Kali takes the phone from Aarti. She tells Aarti that Ved gifted her a Kundan necklace and confessed his love. Aarti asks why Kali is telling her all of this. Kali says she is just speaking casually and warns Aarti not to put her sights on her “second-hand husband.” Aarti questions her tone, but Kali says she loves Ved deeply and cannot live without him. She adds that Ved belongs to her, not only in this life but in the next seven lives as well. Kali cuts the call.
Ved asks Kali why she is doing this. Kali says it’s because she doesn’t want him to have any kind of relationship with Aarti. She tells him that any relationship—love or hate—must be only with her as his wife. Ved leaves.
Raghav calls Kali and asks if she received the gift he sent as blessings. Kali confirms she did and says Ved also put it around her neck. Raghav reminds her she has a small task to do for him. Kali assures Raghav that Aarti’s shadow will never fall on the Rajput, Thakur, or Rajyavanshi families. She promises him and says Aarti’s weakness is Ved. Until Ved stands as Sikandi between Aarti and them, Aarti will not be able to do anything. Kali then cuts the call.
Aarti looks at the photo Kali sent of Ved placing the necklace on her. Padma asks why Aarti is still listening to Kali’s taunts. She reminds Aarti that she arranged Kali’s marriage with Ved even though she loves him the most, just because Kali was wronged. Padma warns that Kali will ruin her life and then leaves.
Aarti rests her head on Anjali’s lap and asks what she should do. She says she is torn between her responsibilities and her love for Ved. Ganesh comes and tells Aarti that Lord Ganesh will solve all problems. He reminds her that tomorrow is Ganesh Chaturthi and asks her to prepare. Aarti agrees.
The next day, Ved prays to Lord Ganesh, asking to be united with Aarti. He says he only loves her and can never accept Kali as his wife.
Padma calls Ved with important news. She tells him that his marriage with Kali is fake because during the wedding the Pandit asked for Sindhur, but only red color was used instead. Ved is shocked to hear this.
