With a trembling voice and pain in her eyes, Prarthna admits that she had planned to ask Shivansh questions to understand whether he wanted her in his life or not. However, she says those questions no longer seem to matter. She shares her emotional pain with Gayatri, while Shivansh continues struggling with the decision between the people he cares about and his own happiness. His only desire now is Prarthna.
Sonalika tells Bua Maa that she had planned to kill Prarthna, but Shivansh prayed to Bappa and saved her life. She fears that if Shivansh becomes serious about Prarthna, Prarthna will become a threat to her. Bua Maa says she could not believe it earlier, but now she knows the truth: Shivansh has feelings for Prarthna, and it is love.
Bua Maa asks Sonalika to calm down. She says they cannot simply end Shivansh’s feelings for Prarthna. If Sonalika wants to stop their relationship, she has to make Shivansh develop feelings for her again and win his heart. Sonalika asks how she should do that, and Bua Maa suggests that she prepare food for him and show him that she cares.

Sonalika suggests ordering food from a hotel, but Bua Maa refuses, saying Shivansh will know if they order hotel food. She insists that Sonalika must make an effort and win him back. Sonalika thanks her and hugs her.
Prarthna comes to Shivansh, and he asks her to take rest because she is still unwell. She tells him that he cannot tell her what to do, as she wants to have Bappa Darshan and take Bappa’s blessings. Shivansh checks the stool and says there is no current. He then tells Prarthna not to look at him that way because she will fall in love with him. She smiles, and they pray to Bappa together.
Bua Maa comes there and asks about Prarthna’s condition. Shivansh says she is fine now. Bua Maa says Bappa has saved Prarthna’s life and asks her to go and rest. Gayatri arrives, and Bua Maa asks her to take care of Prarthna.
Bua Maa then scolds Shivansh for acting carelessly and asks if he cannot look after Prarthna. She affectionately scolds Prarthna as well, leaving her surprised. Gayatri takes Prarthna to her room.
Bua Maa asks Shivansh if he has eaten, but he refuses to have anything. She tells him that Sonalika is preparing food for him because the chef has gone home. Shivansh says Gayatri can make the food for them. Bua Maa replies that Sonalika will gradually learn to cook.
Shivansh asks Bua Maa to stop Sonalika from taking stress. She tells him that Sonalika loves him and is putting in effort for him. He asks her not to say that, but Bua Maa tells him to stop acting strangely because he knows Sonalika loves him a lot. Shivansh wants to talk about Prarthna, but Bua Maa says they will talk later and leaves.
Shivansh then shares his feelings with Bappa. He asks Bappa to reveal the hidden truth and make his life easier. He says he wants to stay only with Prarthna and wants the strength to hold her hand forever by telling his decision to his family. He knows the truth may break Sonalika and Bua Maa’s hearts, but he wants to heal his own heart by choosing Prarthna. He tells Bappa that he just wants Prarthna.
Prarthna is happy that Bua Maa cares about her, but Gayatri tells her that Bua Maa does not really care for her; she only cares about Shivansh. Gayatri explains that Shivansh truly cares for Prarthna. He prayed for her life, begged Bappa and even fought with him. His hand was hurt, but he still continued praying and saved her life.
Gayatri says Bua Maa has understood that Shivansh loves Prarthna and therefore he will not marry Sonalika. She says Bua Maa only wants Sonalika’s happiness and showed fake concern towards Prarthna.
Prarthna says she has seen Bua Maa’s affection and does not think she is wrong. She admits Bua Maa did wrong in the past, but believes she genuinely cares for her like a mother now. Gayatri says Prarthna believes Bua Maa because she never received her mother’s love, as Seema never showed affection towards her.
Prarthna asks Gayatri to stay positive and see the good in people. Gayatri tells her that one day she will see Bua Maa’s true face. She knows Bua Maa wants to separate Shivansh and Prarthna.
Prarthna says Bua Maa once called her unlucky for Shivansh and said many hurtful things to her, but today she cared for her. Gayatri insists that Bua Maa is still trying to keep Prarthna away from Shivansh.
Prarthna admits that she likes Shivansh and feels that he also likes her, but she does not know if he loves her. She reminds Gayatri that Sonalika was Shivansh’s first love and wonders if he still loves her.
Gayatri asks her not to doubt Shivansh. She says she knows Shivansh loves Prarthna because she has seen how concerned he is about her. Prarthna argues that Shivansh cares about everyone, but she is hurt because he hurried to marry Sonalika and never tried to convince her to return. She feels that he wants Sonalika back in his life.
Gayatri disagrees with her, but Prarthna remains sure that she is right. Gayatri asks that if Prarthna is so sure, then why is she still with Shivansh? Prarthna explains that she came to end his Kundali dosh because she wants to protect him.
