Between You And Me on zee one Friday 14th April 2023 update, Episode starts with Akhilesh asking Devina not to leave. Devina apologizes to Pushpa. They hug and praise Akhilesh. Ira says yes, now no evil shadow can affect our family. Pushpa calls Akhilesh as her Ram. A saint says its time for Pushpa to fulfill her old promise. Ira lights diya. She does decorations. She says its Akhilesh’s birthday, I got two reasons for celebrations. Pushpa praises her.

She hugs Ira and blesses. Tau ji says we will celebrate Diwali in Banaras. Ira says you can’t go without celebrating Akhilesh’s birthday. Tai ji agrees to stay back. Akhilesh wakes up and looks for Ira. Pushpa comes to Akhilesh and wishes him happy birthday. He closes eyes and says something went in my eyes. She asks what’s the matter. He says its my birthday, I wanted to see Ira’s face and
start the day. She teases him. She goes laughing. Ira makes rangoli. Pushpa laughs and sends her to Akhilesh. She tells Tai ji about Akhilesh.
Ira comes to Akhilesh. She asks what happened, why are your eyes closed. He opens eyes and sees her. She says now my birthday got good. She holds his cheeks. Colors get on his cheeks. He says you always harm me. She applies uptan to his face. They have a moment. Pushpa sees them happy and prays for them. She thinks to apply uptan to Birju. Chandu asks Birju which color Kurta will he wear. He goes to ask Pushpa. Birju says I will wear branded clothes now. Pushpa comes to Birju. She reminds him old days. He smiles and thinks I was singing duet i those days. She applies him uptan. Devina stops Pushpa. She says you thought I m sleeping and you wil apply uptan to him, I will also apply it. Pushpa says fine, but I will apply first. They argue and pull Birju. Tau ji stops them. Birju gets troubled.
Tai ji says enough now, you both fight so much. Tai ji gives them a solution and asks them to apply uptan to him. Pushpa and Devina apply him uptan. Chandu screams seeing Birju and calls him a monkey. They say its Birju only. Ira asks Akhilesh not to wear boring kurta today, wear any tshirt. He says no, tshirt won’t look good, mum is taking dad to temple. She asks him to go. He asks where is sindoor, did she forget. She says no, I wanted you to fill sindoor in my maang. Sindoor falls down. Ira worries for bad omen. He asks her not to worry. She says I feel like someone is trying to snatch you from me. He asks her not to say this. He fills her maang. He says no one would dare to separate us. Saint says Pushpa has to give me anything I ask for.
Ira getting a message about Akhilesh’s reversal. She gets shocked reading the message that his reversal surgery can’t happen. She cries. She asks Birju to stop the drama. She scolds him for doing such a drama. She says the doctors messaged that Akhilesh’s reversal chances are nil, how will I tell this to family, Akhilesh and Pushpa will be heartbroken, this happened because of your condition that you will give your entire property to your first grand child. She says you are proving Akhilesh right, you are a coward. Pushpa comes here and asks what happened, why are you angry, Birju is ill, he can’t speak. Ira goes away. Birju feels bad for Akhilesh. He worries.
Birju is on the way with family. Akhilesh talks to Chandu about noise free Diwali. The car breaks
down. Some people take some kid to a saint. The couple asks for his child back. Trinetri baba says you wanted to become rich, I made you rich, I told you that you have to give me your son. The lady apologizes. The baba asks the boy to forget his parents. He says my work isn’t over, I will find Pushpa’s son now, I have made this taweez for him. Chandu says what’s happening here, there is no rickshaw here. Akhilesh asks them to sit in the car. Pushpa says I have to go temple some way. Akhilesh says I will take you. He brings a wooden baskets stand to take his parents to temple. Pushpa gets surprised. He says I will take you. Pushpa says I m lucky to get a son like you, bless you. She cries. Akhilesh lifts the wooden stand. Birju feels guilty. Chandu looks on. People comment that he is this times’ Shravan Kumar.
Everyone praises Akhilesh and claps. Ira comes there. Pushpa blesses Akhilesh. She regrets for his wound. He says there can’t be any happiness than serving his mum, its my good luck to get this chance. Pushpa asks him not to become so good that he catches her bad sight. Saint comes and gives taweez to Akhilesh. Akhilesh says I don’t need it. Baba says its a blessing, don’t refuse. Chandu comes and says car is ready. Akhilesh sees baba gone. Its night, Ira prays for the family. Akhilesh gets ready for his birthday celebration. Everyone smiles seeing him. Bhoomi compliments Akhilesh. Chandu argues with her. Ira says I have another gift for Akhilesh. She gets the gift. She says you always protected us, so I gave you something that increases your strength. Pushpa blesses them to have a child soon. Ira thinks how will I fulfill her wish.
Devina getting cake for Akhilesh. He cuts the cake and feed everyone. They all sing the birthday song. Bhoomi plays the music. Everyone dances. Birju also dances and controls. Taya ji and Tai ji bless Akhilesh and ask family to visit Banaras some time. They leave. Pushpa cries. She sees Akhilesh wearing some taweez. She asks where did you get this. He says a saint gave this to me. Pushpa says just Trinetri baba gives such taweez, he is in Banaras. Ira asks how can he come here. Pushpa says I m sure of this, take me to temple, he did a big favor on me, I want to thank him again. Trinetri baba comes home. They get shocked.
Pushpa says I can’t believe that you have come here. Baba says I don’t forget anyone, you have to fulfill your promise, its time. Pushpa
says I remember it well, tell me what can I give you, money, jewellery or land, I have everything now. He says no, I don’t want any money, I want the one who is close to your heart. She asks him what. He says Akhilesh, give Akhilesh to me. They all get shocked.
Pushpa cries and asks what are you asking, I respect you a lot, but Akhilesh is my soul. Baba says if you don’t fulfill promise, your life is of no use, I will not forgive you. Ira scolds baba. She says my husband isn’t a toy. Pushpa scolds Ira. Baba says explain her, she doesn’t know my powers. Ira says hello drama company, I m not scared, dare to touch Akhilesh, I will not leave you. Chandu calls him fake baba. Pushpa stops Chandu. Chandu says how can he take your son. He scolds baba and hits him. He pushes him. Baba doesn’t move. He blows on Chandu. Chandu falls down. Chandu says he is superbaba, he beats a lot. Baba says it won’t be good to refuse to me, who will save you from my anger.
Akhilesh says sorry, tell me what’s the promise. Baba says ask your mum, you will get all your answers. Akhilesh asks Pushpa to tell the matter. Pushpa says its a secret, Akhilesh was 10 years old, he was much ill. FB shows Pushpa worrying for ill Akhilesh. He vomits blood. Sushila and Pushpa worry. Pushpa says I will get a doctor, no storm can stop me. She runs. The villagers stop her. She says my son is ill, I will call doctor. They warn about the river tides. Baba comes to Pushpa. He says I will save your son, but you have to give me whatever I ask for. She agrees. She asks him to save her son. He goes with her. He treats Akhilesh.
Akhilesh gets fine. Pushpa hugs him. She gives money to baba. He says I don’t value money, I will ask you what I want, you have to give me whatever I ask for when time comes. She agrees and thanks him. He blesses her. FB ends. Pushpa says I agree you gave him another life, I m indebted to you, but I didn’t imagine that you will ask me for my son, I can’t live without him, you can take my life. Akhilesh says I won’t go anywhere.
