she thanks him instead for the data of human relations inside her. I will only stay with you till the time you separate my parts one by one. I will live all these human relations with you till then. He refuses to do so. She points out that he wont need her once Mishri recovers. He looks at her in shock / pain. When did I say that? Both you and Mishri can stay with me. She denies. Only Mishri has a right over your love as she is a human like you. You are a hero for me just like you are for Mishri. I am just a machine. The parts must be separated once my work is done. He gets sad and hugs her. Let’s go meet Mishri. She says I want to wish her luck for her operation before my parts are separated. He takes her with him.
Akhilesh makes Mirchi apply Vibhuti on Mishri. She is going to get well because of you after all. Mirchi applies it on Mishri’s forehead. Stay strong. You will be fine. You have the love and blessings of the best father. We wont meet again but it was nice to meet you. She begins to go but he stops her by holding her hand. He kisses Mishri on her forehead. Mirchi follows suit. She bids adieu to Mishri and leaves with Akhilesh.
Next morning, Pushpa is talking to her friend. She informs her friend about the operation Ira was going to do. Ira’s file falls out of her hands. She looks stressed which surprises Akhilesh. Don’t worry everything will be fine. She says I don’t know if I will be able to do it or not. The patient is a small kid. Pushpa says you can never be wrong. Akhilesh tastes the milk which has salt added by mistake. Vansh cross-checks it. Ira says I made a mistake already. I am sure I will do something wrong in the surgery too. Akhilesh asks her why she is thinking so much. You will be fine. She thinks to opt out of the surgery. What if her condition worsens because of me? Pushpa makes her look in her eyes. Do you see me worried? It is because I trust you completely. You are a great mother. This is your strength. This mother is a doc and she can surely save a life! You are going to do just that today. Don’t treat the patient as someone else’s daughter but your own today. You will see the magic when a doc and mother will perform this operation together! Don’t worry so much. Everything will be fine. I am sure the girl will return home happily. She makes Ira have breakfast. Ira requests Akhilesh to stay at the hospital till the surgery ends. I need your support. He agrees. Vansh says I am glad that Mishri is coming home but I am equally sad to see Mirchi go. Can you keep her with you? Bhavik asks him where they will keep her. What will we tell to everyone? Vansh says we can keep her in cupboard. Bhavik shakes his head. The scientist who made her needs her back. Vansh rues that one good thing comes in life and the other one exits. Mirchi tells him not to cry. Message me whenever you wish to. I will revert. They share a hug. It was fun meeting you. I have updated words like Holy Moly in my system. They smiles. Mirchi thanks Bhavik for making her meet a nice family. Bhavik thanks her instead on what she has done for Mishri. Mirchi calls it a gift for Akhilesh. Mishri will be fine soon as Mata Shree is doing her operation. Bhavik and Vansh get tensed. Bhavik decides
to tell Akhilesh right away. Ira will be in shock if she sees her face. There is no network in his phone though.
Akhilesh meets Mishri. Please help her recover, Lord. Hope this operation is a success! He chants Hanuman Chalisa holding her hand when nurse comes to take Mishri. They put her on a stretcher and her reports fall down in the process. He picks it up and notices Om on it. Did the doc put it? Nurse nods. Nothing can happen to Mishri. He returns the file to her.
Bhavik is still not able to contact Akhilesh.
Akhilesh hopes that Mishri recovers successfully. Ira is also doing a big operation today. She got attached to her patient too. I will wish her luck. He collides with Ira and the report fall down. All the best for your operation. She thanks him. That girl really needs it. He bends down to pick the report and notices the Om. It means Ira is doing Mishri’s surgery today! Ira takes the file from him and goes inside. Akhilesh finally receives Bhavik’s call but they both are aware of the problem at hand. Ira is already vulnerable. She will go in shock if she sees her face. We must stop her. There is poor connectivity so their call breaks.
Akhilesh stops Ira from doing this surgery. She asks him not to come here. Why did you say this? He does not explain and asks her to come. She says it is about the patient’s life. He nods. That’s why I am asking you to come outside. I wont leave till the time you come with me. She calls it her work. Please leave. This surgery is very important. He tells her not to do this operation. Come out please! I need to talk to you. Nurse informs Ira that patient number 52 is ready. Ira gives her instructions for the operation. She next asks Akhilesh to leave. They both keep arguing with each other when they notice them wheel in the patient (Mishri) with her eyes and forehead covered. She requests Akhilesh to leave. It is about the kid. He says I panicked thinking how small she is. I trust you completely though. You will treat her well. I will wait outside. Ira asks her assistants to transfer Mishri to the OT Table.
Bhavik reaches hospital. Did oyu tell anything to Ira? Akhilesh denies. The bandages saved Mishri’s truth from getting revealed. Bhavik shares that this was Mirchi’s idea. Flashback shows Bhavik and Mirchi telling a fake story to Ira. We saved her at the last moment. Akhilesh thanks Mirchi for saving them. Ira does not know she is treating her own daughter. Hope everything is fine soon. Bhavik is sure she will make Mishri well. She will be on her feet again. Mirchi again repeats that she will be dismantled once that happens. Akhilesh denies but Mirchi insists. Humans can do anything if they want!

Ira talks to Mishri. I can understand what your mother must be going through as I have a daughter your age only. I will treat you. You will be fine. Ira holds Mishri’s hand and feels as if the girl is indeed Mishri.
Akhilesh brings a suitcase as Mirchi waits eagerly. She puts herself in switch off mode.
Nurse notices Ira disturbed and asks her if she is fine. Ira nods. She keeps looking at Mishri intently. I am getting too nervous maybe because Moti Ba told me to think of this girl as my own daughter. I cannot fall weak. This is my only chance to make her well. I wont miss it!
Akhilesh pats Mirchi’s face lovingly. Bye! You came in my life when I had lost all hopes! I wont be able to forget you ever. Thank you!
Ira starts the operation.
He removes the necklace and dismantles her hand reluctantly.
On one hand, Ira continues with her operation and on the other hand, Akhilesh continues dismantling Mirchi.
Ira tells the nurse that this girl will get out of coma and will walk on her own feet soon. Mishri begins to breathe heavily. The nurse gets worried. Ira assures her that the girl will be fine. She gives further instructions. One last clot is left.
Akhilesh has dismantled Mirchi completely. He keeps the necklace in the bag only.
Mishri shakes as Ira tries to take care of the last clot. The nurse tells Ira to stop things here but Ira wants to go on. The monitor shows a flat line which shocks everyone.
Akhilesh packs the bag sadly. Bhavik asks him if he packed everything. Akhilesh nods. Bhavik says I will give it to Dr. Pillai now. Akhilesh is reluctant. Can we not keep her? She has given us so much love. Bhavik reminds him that Mirchi is a machine. We should pray for Mishri’s well-being right now. Akhilesh let’s go of the bag. Bhavik takes it with him.
