Unfortunate Love On ZeeWorld Monday 7th September 2026 Update, Malishka is infuriated because she has to make all the arrangements for Shalu’s wedding. She gets a call from Anushka, who asks her to open the window. Anushka enters Malishka’s room through the window. Malishka asks what she is trying to do and reminds her that she had told her Shalu was arrested. Anushka says Shalu was arrested, but Rishi came and saved her. Malishka comments on it and asks Anushka why she came there. Anushka tells her that she wants Ayush and asks if Malishka can help her get Ayush. Malishka suddenly hears someone approaching and quickly sends Anushka away.

The next day, Malishka is telling the decorators what they need to do. Lakshmi asks the decorators to come with her, but Malishka reminds her that she is handling all the engagement decorations as the daughter-in-law of the house. Lakshmi reminds Malishka that she is Shalu’s sister and also has responsibilities towards her. Neelam asks Malishka to let Lakshmi do some work and tells Lakshmi to go and get the lamps for the decoration. Lakshmi agrees and leaves. Neelam then tells Malishka to give Lakshmi small tasks like this to keep her busy. Malishka agrees.
Lakshmi stands on a table while Rishi stands beside her. Lakshmi asks Rishi what he is doing there. Rishi says he came to catch her if she falls. Lakshmi tells him she does not need his help. Rishi comments on it, and suddenly Lakshmi slips and falls from the table. Rishi catches her.
Shalu comes to the Oberoi mansion. Malishka tries to talk to her, but Shalu ignores her. Malishka comments on Shalu’s behavior. Shalu notices that Malishka is receiving a call from Anushka and asks why Anushka is calling her. Malishka says Anushka calls everyone in the house and comments on it. Shalu then sees Lakshmi and goes to her.
Malishka receives a call from the doctor, who asks her to come for a check-up that day and tells her to bring Rishi with her. The doctor warns that if Rishi does not come, she will have to call him herself. Malishka asks the doctor not to do that and promises that she will come. Lakshmi overhears the conversation and becomes suspicious. Shalu tries to talk to Lakshmi, but Lakshmi does not respond and follows Malishka.
Malishka calls Rishi’s secretary and asks if he has any meetings that day. The secretary says there is no meeting. Malishka tells her to arrange a meeting for Rishi that day no matter what. The secretary agrees. Lakshmi witnesses the conversation and becomes even more suspicious.
Ayush comes to Shalu and asks how she is doing. Shalu says she is fine and thanks him for talking to Anushka for her. She then asks Ayush if he knows why Rishi and Lakshmi are upset with each other. Ayush says he does not know. He suggests that they talk to Rishi, but Shalu says she will talk to Lakshmi herself and leaves.
Shalu asks Lakshmi why she is upset with Rishi. Lakshmi says she does not want to be with Rishi anymore and explains her feelings. Shalu asks why she is behaving like this, but Lakshmi continues to insist that she does not want to be with him.
Ayush asks Rishi what is going on between him and Lakshmi. Rishi says Lakshmi does not love him anymore. Ayush asks whether he has tried to make Lakshmi jealous. Rishi says he has not. Ayush suggests that he try his idea, and Rishi agrees.
Malishka receives a message from Rishi’s secretary confirming that the meeting is scheduled for 2 pm. Neelam asks Malishka about it. Malishka says she is going to the doctor and her appointment is at 2 pm. Neelam asks Lakshmi to go and call Rishi. Lakshmi agrees and leaves.
Neelam tells Lakshmi that she wants Rishi to take Malishka to the doctor’s appointment. Rishi and Ayush then come to Neelam. Neelam asks Rishi to take Malishka to the doctor at 2 pm. Rishi says he has a meeting at that time. Ayush takes Rishi aside and reminds him that this is his chance to make Lakshmi jealous.
Rishi tells Neelam that he will take Malishka to the doctor and says Malishka is more important to him than the meeting. Malishka asks him about the meeting, and Rishi tells her that she is more important than the meeting. Lakshmi also encourages Malishka to go with Rishi for the appointment.
Malishka tells Neelam that the meeting is very important for Rishi and says she can go with the driver to the doctor. She adds that she will feel stressed if Rishi cancels such an important meeting for her. Neelam agrees and allows Malishka to go with the driver.
Neelam asks Lakshmi to handle all the decorations and leaves. Lakshmi tells Shalu to take care of everything there and says she will return before the engagement begins. She then leaves.
Lakshmi follows Malishka in an auto to the city hospital. Kiran calls Malishka and asks if everything is alright. Malishka tells Kiran that she has handled everything and asks her not to worry. Kiran agrees.
Meanwhile, Anushka is frustrated with her situation. Neel comes to see her and asks what he is doing there. Neel says he came to check on her and see if she needs any help. Anushka reminds him that he ran away the last time she asked him for help. Neel asks her to forget about it.
Balwinder stops Kiran and talks to her about Malishka and the baby. Kiran argues with him. Balwinder then calls Malishka, and while doing so, he overhears the receptionist mentioning that they are at City Hospital. He immediately leaves for the hospital.
Neel tells Anushka that he can see something has happened and asks her what is wrong. Anushka tells him that Ayush came and threatened her to stay away from Shalu. She also tells him that she went to Shalu’s house to give her a piece of her mind but was thrown out. Neel comments on the situation and asks Anushka if she wants Shalu out of Ayush’s life. He says he has a way to make it happen. Anushka confirms that she wants Shalu out of Ayush’s life.
Rano sees Shalu serving the servants and asks what she is doing, reminding her that today is her engagement. Shalu says this is also her family. Rano asks where Lakshmi is. Shalu tells her that Lakshmi has gone outside for some work. Rano thinks Lakshmi must have gone for something really important.
At the hospital, Malishka talks to the receptionist and learns that the doctor will not do the check-up without a family member. She then sees Balwinder and decides to take him in front of the doctor as Rishi. However, she loses sight of him and starts looking for him. Meanwhile, Lakshmi secretly keeps an eye on Malishka.
