Between You And Me on zee one Friday 16th June 2023 update, Ira refuses to give up on the girl (Mishri). She will regain her pulse if the blood is supplied to her brain in a minute’s time. She recalls Pushpa’s words. I am going ahead with the procedure. Nurse is reluctant but Ira is positive. She assures Mishri to stay strong. You cannot leave your parents like this. You have to live for them! She completes her procedure.

Akhilesh is in the temple in hospital. He prays to God to give strength to Ira to do the operation.
Mishri’s pulse is revived. Nurse praises her for making it happen. Ira smiles out of relief and sits down feeling emotional. Thank you Ambe Ma. This girl will be fine now. She will also come out of coma.
Some goons kidnap Adi and tie him to a chair. He questions their boss who asks them if he knows the goons. Adi
looks at them. Their boss says these are the same guys who your mother bought for some money. She gave them a diamond ring later asking them to leave the city. That was a fake one! We will handle police but you will make up for the loss that we have suffered! Adi says I don’t have money. The goons decide to take out his kidney to gain money. Adi shouts as he is being taken away but he shares an idea with them. Kidnap Mishri. Your plan foiled because of her only. Everyone loves her very much. You will get just as much as you will ask for! Boss is unsure but Adi insists it is the best plan. He calls at landline and finds out that Mishri has gone to hospital with Akhilesh. He informs the goons about it.
Ira asks Akhilesh to hug her for 2 minutes. He asks her what happened. She requests him not to say anything for 2 minutes. He abides by her wish. Did everything go well? Ira shares that it was successful. She will come out of coma very soon. Akhilesh hugs her out of relief as well. His eyes well up. You don’t know what you have done! I knew that you wont make any mistake. I am proud of you. She looks at him. You are pleased as if it was your daughter! He says I can understand as a father. She nods. I wonder how thrilled her parents will be once she wakes up from coma. When I touched her for the first time, I felt as if it was Mishri! It was maybe because I was very much stressed. He tells her not to over think. I am really proud of you. Ira wants to speak to Dr. Singhania regarding the boil scars on the girl’s face. He asks her to go home and rest instead. I will manage this. She agrees.
Akhilesh runs to meet Mishri. Her oxygen mask has been removed. Nurse shares that she is breathing on her own. She will gain conscious very soon. Akhilesh holds Mishri’s hand. Everything is fine. I am sorry Bajrang Bali for losing faith on you for a while but I am sure it is just you who can fix everything! He removes the bandage from her face. Your Ma did your operation. She gave you a second life. Open your eyes soon. I am dying to see you smile! He goes out to bring some medicines. Meanwhile, the goons walk inside the hospital. They collide with Akhilesh but they don’t get noticed as their faces are covered with masks. They recognize him though. Akhilesh goes his way. Their boss is on call. He asks them to quickly kidnap the girl and bring her there.
The goons see Mishri and are upset that she was the one who foiled their plan. Their boss says she only will make us the king now! His men kidnap Mishri and carry her out on a wheelchair.
Bhavik thanks Dr. Pillai. Your creation helped us very much. Vansh is also there. I dint get a chance to even say goodbye to Mirchi. Dr. Pillai switches on her main circuit (on her head) so Vansh can bid her adieu. Bhavik switches her on. She starts sharing the temperature but Vansh tells her that he will miss her very much. She says I don’t know what that means but why are you crying. Vansh calls her the best robot. You are going away from us. Dr. Pillai seconds him. This is why I am taking her to USA. Vansh tells her he will miss her. He also wishes her Happy Journey. Bhavik switches her off.
The goons kidnap Mishri successfully.
Akhilesh returns to Mishri’s ward but finds the bed empty. Maybe she gained conscious! She might have gone for some tests. He checks with the nurse but she has no clue. She hasn’t woken up yet. They check the room again. They ask everyone but no one has seen or taken Mishri. He reprimands the nurse on her callousness and checks the CCTV footage. They see the same masked guys dressed as ward boys who end up kidnapping Mishri. What’s happened with her! Why is God punishing me? Find out about their whereabouts. The staff members agree.
Mishri is still unconscious. They pour water over her face to wake her up.
Akhilesh panics seeing Ira’s call. She asks him about Mishri. Is she with you? He lies that Bhavik took her with him. She asks him to tell Bhavik to bring her home. I have a headache. It will go away once I speak to her.
Mishri finally opens her eyes but her head is still buzzing. Who are you guys? Where am I? Who am I? They get confused. You don’t remember anything? She denies. Who is my Bapu?
Ira says I will be fine if I talk to Mishri for a while. You know she is more of a medicine than my daughter! Akhilesh nods and ends the call. He is in a fix as to what to say to Ira.
The goons change their plan. Mishri is still holding her head. He informs Devina that he has kidnapped Mishri. She tells him he did the right thing. Don’t call me again! Keep her with you. I will break your legs if you call me again! The goons feel as if Mishri wont do them any good but their boss decides to make her beg instead. Mishri demands to know who her Bapu is and who she is.
Akhilesh stops the nurse from informing police. Only Mirchi can help in this situation! He calls Bhavik and finds out that Dr. Pillai has taken Mirchi with him. Akhilesh asks him to stop him. Bhavik reasons that he must
be at the airport. Akhilesh insists they need Mirchi. Bhavik shares the car details with him. Akhilesh asks the nurse to make sure no one, especially Ira is not able to find out about Mishri’s disappearance.
Akhilesh is on his way to airport. I have to find a way to stop Dr. Pillai. He notices Dr. Pillai’s car and stops his car in front of his. He asks him to return Mirchi. Dr. Pillai asks him how he can say this last minute. I booked the tickets only after confirming with Bhavik. Akhilesh offers to compensate him in case it is needed. Bhavik has also reached there and requests Dr. Pillai. He hands over Mirchi to them. Bhavik asks Akhilesh why he needs Mirchi. Akhilesh agrees to tell him everything. Reach hospital first.
Mishri asks the main guy as to why he wants her to beg. He replies that this is their bread and butter. We have been doing this since forever. She says I don’t remember anything. He convinces her that she isn’t well right now maybe that’s why she does not remember. Mishri gets sad. I am a beggar? The goon tells him not to be sad. We work hard and then eat! No one will give alms otherwise. He asks Bunty to ask someone to change Mishri’s attire / look. Mishri is walking with Bunty but feels as if all this isn’t true.
Akhilesh is assembling Mirchi again. Bhavik wonders who could have kidnapped Mishri but Akhilesh is clueless. Only Mirchi can help us in finding Mishri.
Mishri dresses up as a beggar. The goons applaud her look. She wants to comb her hair but they advise her against it. This will melt everyone’s heart.
Akhilesh is in a fix. I vowed I wont lie again at home but fate has some other plans. Bhavik tells him to be strong. What will happen to us if you will give up like this? Mirchi will fix everything. He switches her on. She shares the temperature and then notices Akhilesh. Why did you assemble me again? He replies that he needs her. She says I can measure from your brain waves that you are under stress. He hugs her. I am very worried. Someone kidnapped my daughter. I need your help to trace them. Will you help me? She readily agrees. You are my Hero after all! He says thank you sweetly. He plays the CCTV footage. Try to identify the kidnappers. She is able to see their faces minus their masks due to the advanced radioactive software in her.
The goons rub polish on Mishri’s hands and face to give her the final touch. Mishri is disturbed at the sight in mirror. I used to wear this before too? The boss nods. She asks him why he called her Beta. He lies that he is her Bapu after all. She experiences faint flashes of her past. She holds her head because of stress.
Mirchi says these guys have been recognized. She plays the image on her screen. Akhilesh also recognizes them. She points out that they are the same guys who trapped Ira earlier. Akhilesh wonders if they are making Mishri beg too. I wonder how my daughter will be!
Mishri is still feeling dizzy. They feed her water. She still cannot remember anything. I don’t remember you, this place or that I used to beg! The boss lies that he is very poor and couldn’t give her the life he always wanted to. I don’t even have any pictures of us to remind you of our past. I wanted to send you to school but you insisted upon begging so you can help your ill father recover from TB. He coughs to distract her. I don’t know for how long I will live. Let me die if you don’t wish to beg. It is no problem. She requests him not to say so. I will do it. He hugs her showing fake love. She assures him she wont let anything happen to him.
Mishri gets ready to leave. They decide to take her to a place from where they can earn money using her innocent face.
Akhilesh stops Bhavik from involving police. Everyone would then know that it was Mirchi who was staying with us all along! Ira will be heartbroken. They divide the areas to cover in their search. Ira reaches hospital just when Akhilesh is about to leave with Mirchi. Nurse points out that Ira is here. Akhilesh hides with Mirchi. Ira is talking to someone on phone. I have come to check on my patient. Nurse asks Akhilesh what they will do now. What will happen if Ira wont find the girl in the ward? Akhilesh knows that Ira wont sit quietly if that happens.
Ira summons the nurse upon not finding Mishri in her ward. Nurse lies that her father got her discharged on an urgent basis. Ira is shocked. She needs medical attention post surgery. Call him right away and make me talk to him! Nurse informs Akhilesh about what Ira had said. He too is clueless as to what to do. He asks her if her number is with Ira. Has she called you ever? Nurse shakes her head. Akhilesh takes her phone, twists his voice a little and thanks Ira for the surgery. She asks him why he couldn’t wait a little. He lies that they took appointment for her face boils with a doc in Singapore. Ira shares that patient may go in partial amnesia post surgery for a few days. Do you see such symptoms? Akhilesh wonders if this is what Mishri would be going through right now. He lies to Ira that
everything is fine. She is taken aback. 90% patients are affected in the brain after this. He hastily ends the conversation after telling her not to worry too much.
Akhilesh shares his pain with Mirchi. My daughter wont be able to recognize any of us right now! What is happening with me! He wipes his tears and asks Mirchi if her GPS is working fine now. Ira comes to his cabin and is surprised to see them there. He cooks a story. Ira shares that her patient’s father took her with him. I want to thank God for making the surgery successful. Let’s go to temple! She holds Mirchi’s hand. You get chocolate in Prasad in that temple! Akhilesh hopes he is able to find Mishri soon. I wont spare the goons then!
Mirchi asks Akhilesh why they have come to temple instead of searching for Mishri. He advises her to first abide by Ira’s wish. She goes inside. Bhavik calls Akhilesh. He too hasn’t gotten any clue so far. Akhilesh wonders where Mishri would be. I cannot even tell Ira anything.
The goon signals Mishri to the same temple. This is where you used to beg. She assures him that she will do her best to earn loads of money for him. He pretends to cough. I will wait for you here. He instructs his men to keep an eye on Mishri.
The goons give further instructions to Mishri and then stand next to a shop. Mishri holds the bowl and begs for alms for her Bapu’s treatment.
Akhilesh prays for Mishri’s wellbeing. Amma used to say that we must offer things to the needy in case there is any problem. You listen to them before anyone else! Please help me today. Pundit ji does their tilak. Akhilesh asks him about offering stuff to the needy.
People give money to Mishri.
The goons notice Akhilesh distributing food amongst everyone. They recognize him to be Mishri’s father. He will beat us and hand us over to police if he sees us here! They try to take Mishri but she insists upon staying till she earns ample money for the day. They flee from there leaving her alone. They also inform their boss about it. He goes upstairs to bring Mishri but notices Akhilesh there. Pundit ji is helping Akhilesh distribute food amongst everyone. The guy covers Mishri with a blanket and sits next to her. She asks him why he came here. You were supposed to rest. Akhilesh gives them food. Please pray for my little daughter. The goon cries. Please pray for me too. I am very ill. Akhilesh gives him his card. You can come over for consultation or treatment. Akhilesh pats at Mishri’s head. You are just as old as my daughter. Pray for her. You should go to school in this age but you are here! The goon acts that he is ill and is helpless. Akhilesh feels bad. No one has a right to snatch anyone’s childhood. I am giving you some extra money. Don’t make your daughter do all this. The goon eyes his wallet greedily. Akhilesh tells Mishri to take care. The goon lies that she isn’t well and does not let Akhilesh see her face. Akhilesh nods and goes with Pundit ji. Mishri holds her head feeling dizzy. I feel as if I have seen that uncle before too. The goon says you used to come here only. Rich people come here to distribute money and food here! Mishri calls Akhilesh good. He gave you so much money for treatment. He says this isn’t enough. We can steal his wallet and have more money for my treatment. She refuses. God wont even give me a place in Hell if I steal! He asks her from where she heard that statement. She shrugs. I wont steal. He convinces her to steal by playing the emotional card. She is advised to keep her head covered with the blanket. Mishri advances towards Akhilesh. He is standing with her back towards her. I have to commit such a big sin to save my Bapu’s life. Please don’t send me to Hell for this, Lord! She is hesitant. The goon decides to divert Akhilesh. He intentionally collides with him and falls down. Akhilesh helps him stand. The guy asks Akhilesh if he is hurt. He holds Akhilesh’s hand a little longer and signals Mishri to do her job. The blanket falls down in the process. The goon notices it.
Akhilesh says I am going to bring more food packets. The goon directs him to another shop. Akhilesh tells him to take care and goes. The goon asks Mishri to cover herself well and come along. Mishri eyes Akhilesh’s wallet sadly. She notices him buying food and not finding his wallet with him. She opens his wallet and finds a lot of cash inside. I committed a very big sin. He was trying to feed food to the poor. How will he do that now?
Ira asks Akhilesh to come. Mishri is also waiting. It is too hot! He shares that he lost his wallet. She asks him if he checked on the stairs. Was there too much cash inside? He says it isn’t about cash.
