Between You And Me on Zee One Sunday 14th May 2023 update, Episode starts with Mishri praying that Akhilesh becomes her dad. Akhilesh comes and says I can understand your pain, I used to long for dad’s love, we used to stay in village, he used to live in city, I used to pray that we meet him, he never came to meet us, tell me where do your parents live, I will find them and get them here to you. Mishri tells some address. She apologizes for lying. He goes. Vansh says if Akhilesh knows this address is wrong, he will not leave you. Mishri says just mum can save me. She calls Ira. Akhilesh comes and takes Mishri along. Ira is on the way with Bhavik. She says I was helpless to lie to Ira, I can see Mishri and Akhilesh are getting attached. Vansh calls her and says Akhilesh has taken Mishri to meet her parents, do something and save her. Ira asks
what address did she say. He says she told something. Bhavik asks him to try to recall. Devina calls Vansh. Vansh disconnects. Ira says we have no address, what to do now.
Mishri tries to make excuses. Akhilesh reaches the address. He scolds the couple for leaving their child Monu. The couple denies to know about Monu. Akhilesh argues. The lady lies and says we don’t want Monu, we fooled Monu and sent him with Bhavik, we are not his parents, if you love him, then you adopt him. Mishri smiles. Akhilesh says you don’t deserve Monu. He leaves and drives the car angrily. Ira and Bhavik thank the couple for saving them and pay money. They leave. Mishri asks what happened. Akhilesh says your parents were not at home. She gets happy. Akhilesh feels upset. He thinks what will I tell Pushpa. He gets Mishri home. Vansh gets relieved. Akhilesh sends the kids. He tells everything to family. Pushpa praises Monu.
Ira says I have asked Bhavik to convince that couple to lie. Bhavik asks Akhilesh not to send Monu anywhere, he will find some couple to adopt Monu. Ira says you will be out of here by fake adoption, then we will stay together. Mishri says I don’t want to go from here. Akhilesh asks who will explain Monu. He gains courage and goes to talk to Monu. He gives an example and says you will be raised by someone else. Mishri says this happened with me before, I got habitual, I m not upset, why are you upset, my new parents will come to take me, I don’t want to upset anyone, we will stay happy so that I remember your smiling face. Akhilesh promises. She wishes that she doesn’t leave him ever.
Mishri cheering up Pushpa. Akhilesh smiles. Everyone spends time with Monu for the final time. Akhilesh gets emotional. Mishri cries seeing them. Everyone plays the tug of war. Ira joins Akhilesh. Mishri smiles. Ira asks why are you playing. Akhilesh says Monu is leaving the house, we are giving him some memorable moments. Ira thinks I m also lucky to celebrate my last days with you. Mishri wins the game. Akhilesh lifts her and makes her sit on his shoulders. Everyone claps. They all dance and smile. Ira sees Mishri’s happiness. Bhavik wishes some miracle happens and Mishri gets her family. Akhilesh stays worried.
Pushpa says I will do your Champi. Mishri comes and asks shall I do his Champi today for the last time. Pushpa agrees. She goes. Mishri goes the Champi. Akhilesh gets more emotional. Mishri says promise me you will always smile. Akhilesh smiles and sleeps. Mishri feels cold by the air. Its morning, Pushpa comes to Devina and hears her talking in sleep. She wakes up Devina by pouring cold water on her. Devina scolds her.
Pushpa says we are going for jogging, come with us. Devina refuses. Pushpa says you have gained much weight. Devina asks her to get out. She goes to get ready. Pushpa says its very cold here, go and get ready. Akhilesh wakes up and sees Mishri awake. He asks did I sleep in your lap. Mishri says I didn’t mve so that you don’t wake up, I m strong, I felt cold but didn’t move. She faints. Akhilesh checks her and says he has much fever. He shouts to Pushpa.
Ira comes and sees Mishri. He says Monu has much fever, I slept in his lap, he didn’t move so that my sleep doesn’t break, I will take him to a Vaid. She says no, Bhavik will get a doctor. He takes Mishri. Ira says I will come along. He says no need. She worries that Mishri’s truth will come out, that she is a girl. Akhilesh takes Mishri.
