The nurse approaches the receptionist and asks for Rishi’s contact number. Malishka quickly intervenes and says there is no need to inform Rishi because Lakshmi wants to surprise him and the family with the pregnancy news later. The nurse believes her and hands the reports to Malishka. At the same time, Rishi sits beside Lakshmi and begs her to wake up, telling her how much he misses her. The doctor watches his love and dedication towards Lakshmi and praises him for caring so deeply about her.
Balwinder becomes curious about the hard drive and connects it to a device. He is shocked when he discovers footage of Malishka trying to harm Lakshmi. Angry after learning the truth, he decides to expose Malishka and rushes towards the hospital. However, his car breaks down on the way. He spots Anushka and Neel, explains the situation to them and asks for their help in reaching the hospital. They agree, but Anushka secretly calls Malishka to warn her. Malishka initially dismisses the call, but Anushka keeps calling and finally tells her that Balwinder is coming to expose her. She urges Malishka to handle the situation before everything goes out of control.
At the hospital, Rishi continues sharing beautiful memories with Lakshmi and begs her to stay with him. His emotional words touch Lakshmi, and she slowly opens her eyes. Rishi becomes overjoyed and immediately asks her not to close her eyes again. Soon after, Balwinder arrives and confronts Malishka. He grabs her by the neck and demands to know why she tried to kill Lakshmi. Before he can reveal the truth, Anushka hits him on the head from behind, knocking him unconscious. Malishka then orders them to get rid of Balwinder.
While Rishi reassures Lakshmi that he will never leave her side, Neel ties the unconscious Balwinder to a wheelchair. Malishka orders Anushka to hide him at her house. Anushka agrees but makes it clear that Malishka must return the favor whenever she needs her help. The two women make a deal, strengthening their dangerous alliance.
Malishka later tells Kiran that Balwinder discovered she had tried to kill Lakshmi. She explains that Balwinder threatened to expose her, so they made him unconscious and sent him to Neel and Anushka’s house. Kiran questions how Malishka can trust them, but Malishka assures her that Neel and Anushka are on their side.
Meanwhile, the doctor asks Rishi to wait outside because she wants to speak to Lakshmi. Lakshmi becomes emotional, and Rishi leaves the room. The doctor advises Lakshmi not to worry because stress is not good for her baby. Lakshmi is shocked and asks whether the doctor has told Rishi about her pregnancy. The doctor says she has not because it is Lakshmi’s responsibility to share the good news with her family. Just then, a nurse informs the doctor about an emergency case, and she leaves.
Rishi tells Shalu and Ayush that Lakshmi has regained consciousness. Shalu becomes extremely happy and rushes to meet her. Meanwhile, Balwinder is still unconscious when Neel and Anushka try to take him away, but he falls down. Rano arrives and notices Anushka. Shalu meets Lakshmi and feels relieved to see her awake.
Rano confronts Anushka about her double standards. Later, Rishi and the others bring Lakshmi home. Kiran sees them and informs Malishka, leaving her frustrated. Rishi tells Lakshmi that his life has no meaning without her. Later, Lakshmi learns from Rano that Anushka was responsible for stopping Shalu’s engagement. Later, Ayush drops Shalu and Rano home. Before leaving, he kisses Shalu on the cheek, making her shy. Rishi and Lakshmi spend some quality time together. Unable to bear seeing them so close, Malishka tells Neelam that she is upset with the family and decides to leave the house.
Malishka pretends that she is really leaving. Most of the family members gather in her room and try to convince her to stay, but she does not tell them the real reason for leaving. When her mother insists that she explain herself, Malishka says she is disturbed because of her pregnancy. She pretends to be emotionally unstable and says she now wants to live her life with her unborn baby. She dreams of getting a chance to start her life again.
Meanwhile, Rishi prepares a sandwich for his wife in the kitchen. Ayush is also happy to see Lakshmi and Rishi together. Rishi decides to go to the police station to find out who harassed Lakshmi. Malishka cannot tolerate the intimacy between Rishi and Lakshmi. Even though she is Rishi’s legal wife, she feels that she is not getting any attention from him. Rishi is taking care of Lakshmi with all his love and affection, making Malishka feel ignored. She decides that she wants to leave the house with her self-respect.
Balwinder remains kidnapped at Anushka’s house, and Anushka keeps a close watch on him. She fears that if Balwinder discovers her involvement in the conspiracy, he could ruin their entire plan. Slowly, Balwinder regains consciousness. Anushka remains careful about his reactions and tries to prevent him from understanding what happened.
Rishi comes to Malishka to understand why she wants to leave. Malishka has been waiting for this moment, hoping Rishi will stop her, but Rishi does not force her to stay and leaves the decision to her. His response leaves her disappointed. Meanwhile, Rishi is taken inside the room as the family tries to convince him to understand Malishka’s situation. Neelam also scolds Rishi for being rude and unkind to Malishka. She reminds him that Malishka is his legal wife and not merely his girlfriend. She tells Rishi that he should not ignore Malishka’s importance in his life, especially because she is going to be the mother of his child.
Suddenly, someone knocks on Anushka’s door. Anushka immediately hides Balwinder’s face. When she opens the door, she finds Lakshmi outside. Lakshmi tries to enter, but Anushka refuses to let her inside. Lakshmi questions Anushka’s unexpected behavior towards her sister. Suddenly, Lakshmi hears a sound coming from inside the house, which catches her attention.
Lakshmi notices a man sitting on a chair with his face strangely covered. She thinks it is Neel. Anushka also supports her suspicion and says that Neel is intoxicated, which is why he is behaving strangely. Lakshmi tries to uncover the man’s face, but Anushka stops her. Lakshmi becomes suspicious of Anushka’s actions when Anushka drags her outside. Anushka then forcefully locks the door from inside so Lakshmi cannot enter again. Before Lakshmi leaves, Anushka warns her about her sister.
Malishka cannot understand what she should do next and discusses her situation with her mother-in-law. The latter convinces Malishka that Rishi will not take any bold step against her. She believes that Rishi will choose his family over his love. Meanwhile, Rishi shares his problems with Ayush and asks him for advice. Rishi makes it clear that he wants to keep Lakshmi in his life.
