Rano rebukes Karishma and Aanchal, declaring that she will always stand by Lakshmi and Shalu. Aanchal asks her to lower her voice, but Rano refuses and reminds her that she has always provoked her into arguments. She calls Aanchal heartless and inhumane and expresses sympathy for Lakshmi, who has suffered greatly because of the Oberois. Rano continues to vent her anger, but Ayush feels she is insulting his family and turns against Shalu.

Rano insists that she will always speak up whenever her daughters face injustice. Ayush asks her not to shout, but Rano explains that she came to ask him why he changed his decision. She never expected him to let go of Shalu’s hand and end their relationship.
Shalu tells Rano that there is no need to lecture Ayush, who is not even ashamed of doubting Lakshmi. Rano reminds her that Karishma and Aanchal have always been against them and says Ayush has also changed for the worse. Karishma asks Ayush why he stopped Shalu, and he explains that he only did so because they cannot go outside while it is raining. He adds that he does not want Shalu to call him for help again. Shalu scolds him, but Ayush says he does not care and walks away despite her asking him to stop.
Meanwhile, Rishi asks Lakshmi how she managed to return home after the police arrested her. Lakshmi recalls how a woman hit her on the head but admits that she cannot remember how she got home. Rishi notices her injuries and asks her to come with him.
Shalu runs after Ayush and demands to know how he can tell her that he does not care. Crying, she tells him that he is hurting her deeply and tries to remind him of the beautiful moments they shared. However, Ayush insists that he no longer cares about their relationship. When Shalu asks why he has changed, Ayush questions whether she ever cared about his feelings. He claims that if she had used her common sense, she would have understood his situation and recognised the truth. Shalu struggles to believe how much he has changed and asks what happened to the Ayush she once knew.
Ayush tells her that he is no longer an emotional fool and is treating her according to what he believes is the truth. He accuses her of caring only about her sister, Lakshmi, and asks her to stop defending herself. He blames Shalu for ruining his entire life, claiming that although she loved him, she never accepted her feelings. He also blames Lakshmi for killing Virender and Neelam. Ayush complains that Shalu never called to ask how he was doing and says that ever since she returned, his life has been ruined.
Shalu tells him that she cannot tolerate his hurtful words, but Ayush insists that she listen to him. He questions why she has no identity of her own and accuses her of never valuing him or his feelings because she only cares about Lakshmi. He even claims that he was happier with Anushka. Shalu tells him to go and live with Anushka, but Ayush declares that he will never return to her. When Shalu asks whether he is not afraid of losing her, he answers that he is not. She begs him to stop hurting her, but he blames her for hurting him instead. Shalu refuses to speak to him if he continues blaming Lakshmi, so Ayush tells her to leave his life forever. Heartbroken, Shalu remembers their beautiful moments together and breaks down in tears.
Meanwhile, Rano waits for Shalu. Aanchal asks her to admit the truth while Shalu is away and questions how she suddenly developed so much love for Lakshmi and Shalu. Karishma reminds Aanchal that Rano once hated the girls and wanted Rishi to marry her daughter, Neha. She adds that Rano opposed Rishi’s marriage to Lakshmi and even tried to break them apart. Rano had also attempted to get Lakshmi married to a driver, yet she now treats Lakshmi like her own daughter.
Rano explains that time is powerful enough to change even the worst people if they have a heart. She says Lakshmi and Shalu are good people who changed her, unlike the Oberois, whom she considers heartless. Rano admits that she treated Lakshmi and Shalu badly in the past, but they continued to give her love and respect. She now values both girls and feels fortunate that she finally understood their goodness. Rano vows to protect them no matter what.
Elsewhere, Ayush thinks about Shalu and cries. Rano then asks Shalu how they will get home in the heavy rain.
Meanwhile, Rishi takes care of Lakshmi and remembers their past moments together. When Lakshmi tries to speak, he stops her, refusing to listen. Elsewhere, Aanchal misses Neelam and looks at her photographs. Mukesh introduces his wife, Bhavna, and her friend, Mamta, to Aanchal. Aanchal says she remembers Bhavna, and Mukesh reveals that Bhavna is pregnant. Aanchal warmly offers to let Bhavna stay at the Oberoi mansion, assuring her that she will receive proper care. Mukesh explains that Mamta will stay with Bhavna, and Aanchal advises Bhavna to remain active.
Lakshmi asks Rishi to let her speak because she has something important to tell him, but he refuses to listen. Instead, he lectures her about her dishonesty and accuses her of taking Neelam away from him. Rishi says he is glad that he has finally seen her true nature and that all his illusions about her have been shattered. Lakshmi is confused by his words and asks what he means. Rishi directly accuses her of killing Neelam, but Lakshmi pleads with him to listen to her side of the story.
Meanwhile, Bhavna wins Aanchal over with her sweet behaviour. Aanchal laughs and finds her adorable, prompting Mukesh to remark that he has not seen Aanchal laugh like that in a long time. Aanchal admits that she had forgotten how to laugh and says she likes Bhavna. Mukesh asks Bhavna to take care of Aanchal, while Aanchal assures him that she does not pretend to feel emotions she does not have. She speaks honestly and wants Bhavna to stay with them. Mukesh becomes emotional and apologises to Aanchal, who treats him like a member of her own family. He is deeply touched by her kindness and cries with joy.
Later, Bhavna talks to Mamta, who reveals that the family members are worried about their problems. Mamta admits that she dislikes Lakshmi but likes Malishka because she gave her money for shopping. Mukesh warns Mamta against judging people too quickly and praises Lakshmi for keeping the family united. Bhavna adds that Rishi once saved Lakshmi from a fire, leaving her partially burnt, but Lakshmi did not tell anyone and continued taking care of the family.
Mukesh describes Malishka as short-tempered and selfish and advises Mamta to stay away from her. Bhavna believes Mamta will understand the situation herself with time. When Bhavna tells Mukesh that the water tap is not working, he goes to check it. Bhavna becomes concerned about the household work, while Mamta hides her wicked intentions and secretly explores the house.
Meanwhile, Rishi continues accusing Lakshmi of lying. Lakshmi weeps as he refuses to believe her. He tells her not to claim that she risked her life for him because he also risked his life for her. Rishi insists that he made even greater sacrifices because his Kundali is not as strong as hers. He reminds Lakshmi that he has always saved her from dangerous situations and claims that everyone only talks about her sacrifices while ignoring his own.
Rishi says his greatest sacrifice was marrying Lakshmi and remaining loyal to her. He admits that he made a huge mistake by agreeing to marry Malishka, explaining that he only wanted to put an end to Lakshmi’s insecurities.
Meanwhile, Mamta sees Malishka meeting Anushka and wonders who Anushka is. She suspects that Malishka is doing something wrong by meeting someone who is not allowed inside the house. Mukesh notices Mamta, and they exchange smiles. Aanchal sees them together and becomes puzzled by their interaction.
Suddenly, Bhavna experiences stomach pain, and Mukesh rushes to ask what is wrong. He offers to take her to a doctor, but she refuses. Mukesh goes to call Aanchal, while Bhavna asks Mamta not to tell anyone about her condition. Mamta advises her to rest and promises to handle all the household work.
Aanchal remembers the wicked smile she noticed on Mamta’s face. When Mukesh approaches her and asks her to look after Bhavna, Aanchal says she wants to discuss something about Mamta. She admits that she does not trust Mamta’s intentions and warns Mukesh to be careful. Aanchal explains that Rishi and Lakshmi once shared a loving relationship, but things have changed because Rishi now hates Lakshmi over her alleged actions. Mukesh asks what she is trying to say, and Aanchal urges him to understand her concern.
Mukesh asks what she wants him to do, and Aanchal advises him to look after Bhavna and avoid falling into Mamta’s trap.
