Sayali becomes curious when she hears the name Krrish and tries to find out more about him. However, Roshni immediately loses her temper and lashes out at Sayali for interfering in matters that do not concern her. Hurt by Roshni’s reaction, Sayali quietly apologises and leaves the kitchen without arguing. However, her curiosity about Krrish remains.

The next morning, Mr Pandey suddenly wakes up the entire Deshmukh family and asks everyone to get ready quickly for an important activity. The family members are surprised by his instructions. Shortly afterwards, Shakuntala arrives at the Deshmukh house even before the scheduled time, impressing Mr Subedar with her punctuality.
Mr Subedar then hands out brooms and brushes to the family members and instructs them to clean the entire surrounding area. Everyone is shocked because they never expected cleaning to be part of their patriotic mission. Roshni, Renuka and Tejas are particularly irritated by the unexpected task and struggle to accept that they have to perform ordinary cleaning duties as part of the celebration.
Unlike them, Sayali happily takes responsibility and forms a team with the children, encouraging them to participate enthusiastically. Paresh is appointed as the cleanliness inspector and is asked to monitor everyone’s performance. Mr Subedar makes the family members stand in a line and distributes the brooms before officially starting the cleanliness drive.
Everyone gets busy with the activity, but Tejas struggles to perform even the simplest tasks and barely manages to contribute. Meanwhile, Shakuntala records the entire activity on camera. After observing everyone’s efforts, Paresh awards points based on their performance, turning the cleanliness drive into a friendly competition among the family members.
During the activity, Sachin and Sayali notice some neighbours arguing with each other. Sachin comes up with an idea to resolve the situation by presenting a small play. However, most of the family members are reluctant to take on extra responsibilities. They initially feel that participating in the flag-hoisting ceremony should be enough.
The family soon receives another interesting challenge. Each member is asked to portray a different freedom fighter or a character connected to India’s struggle for independence. Riya, Akash and Tejas choose to play British characters, while Sachin takes on the role of Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi. Everyone begins rehearsing for their respective performances.
They are instructed to arrive in proper costumes and complete their makeup on time. After several rehearsals, the Deshmukh family finally presents their performance at the local flag-hoisting ceremony. Through their play, Sachin and the other family members narrate India’s struggle for independence, showing how the country came under British rule and eventually gained its freedom.
