Anupama and Anuj get delighted to spend quality time with little Anu. Elsewhere, when Adhik confronts Vanraj, the latter decides to meet Pakhi at Anupama’s house. Vanraj lashes out at Pakhi for trying to stay with Adhik and gives her an ultimatum. He then ridicules Anupama, which infuriates Anuj.

Anuj talks to Adhik and Barkha and warns them against taking any decisions about Anupama’s children without consulting her. Later, an emotional Vanraj talks to Pakhi. Anuj safeguards Anupama from his family members and asks her to stay on guard around Barkha and Adhik. Elsewhere, Rakhi arrives as an unwanted guest at the Shahs.

Pakhi talks rudely to Anupama and calls her a homewrecker. While Kavya tries to defend Anupama, the latter is shocked to see Pakhi’s audacity. Anupama breaks down emotionally when Leela asks her to stay away from their house and the family. Later, Anuj confronts Vanraj, and a conflict ensues between them.

Anuj loses his temper when the Shahs keep belittling Anupama’s decisions. Chaos engulfs the Shah household when Vanraj and Anuj get into a serious fight. After Anupama deals with the humiliation she faced due to Pakhi, she decides never to visit the Shahs again. Anuj addresses his issue to Hasmukh.

Hasmukh voices his misery to his family after they demoralise Anupama. On the other hand, a teary-eyed Anupama is unable to cope with the rising pressure. Pakhi has an emotional breakdown after humiliating Anupama. She feels guilty when Kinjal and Kavya scold her and Paritosh for their awful behaviour towards their mother.

On the joyous occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Samar pays the Kapadias a surprise visit and shakes a leg. Elsewhere, the Shahs turn gloomy during the festivities. Anupama humiliates Pakhi as she arrives at the former’s house. While Vanraj feels neglected by his children, the Kapadias and the Shahs celebrate together.

Hasmukh insults Vanraj for being angry at the Shahs for celebrating Rakhi with Anuj and Anupama. Vanraj blames Anuj for it and decides to do something outrageous. Anuj leaves with Vanraj, and Anupama receives a phone call which leaves her in a state of shock. Anuj’s car gets into an accident, and the two fall off a cliff.

The Shahs wonder why Vanraj and Anuj were together and question Kavya about it. However, she is interrupted by shocking news about the surgery. The Shahs and Kapadias are in distress as they wait for Vanraj and Anuj to respond to their treatments. Vanraj’s condition improves, but Anuj shows no signs of progress.

Vanraj’s condition worsens as he recalls his altercation with Anuj. Meanwhile, Anupama learns that Anuj needs brain surgery and takes the tough decision. Despite falling sick, Anupama refuses to go home while Anuj is still in surgery. Later, Vanraj confesses to Anupama and Samar overhears their conversation.

While Anuj and Vanraj’s health worsens, Anupama prays for their speedy recovery. Meanwhile, the Kapadias make a plan behind Anuj’s back. Barkha accuses Vanraj of attempting to murder Anuj while arguing with the Shahs in the cafeteria. Anupama becomes enraged when Barkha questions her character.

Anuj suffers a seizure and goes into a coma, while Vanraj recovers enough to walk on his own. Later, Anupama accuses Vanraj of destroying her life once again. The Shahs notice Vanraj’s changed behaviour towards Anuj. Elsewhere, Anupama brings Anuj home after getting him discharged from the hospital

Anupama plans to celebrate Anuj’s birthday in a grand fashion. While Barkha and Ankush accuse Anupama of taking Anuj’s advantage, the latter gives them a warning. Anupama celebrates Anuj’s birthday, wishing for his speedy recovery. Later, installing a CCTV in Anuj’s room, Barkha and Ankush plan to disrupt Anupama’s life.

The Kapadias and Shahs celebrate Janmashthami. Anupama feels relieved after Anuj opens his eyes, and the doctor assures her that it is a positive sign. At the Kapadia mansion, the Krishna Janmashtami celebrations take place on a grand note. While Vanraj, Pakhi and Rakhi pay them a surprise visit, Barkha creates trouble.

Anupama destroys the legal papers given to her by Barkha and Ankush. Anuj regains consciousness and narrates the details of his accident. Anuj refuses to talk to Barkha and Ankush. While he thanks Vanraj, Anuj feels let down by his so-called family’s actions. Later, the doctor applauds his recovery.

Anuj’s health deteriorates when he loses his temper at Barkha and Ankush. To manipulate Anupama, Ankush fakes a panic attack, but Anuj gives him an ultimatum. Barkha and Ankush apologise to Anupama, but Anuj gives them an ultimatum. Later, Anuj sends them to the Shahs to seek their forgiveness.

Anupama gets worried when Anuj promises Choti Anu to invite the Shahs to the Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. Elsewhere, Barkha and Ankush plan to win Anuj’s trust. Kinjal goes into labour as the Shahs and Kapadias celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi. While Anuj becomes frustrated for being unable to help Anupama, Anupama has good news.

The Shahs rejoice as they receive news that Kinjal has given birth to a healthy daughter. Later, Anuj shrugs off the apology presented by Ankush and Barkha. Rakhi is delighted to meet her grandchild but questions Paritosh’s absence. Later, Anupama suspects that she is hiding something and tries to find the truth.

Paritosh arrives at the hospital and feels happy to hold his child for the first time. While Rakhi behaves coldly towards him, Anupama tries to question her. A furious Rakhi questions Paritosh about his whereabouts when Kinjal needed him the most. Elsewhere, Anuj snaps at Barkha for pretending to take care of Choti Anu.

A drunken Paritosh threatens to kill himself and scares everyone around him. Paritosh forcefully barges in to meet Pari, despite Kinjal’s warnings, and almost drops her. While an intoxicated Paritosh wreaks chaos at the Kapadia mansion, Vanraj is called to control him. Furthermore, he drags Paritosh back to the Shah house.

Vanraj and Leela implore Kinjal to return home for the sake of the family. Anupama disagrees with their request and urges Kinjal to take her own decision. Kinjal agrees to return with Vanraj and Leela after they beg her to save the family. As Anupama worries about Kinjal, Vanraj objects to her meddling in the latter’s affairs.

Rakhi Dave tells the Shahs that she will not let Kinjal stay with them and asks her to return home with her. However, Kinjal refuses to separate the Shahs from Pari. When Paritosh tries to pacify Kinjal, she gets frustrated and lashes out at the Shahs. Kinjal then states that she wants a divorce as she cannot live with a cheater.

Kinjal is shocked when Rakhi reveals how Pramod cheated on her; Kinjal breaks down in tears to learn the reason behind Rakhi’s decision to hide the truth. Anupama and Anuj desperately plead with the officers as they ready to take Anu away. Later, Anupama confronts Paritosh about providing false information to the officers.
