Twist Of Fate On ZeeWorld Wednesday 23rd September 2026 Update, Gayatri asks Prarthna if she loves Shivansh. Prarthna says it does not matter because Sonalika and Shivansh love each other, and she feels she has come between them. She admits that she loves Shivansh deeply, but believes she has to sacrifice her love for his happiness and Sonalika’s unity with him. She explains that she lied to Shivansh and told him she came back for money, and she plans to leave soon. According to her, Sonalika loves him, which is why she is staying in the Randhawa house.

Gayatri asks if Prarthna truly loves Shivansh and wants him in her life. Prarthna admits that she wants him but cannot have him. Gayatri reminds her that Shivansh also wants Prarthna in his life. Prarthna says Shivansh never expected her to return and ask for alimony. He believed she was simple and naïve, so he felt hurt when she broke his trust.
Prarthna says Shivansh does not love her and she does not want to give herself false hope because a person gets hurt when their hopes are broken. She says she wants to ask Shivansh the same question, but now she feels his answers have no meaning because everything seems like a lie. Gayatri tells her that their feelings are real and what appears on the surface is not always the truth. She remains certain that Shivansh loves Prarthna.
Meanwhile, Shivansh sees Sonalika cooking in the kitchen and asks what she is doing. Sonalika says she likes preparing food for him. Shivansh tells her he will eat outside, but she asks him not to fall sick by eating hotel food. He says he does not want to give her unnecessary stress, but Sonalika insists that she likes doing things for him. When he asks why she cares so much, she says he matters a lot to her because she loves him.
Shivansh apologizes and says he wants to confess something. He reveals that he has feelings for someone else and Sonalika asks who it is. Just then, she sees Prarthna nearby and suddenly gets her hand burned by the hot oil. Shivansh asks her to switch off the stove. Sonalika explains that she only came to cook for him, so he holds her injured hand and takes her with him. Prarthna watches them sadly.
Shivansh takes care of Sonalika and asks why she felt the need to cook when she was not well. He checks her hand and asks where the burn is. Sonalika says she feels pain and a burning sensation. Shivansh applies ointment to her hand, making her smile. She tells him that he is a very nice person who cares about everyone. Shivansh again tries to confess something, but Sonalika says she wants to rest and asks him to stay with her. He agrees.
When Shivansh asks why she is smiling, Sonalika says she is remembering their old days, their first meeting and their friendship. She then confesses her love to him. Shivansh tries to excuse himself, but Sonalika hugs him. He breaks the hug and warns her not to come so close because they are not married. Sonalika says they will soon get married, but Shivansh reminds her that Prarthna is his wife.
Sonalika says there is nothing wrong with a hug, but Shivansh explains that feelings are involved, so it becomes wrong if she has romantic feelings for him. He finally confesses that he does not have feelings for Sonalika. His feelings are for Prarthna. Sonalika cries, and Shivansh asks her to accept the truth.
Sonalika reminds him of his own words that he hated Prarthna and knew she had returned only for money. Shivansh admits that he called Prarthna greedy, but says his heart loves her. He believes she has returned for another reason and feels that she still has feelings for him. He apologizes for breaking Sonalika’s heart.
Shivansh says he does not want to lie to anyone or hurt everyone. He only wants Prarthna, and even if she rejects his love, he will continue loving her. Sonalika warns him, but Shivansh says he does not care about the outcome. He wants to confess his feelings to Prarthna and leaves to find her. Sonalika becomes furious and throws things around the room.

Gayatri feels bad while listening to Prarthna. Prarthna says she once thought she could win everyone’s heart and save their marriage, but she was wrong. Whenever something went wrong, everyone blamed her. She was called unlucky, and Bua Maa even wanted to throw her out of the house.
Prarthna adds that she fell into serious trouble because of Bua Maa. Shivansh saved her life, but later made her feel as if she owed him for it. Shivansh says he did nothing wrong, but Prarthna argues that he only did his duty by protecting her. Shivansh reminds her that he told the same thing to the goons.
Prarthna tells him that he never took a stand for her in front of his family. She asks why he did not protect their marriage or support her when she needed him. Shivansh asks her not to blame him, but Prarthna says she never received her rights in his house.
She makes it clear that she has returned to claim her rights. She refuses to let Shivansh marry Sonalika while their marriage is still legally intact. She says the wedding rituals cannot begin until they are divorced because she does not want Sonalika’s Kundali to bring danger into Shivansh’s life.
