Love’s Complicated On Starlife Friday 26th September 2026 Update, Swarna tells Akshara that she will reach the Goenka house with Arohi for her tilak. She asks Akshara to decide whether she wants to be part of Arohi’s happiness or not and tells her to stay away from Arohi. Arohi taunts Akshara, saying that Akshara tried to stop her wedding but failed. She asks Akshara to sulk on the side because she has to prepare for her tilak. Akshara says it is not about winning or losing. She decides to save Neil from Arohi.

Neil asks Abhimanyu what happened at the Goenka house. Abhimanyu asks him to take his medicine, but Neil asks him to give him some good news first. Abhimanyu insists, and Neil finally takes the medicine. Abhimanyu tells him about his tilak, making Neil excited. Neil hugs Abhimanyu happily. Abhimanyu thinks that Akshara loves Arohi a lot and hopes Akshara is wrong about Arohi so that Neil’s love can win.
Manjiri and Harsh see Abhimanyu and Neil together. Harsh tells Manjiri that she knows Arohi is not a good match for Neil, yet she agreed to the alliance. He finds it strange that two people who are not suitable for each other are ready to get married while the two who are suitable for each other are separating. Manjiri wipes her tears.
Manish tells Suhasini that he is failing to handle his grandchildren. Suhasini boosts his morale and asks him to accept Arohi and Neil’s alliance. Akshara overhears their conversation and stands there with tears in her eyes.
Mahima and Anand question Manjiri about her sudden decision. Manjiri explains that sometimes parents have to make spontaneous decisions for the sake of their children. Mahima asks how she could forget Anisha’s death so easily. Manjiri replies that if they remain stuck in the past, they will miss their future. Harsh asks Mahima and Anand to be happy about Arohi and Neil’s alliance, which irritates Anand.
Abhimanyu tells Manjiri that he is trying to balance everything. Manjiri asks him to also try to fix his relationship with Akshara. Meanwhile, Neil talks to Arohi and says that he wanted to leave the house the previous day. Arohi asks him to promise that he will never leave Birla Hospital.
Akshara meets Abhimanyu and asks why he never trusts her. Abhimanyu says it is because she has never given him a reason to trust her. Akshara becomes upset by his response.
Arohi decides to wear Naira’s dress for the tilak and plans to have it redesigned. Akshara objects to her decision, but Arohi takes the dress to a boutique. Abhimanyu learns that Arohi wants to alter Naira’s dress. He takes the dress away and sends it back to Akshara. Akshara is touched by Abhimanyu’s effort.
Arohi shows her tilak outfit to Swarna and Suhasini, making them happy. Meanwhile, Arohi has a marriage contract prepared. The lawyer tells her that she needs Neil’s signature, and Arohi decides to get it. Akshara overhears their conversation and starts looking for the papers.
Akshara becomes restless as she thinks about Arohi. She remembers Arohi talking about some papers, while Abhimanyu recalls Akshara telling him about Arohi’s intentions behind marrying Neil. He also becomes restless. Abhimanyu says he has so many complaints against Akshara but does not know how to express them to her. Both Akshara and Abhimanyu long for each other. Abhimanyu eats a sweet while Akshara tries to distract herself by eating fenugreek seeds.
Arohi asks Suhasini and Swarna about her appearance. Suhasini says that when a person is happy from within, it shows on their face. Swarna compliments Arohi. Arohi notices her doctor’s coat and tells Swarna and Suhasini that the coat will always belong to her.
Akhilesh asks Kairav to check the envelopes. The Goenkas are stunned when they notice that Manish and Akshara are uninterested in Arohi’s tilak.
At the Birla house, Abhimanyu gets Neil ready for the tilak. He wonders whether Akshara will come or not because she is against Arohi and Neil’s marriage. Vansh and Manish wish Arohi good luck. Arohi tells Manish that she would have been happy if he had blessed her wholeheartedly. She then asks Suhasini to remove the evil eye from her because someone is trying to cast it on her.
Arohi taunts Akshara again. Akshara reminds her that she has been trained since childhood to deal with her taunts and comments. She tells Arohi not to worry because she will not let her marry Neil. Akshara says she knows Arohi’s intentions and challenges her that she will stop the marriage.
Kairav asks Akshara to come with them and says she is against the alliance because of the past. He asks her to move on. Suhasini tells Akshara and Manish to join them if they change their decision later. As everyone prepares to leave, Akshara’s bracelet gets caught in the things being sent to the Birla house.
Abhimanyu prepares for Neil’s tilak while Anand and Parth talk about how bad they feel for him. Akshara’s bracelet reaches Abhimanyu. He wonders why her bracelet keeps finding its way to him. He then asks Manjiri if everything is fine. Manjiri says nothing is fine because something needs to be fixed.
The Birlas welcome the Goenkas. Mahima taunts Kairav for coming, while Abhimanyu keeps waiting for Akshara.
Akshara learns that the papers have reached Arohi at the Birla house. She makes an excuse to visit the Birla house, leaving Arohi and the others stunned when she arrives. Nishta reveals that Neil has planned a surprise for Arohi and explains the ritual to her. Arohi then receives a call from Atul.
Akshara keeps an eye on Arohi, and the two argue with each other. Akshara becomes determined to expose Arohi and reveal her true intentions.
