Unfortunate Love On Zeeworld Tuesday 8th September 2026 Update, Neel enters the house disguised as a delivery boy and calls Shalu by her name. Shalu is surprised and asks how he knows her name and who he is. Neel tells her that he has a message for her: she should not marry Ayush or she will regret it. Shalu immediately calls Ayush, but Neel manages to escape. Shalu wonders who sent him to scare her and suspects that Anushka might be behind it.

Anushka waits for Neel, but when the doorbell rings, she is shocked to see Shalu instead. Anushka asks Shalu why she came. Shalu smirks and says she came to befriend her. Anushka asks if Shalu is scared of Neel and has come to her for answers. Shalu quickly realizes what happened and says, “So, Neel came to threaten me? Thanks for confirming that.” Anushka warns Shalu to stay away from her.
Shalu then sarcastically thanks Anushka for being so bad because her behavior helped Shalu get closer to Ayush and his family. She happily reveals that she is getting engaged to Ayush that day and even invites Anushka to the engagement. Furious, Anushka tears the invitation and asks how Shalu dares to do this. Shalu stands her ground and warns Anushka to stay out of her engagement.
Meanwhile, Anushka argues with Neel and asks him to help her separate Ayush and Shalu, reminding him that he promised to help her. Neel refuses and says he will not help her anymore. Anushka gets angry and comments on his behavior. Neel warns her to behave herself. Anushka agrees but tells him that she is not scared of him. She says she is not afraid of anyone and will separate Ayush and Shalu herself before leaving.
At the same time, Ayush and Rishi enter the meeting room and begin their meeting. Lakshmi later disguises herself as a doctor by wearing a coat, stethoscope, and face mask. She enters the hospital and starts looking for Malishka.
Malishka has called Balwinder to meet her at the hospital. The doctor arrives and asks Malishka why she did not come the previous day. Balwinder anxiously asks whether the baby is okay. The doctor looks confused and asks who he is. Balwinder stammers that he is the baby’s… The doctor then turns to Malishka and reminds her that she had said Rishi was the baby’s father.
Malishka quickly lies that Balwinder’s real name is Rishi. Just then, Kiran calls Malishka and says she is coming to the hospital to stay with her. Malishka quickly tells her that she is fine and asks her not to come. Kiran agrees but tells Malishka to stop worrying about Balwinder because she will handle him. Malishka becomes frustrated and thinks Balwinder is becoming a bigger problem than she expected.
Inside the doctor’s cabin, the doctor asks Balwinder if he is ready to see the baby’s movements. Balwinder agrees and becomes emotional while watching the sonogram video. Malishka watches him and becomes uncomfortable, thinking he is getting too attached to the baby. The doctor asks Balwinder to hold Malishka’s hand for support, and he eagerly does so while Malishka tries to hide her frustration.
Lakshmi secretly looks through the glass window and sees someone holding Malishka’s hand. She assumes it is Rishi and feels heartbroken. She immediately calls Rishi, but he cuts the call because he is still in his meeting. Lakshmi video calls him again. Rishi leaves the meeting and answers the call. Lakshmi confronts him and accuses him of lying, but Rishi shows her the meeting room and proves that he has been there the entire time.
Rishi later comes out of the meeting and teases Lakshmi, asking if she was feeling jealous. Lakshmi denies it and cuts the call. She becomes suspicious and wonders who was inside the cabin with Malishka if Rishi was in the meeting.
Lakshmi then runs into Balwinder at the hospital. He drops his medicine, and Lakshmi checks it. Balwinder takes the medicine and leaves. Lakshmi wonders why he is at the hospital.
Balwinder notices that Lakshmi is following him and tries to leave quickly. Lakshmi stops him and asks what he is doing. She points out that she saw him going in one direction, but as soon as he noticed her, he changed direction. Balwinder makes a comment about it. Lakshmi asks who the medicine is for, but Balwinder tries to make up an excuse.
Lakshmi refuses to believe him and says she knows the medicine is for a pregnant woman. Balwinder asks whether she is jealous and says that is why she is asking him so many questions. Lakshmi tells him she does not care about him at all. Balwinder asks why she is questioning him then. Lakshmi says she knows his character and also knows that he does not have a wife. Balwinder claims the medicine is for his friend’s wife and makes another comment before leaving.
Elsewhere, Neel drinks alcohol while Anushka continues trying to convince him to help her separate Ayush and Shalu. Neel refuses to go with her, even after she reminds him of his promise. Anushka finally says she will handle everything herself.
Later, Lakshmi notices a doctor’s coat and puts it on. Inside the hospital, the doctor asks Malishka why her husband has not returned yet. Malishka says he may have gone outside the hospital to get medicine because he could not find everything he needed there. However, the doctor says that is impossible because she gave Malishka the medicines that are available at the hospital. Malishka becomes worried and wonders where Balwinder has gone.
Lakshmi comes near the cabin and looks through the door, but she does not see the man Malishka brought with her. She wonders where the person Malishka introduced as her husband has gone. She thinks about Balwinder but then tells herself that it cannot be possible.
Balwinder calls Malishka and tells her that he ran into Lakshmi at the hospital. He explains what happened between them. Malishka comes out of the cabin and sees Lakshmi asking a nurse about the person she brought to the hospital.
