Viraj tells Manini that Yuvan has decided to let Banni go. Manini says not to be silly—Banni won’t leave easily. She adds that only one condition can break their jodi: Yuvan himself has to leave her. Yuvan holds back his tears.
On the way, Agastya apologizes to Yuvan for his behavior the previous night. Yuvan asks how Banni Fulham is. Agastya says she’s fine and happy because she’s returning home. Yuvan thinks to himself that Banni’s happiness belongs with Agastya, not him.
Banni asks the doctor if Yuvan can be treated. The doctor says he has reviewed Yuvan’s medical history and will only know after testing his brain. Banni confirms that Agastya brought Yuvan there.
Agastya takes Yuvan to the doctor’s cabin. Yuvan asks Banni how she is and tells her he’s fine. Back at home, Viraj eats his tiffin while Manini asks where Yuvan is. Viraj says he doesn’t know. Manini scolds him, warning him to find Yuvan. Charmi stops Viraj from getting up. Manini reminds him that Banni is their guest and he’ll fall flat soon. Charmi fires back, saying Banni is the real owner and hopes Viraj doesn’t become just a guest. Manini gets angry, calls Viraj a duffer, and leaves. Charmi tells Viraj to finish his breakfast.
At the hospital, Yuvan asks the nurse why they are running tests on him when Banni is the patient. Agastya covers it up, saying it’s for the Rockstar program. Banni holds Yuvan’s hand. Yuvan thinks about how to tell Banni that she can leave him and be with Agastya. The nurse asks Banni and Agastya to wait outside. Banni asks Yuvan not to be scared. They leave while the staff completes Yuvan’s tests.
Agastya makes Banni sit down. Banni says the doctor gave her hope that Yuvan can recover. Agastya adds that Yuvan’s recovery could change her life too. Banni says she knows, but one thing won’t change: Yuvan’s love for her. Agastya feels guilty.
Something falls in Banni’s eyes, and Agastya blows air to clear it. Yuvan sees them and assumes they are kissing, so he turns away. The doctor tells Banni and Agastya that Yuvan can be treated, but some part of his brain is inactive and needs surgery. Banni thanks him. The doctor warns that Yuvan might lose some memories, including memories of Banni, so the family must decide if they’re willing to take the risk. Banni gets teary-eyed.
Meanwhile, Yuvan sits on a bench, crying and praying to God to send Banni quickly to Agastya so she can be happy—and to show him a way to unite them. Banni thinks that this means there’s a chance Yuvan could forget her.

Banni will tell Devraj that “The doctor has told her clearly that after this surgery Yuvan will be fine,” making him happy. Later, she wonders what if Yuvan forgets her—what will happen to her then? Yuvan wipes his tears, thinking he’ll lose Banni. Banni reflects that she couldn’t tell Agastya, or Yuvan would have stopped him, but Charmi is with her.
