Unfortunate Love On ZeeWorld Tuesday 1st September 2026 Update, Shalu tells Lakshmi that she should be with Ayush. She reminds Lakshmi that Ayush is in this condition because of her. Lakshmi asks Shalu to calm down and assures her that everything will turn out for the best. Shalu then says that she has good news for both Ayush and herself, but she wants to reveal it only after Ayush regains consciousness.

Just then, the nurse comes out of the operation theater. Shalu anxiously asks about Ayush’s condition. The nurse informs them that Ayush has lost a lot of blood and urgently needs a transfusion before leaving. Shalu becomes even more worried, but Lakshmi tries to comfort her. Rishi and Malishka arrive, and Lakshmi updates Rishi about Ayush’s worsening condition. Rishi becomes deeply concerned for his cousin.
Meanwhile, Malishka meets Kiran, who questions her about why she hasn’t been answering her calls. Kiran excitedly tells Malishka that she has good news and that Lakshmi will soon be out of Rishi’s life. She reveals details about Lakshmi’s deal with Neelam. While they are talking, Kiran suddenly spots Jaya at the hospital. She then shocks Malishka by revealing that Lakshmi is pregnant. Malishka is stunned, and Kiran drags her away so they can discuss it further.
Elsewhere, Karishma decides to reveal the truth to Rishi, but Neelam stops her and asks her to listen first. Karishma agrees but puts forward a condition. She tells Neelam that she must also listen to and understand her point of view. Neelam agrees. Later, Neelam brings Karishma into a room and promises that she will make sure Ayush and Shalu are separated after their marriage. Confused, Karishma asks why Neelam brought her there, but Neelam suddenly locks her inside the room. Furious, Karishma makes a sharp remark about Neelam before managing to escape.
Karishma then turns the tables and locks Neelam inside the same room. She tells Neelam that she will stay locked inside until she confesses everything to Rishi. Determined to reveal the truth, Karishma goes to find Rishi but learns that Ayush is in critical condition and urgently needs blood. Lakshmi steps forward and donates her blood. While Ayush is receiving treatment, he calls for Karishma. She rushes to his side and speaks to him before the doctor asks her to leave.
Meanwhile, Neelam manages to get out of the locked room with the help of a nurse. Karishma becomes overwhelmed with emotions because of Ayush’s condition and breaks down. Rishi consoles her. Karishma then receives a call from Avinash and steps aside to answer it. At the same time, Shalu looks at Ayush and becomes emotional. Rishi approaches her and tries to comfort her. He tells Shalu that Ayush will recover if she simply goes to him and confesses her love. Shalu expresses her hope that this will happen.
A nurse soon arrives with the blood needed for Ayush and takes it to his room. Lakshmi comes and informs Shalu and Rishi that she spoke to the nurse, who assured her that Ayush will be fine. Shalu tells Rishi that she is willing to do anything for Ayush’s recovery, even if it means confessing her love to him.
Meanwhile, Jaya takes Malishka to meet Garimacharya. Kiran questions Malishka about why she wants to see Garimacharya. Jaya asks them if they truly want to meet her, and Malishka confirms that she does. She asks Jaya if Garimacharya really has divine powers. Jaya assures her that she does. Malishka remains skeptical and insists on meeting Garimacharya because she has something important to ask her.
Kiran again asks Malishka why she is so eager to meet Garimacharya. Malishka admits that she wants confirmation that Garimacharya can truly foresee the future. Kiran tells her to stop doubting her. Malishka agrees but reveals that she specifically wants to find out whether Lakshmi is really pregnant.
Back at the hospital, Rishi thanks Lakshmi for saving Ayush’s life. Lakshmi asks him not to speak like that and comments on the situation. Rishi, still deeply worried about Ayush, confesses his love for Lakshmi and says that he cannot live without her. He hugs Lakshmi, unaware that Neelam is watching them.
Later, Rishi goes to get medicine for Ayush and leaves his wallet on the bench. Shalu notices it and follows him to return it. Meanwhile, Neelam asks Lakshmi to come with her. Neelam confronts Lakshmi and questions what she was doing. She asks whether Lakshmi is truly willing to leave Rishi for Shalu’s happiness. Lakshmi assures Neelam that she is ready to leave Rishi’s life for Shalu’s happiness. Neelam warns her not to back out at the last moment, and Lakshmi promises to keep her word. Neelam then leaves.
At Garimacharya’s place, she looks at Lakshmi’s photo and declares that Lakshmi is pregnant and will receive her husband’s love. She decides to inform Neelam. Malishka tries to bribe her, but Garimacharya rebukes her and says, “You’re a fool to think I can be bought. Money holds no power over me.”
Garimacharya firmly tells Malishka that she serves Maata Rani and does not need money. Kiran tries to calm Malishka down, but Malishka lashes out. She accuses Garimacharya of being a fraud and threatens to expose her. Garimacharya remains unshaken and declares that she has Maata Rani’s blessings.
