Hemant tries to go after them, but Devraj stops him. Devraj tells Hemant that Manini is the reason behind Yuvan’s condition because she forced the doctor to give Yuvan the wrong medicine. Hearing this, Hemant stands shocked. Outside, Banni tries to attack Manini again, but Manini catches the belt and stops her. In a shocking moment, Manini openly admits that she forced Yuvan to write the suicide note and pushed him from Kaali Cliff. She coldly declares that Yuvan is no more and says no one can prove her crime because there is no evidence. Hearing this confession, Banni breaks down in shock.
Without wasting a second, Banni runs toward the cliff, desperately hoping to find Yuvan. She calls out his name again and again while crying. Suddenly, she hears Yuvan calling her name. Looking around, she sees him hanging from a tree branch, struggling to hold on. Yuvan says he cannot hold the branch for long. Banni quickly tells him to keep holding on for a little more time. Using a rope, she manages to pull him up and save his life.
After rescuing him, Banni slaps Yuvan and angrily asks why he tried to leave her like that. Yuvan explains that he wanted to leave because he thought Agastya could give Banni the happiness he could not. Hearing this, Banni becomes emotional and asks how he could even think such a thing. She reminds him that they love each other and that they are meant to be together. Banni places his hand on her chest and asks him to listen to her heartbeat, saying that his heart beats with hers. She asks why he could not feel her love. Realizing his mistake, Yuvan apologizes and promises that he will never leave her again. He tells Banni that he loves her. Banni hugs him tightly and replies that she loves him even more.
Later at home, Hemant confronts Manini and demands to know why she tried to kill Yuvan. He says that for years everyone warned him about her, but he never believed them. Instead, he trusted her and even gave her a share of his property. Now she has tried to kill his own son. Hemant says he cannot tolerate her presence anymore and calls the police to take her away. As the police prepare to take her, Manini turns to Devraj and warns him that her revenge is not over yet. Devraj asks what revenge she is talking about. Manini explains that Devraj once threw her father Vikram out of the company, and that action destroyed her family. Devraj responds that Vikram was removed because he made a serious mistake.
Manini refuses to believe it and calls it a lie. She says their fight will continue because she will return one day. Before leaving, she also says that she did not give Yuvan the wrong medicine. According to her, someone else in the house is secretly against them and wants to destroy their lives. She hopes that person succeeds in making their lives miserable until she returns. After saying this, the police take Manini away. Devraj dismisses her warning and says she was lying even at the end. He tells everyone to forget about it and asks them to focus on preparing for the Karvachauth puja.
Later that evening, after the rituals, Yuvan lovingly breaks Banni’s fast by feeding her kheer. He then asks her to come and eat properly. Banni tells him that she has something important to share with him. Curious, Yuvan asks what it is. Banni happily reveals that he can become normal again. Yuvan becomes extremely happy hearing this news. However, Banni chooses not to tell him about the doctor’s warning related to his treatment.
